Ridiculous! Just trying to get a simple repair and pay for it none the less. Shouldn't be this complicated ! I need a simple bonding repair. They wasted my time last week playing games on the phone then brought me in said no problem getting my tooth fixed moved my appt up sooner to ensure enough time. Then did a bunch of unnecessary crap and told me not enough time for repair. Some one was supposed to call me first thing this morning with pricing and I got a call late this morning asking what happened but I was in another appt. I called them back leaving a voicemail asking them to please just call me and leave me a message asking I'll be working . Just leave the info on my voicemail. Just need the price on fixing the chip in my tooth. I work on the phone . I dont have time to be on my cell phone talking. They cal me back and leave me a message to call them back to go over cleaning and filling. I just had a cleaning 3 wks ago ! I need a resin repair. Just give me the stupid price and let's move on . Saw them for some procedures initially. They were happy to get me in and get my business as a new patient. After having several issues I needed to see a dentist for as an existing patient they could never schedule an appointment earlier than weeks out despite being in pain and having "new patient" appointments available same / next day. Now they sent me a bill for money on a procedure done over a year ago despite paying up front and having insurance to cover it. Called their billing department and there is no method of escalation or having them resolve it other than pay it. When I had procedures done I attempted to follow up with some issues I was having and never received a call back. read more

I had my first two appointments. Second one had 4 extractions and 2 implants. It's been over a month, I have called over 8 times for my next appointment & even gone into the office. They say their systems are down so they can't give you an appointment. I financed the work in my teeth so they have already been payed. I am not able to get any service. they tried to push gingivitis cleaning for my kids that don't have gingivitis. they see an orthodontist regularly and have had regular cleanings their whole lives and until Aspen they have had excellent dental health. we also have great insurance and they get two free cleanings each a year but we were told that the next cleaning would be free after the gingivitis cleaning that they didn't need. it's a complete money grab to up unnecessary services to make patients pay. I am going back to their pediatric dentist for their last cleaning and he will recommend a reputable dentist for them. don't waste your time unless you want to get scammed. they are happy to offer you finances for the money they are scamming you out of though. read more

Don't trust them they gave us one price fir top and lower teeth and after the upper teeth were done i paid the 4000.00 up front they charged and I didn't really like their work so i was looking for another dentist for the bottom . Then they sent me to collections because they added on another 527.00 when we didn't come back we had no idea they added charges after my services were paid up front in full.. they destroyed a young man s chance of ever buying a new house...its so sad that one miss communication can destroy a person's life Btw impossible to get someone from billing after five attempts! beware of the spring hill office as they claim to be in network and then say the insurance company declined the codes listed and they never called my insurance company! i will post everywhere i can find to stop them and it's actually insurance fraud. i have been asvised the were unable to process my refund to my american express card as it was declined. american express said they never received any communication from them. now bbb complaints and social media blast to inform people to not do business with this sketchy company. read more

Had major extractions under general anesthesia 10/3/23 by oral surgeon, Sulaiman Alshaar at the Spring Hill FL location. The major pain Rx given caused me chronic headaches. Have called the office and emergency service over 40 times within the last week. Also prescribed ibuprofen for pain. They refused to give me a different major pain Rx. I suffer from chronic migraine for about 45 years. ONLY thing suggested was to add Tylenol. Have been taking it for 5 days. Only have a couple ibuprofen left. Was fitted with an upper denture which is causing me much pain cuz I'm a tiny woman. Stitches are coming out on upper jaw. Was advised not to wear denture while sleeping (which is alot). Extremely concerned my gums won't heal well. The OTC meds aren't relieving my terrible pain. WTH do I do now? I'm on Humana SSDI insurance. Have to go to a place within my network for coverage. Was suppose to get a call back yesterday that NEVER came. Go figure...UGH!!! Have to call them AGAIN today! They also failed to give me a copy of the paperwork filled out the day of oral surgery. I unfortunately have no choice but to go back there for additional care. Was told the surgery would be done by a different surgeon who doesn't work at that location! Luckily, I won't have to deal with that Jerry oral surgeon. read more

This place is horrible. That's the nicest thing I can say. My friend had to go back 10 times to repair her denture. She is in such pain from a bad denture that she is physically ill. She doesn't want to lose her warranty and is going back next month. They know she is in severe pain but is still making her wait. They do not care about anything but the $$$. Save yourself the time, money, and pain - find another dental group. I originally chose Aspen because they have multiple locations and I need a lot of dental work. On this occasion I was in severe pain but wanted an estimate for all of the work I need done. Their estimate - $28,000 which they were able to get down to $19,000 yikes, but still I needed a lot of work done and I don't have insurance. The other two dentists I saw for the same work right after this were $11,000 for the same work and $8,000 for similar work. Big Difference While I was there they asked me what my goal for that visit was. I stated that I wanted to be out of pain (I had an infection.) I was given antibiotics and sent home. This was a Saturday by Saturday night I was completely miserable. I managed to get through the night and called them in the morning because by then my cheek, eye, and throat were all swelling. What they told me to do was double my antibiotic, even after I explained that my throat and around my eye was starting to swell as well. After I got off the phone with them I called my primary care doctor who did a teleconference with me. His immediate response get to urgent care or the ER, the swelling had to be taken care of. After I visited urgent care, they gave me a shot and stronger antibiotics, I felt better and the swelling went down a bit. Sunday night was pure misery. Monday morning I receive a call from Aspen telling me to come in. I did. By then I was crying because it hurt so bad and I didn't even cry when I broke my foot. The girl at the front desk calls me up and informs me that she needed over $110.00 for the emergency visit. I explained that I was there on Saturday and they knew I was in pain then. She went to the back and "spoke with the doctor." When she came back she said that they could take the price of the x-ray off making it $78.00 for something that should have been taken care of 2 days prior. They would not see me unless I paid them despite my visit less than 2 days earlier and my call to them on Sunday. I thanked her and left going immediately to another dentist who not only got me out of pain with an NSAID but took care of the problem without double charging me. I called Aspen's corporate office to find out if it was their standard practice to leave someone in pain and then try to charge them to fix the problem they originally went to you for to begin with. The man that I spoke with, Steve, was concerned about what happened and said that someone would be calling me regarding all of this. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Do not go here especially if you are in pain or have swelling. Do not go here if you want fair practices. They waited until I was in serious pain to charge me. My only though was that they believed that they had me stuck and there was no other dentist I could go to which is why they were set on charging me then. Their business practices are questionable as is their ability to diagnose and treat a dangerous infection. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and they will try to charge you extra money when they think they can. Only bright note the hygienist, dental assistant, and doctor seemed nice on Saturday when I met them. read more

I would give it no stars if applicable. I saved $700 today! Went to Aspen Dental on 4/15/21 for a cleaning. They said I needed a cavity drilled/filing and a deep cleaning that was going to cost me $700. I asked them for a general cleaning and they said they couldn't because the doctor recommended the extras. I told them I was going to get a second option. I went to Value Dental and I have no cavities and got the standard cleaning. All covered by my insurance Guardian. I am so glad that I didn't listen to Aspen Dental. I would be out $700. read more

Aspen dental in Brooksville Florida does below standard work. I went in for a crown and walked out with a tooth it doesn't match my other teeth. The dentist there told me that they could not work on my other teeth unless I had periodontal cleaning at $350 for uppers and $350 for lowers. This office is extremely expensive the work is very poorThe main dentist at this office is a very rude person.I do not suggest anyone to use this dental office for any type of work. read more

The ladies that work at the front desk and answer phones were wonderful and very helpful in getting me an appointment. I am a Aspen Dental patient from Arizona and had an issue with a partial. I called and explained the issue with the young lady who answered the phone and she was able to get me an appointment. Aspen dental is horrible! The first words the hygienist said to me were , "Have you ever had a deep cleaning?" and then they recommended "deep cleaning" for everyone in my family...a procedure I was positive myself and my 19 year old son did not need as we have seen our previous dentist every six months for years and NOTHING was ever mentioned regarding the need for deep cleaning. I have never even had a cavity. When I declined the procedure and requested a routine cleaning, my right as a patient to refuse service and still receive alternative treatment, I was told they would not do that and would only perform the recommended procedures. When I informed them that it is indeed my right as a patient to decline a service and I would be willing to sign a paper stating I declined and requested a routine cleaning, I was very rudely told "You can go somewhere else then." Well, I did in fact go to another dentist and was not recommended a deep cleaning, nor was my son. The only redeeming quality of this business was the X-ray/dental technicIan. She was kind and pleasant. The dental hygenist was rude and pushy. They recommended services that were unnecessary to inflate the expenses. This was the first dental clinic I have ever walked out on. I have insurance so I'm an easy patient - most dentists love having me because they know I can pay! My first impression was that it was dirty and unkept, My second impression was the staff didn't realize they actually have to do work. The patients are not their priority -- socializing and sitting on their butts on their priority. No one smiled and when I went to the desk they acted like I was bothering them. So, I did their X-rays -- the tech was fine but their equipment is cheap and the X-rays were painful - when I winced, the tech would force me to keep the film in my mouth. I had a sore throat and sore gums that night. Second, I waited over 30 minutes in the chair, with the door open, no one bothered to check on me. Finally, I went to the desk and they said oh, no, we'll get someone. So the dental hygienist came in frowning and apologized but she didn't even know what she was apologizing for - it was so fake. She spent 5 minutes with me looking at me X-rays, speaking to me like she was the dentist, talking to me about things that a hygienist should not like bone loss. She left me once again and I sat there for 15 min then just took off. I don't work for them! Its obvious there is no managerial supervision and whomever runs the place is only interested in money, not in patients. Disgusting. These people do not care. read more

Everything seems normal until you need to return for adjustments or warranty type services at which point you are treated coldly as though having the plague or leprosy. Unless you specifically ask to see the dentist you're most likely to only to see him/her one time ever and then left to the techs that have some skilled and some not so much. I bit the bullet and paid the extra thousand for the premium dentures only to have individual teeth fall out and erode to knife like edges cutting my gums. After going in to get something done about it they made me new dentures and when they needed an adjustment labeled me as being "unpleasable" and gave me my old ones back then they gave me a form that said they would give me a prorated refund once I returned my dentures within 90 days. read more

Worst dentist experience I've had in the USA. Aspen Dental - Spring Hill on Commercial 11:30 appointment was taken in at 12:20. I understand that first appointments take time but that is terrible. Nurse doing the X-rays was pleasant. I corrected 2 mistakes when being shown X-rays, they seemed to be understaffed that day but that is no excuse. The dental health dentist did her exam and just tries to push a deep clean on you. I had a cleaning 4 months ago and was given a clean bill of health for my entire mouth now I was told that I have bone reduction. Was also conned into the cancer screening. Finally saw the dentist for the reason I came in, to fit back my crown that had come unstuck. Nurse that assisted him was terrible, unorganized and down right shocking, I remember her name if you would like to message me privately, she is the worst assistant that I've ever experienced from any dentist office I've ever been to in the world. I never write reviews but this was shocking to me and I felt I needed to warn any prospective new patients. I've heard good things about Aspen dental but this is a practice you should be avoided at all costs. read more

Sorry to say that Aspen Dental in Spring Hill FL - is completely lacking in customer service and that I'm really concerned that if I'm having so many problems in the beginning of our relationship - I'd hate to have a real problem down the line. I got the the 3D scan on May 31st for dentures and haven't heard a word since. I called: 6/13; 6/30; 7/1; 7/5; and have been promised a call back from the DR each time and still NO Call. Getting really frustrated and Scared that if I continue with these people that I'll end up with a bad job or if I have a Real Problem - this is how they won't deal with it. Can I get my money back? I'm 2018 Dr. Guh was incredible, and the staff was great .. then Dr. Guh left, staff moved on ..now no one answers the phone or returns messages...NEXT...The Trinity location.... The front desk gal Amanda must euthanize puppies for fun... What a cold crap attitude for someone in EXCRUCIATING pain. My tech was nice...but she butchered my lowers and left me IN BIG PAIN.Worse than having my teeth pulled. I was lucky enough to call Spring hill. Sharon is so sweet and truly cares about her patients, and my tech was absolutely amazing. Quick, friendly and efficient. Really great at what she does. I will absolutely make the drive from Hudson cause they are so great.... A dying breed...caring, friendly and awesome. read more

In 6 months I go back for my permanent plate and they want to charge me several hundred dollars more. They tell me that's the way it is but that's not how they originally explained it. Comfort care is a straight lie, dentist is incompetent, doesn't even read chart for allergies,left my fiancee in horrible pain, would only give pain meds she was allergic to or over the counter. What started out a 5 Star experience quickly faded when Dr. Lee left. There is a new Office Manager who cannot keep a single quote accurate for more than five minutes. I was given several different quotes over the same exact procedures to be done. This was after I already had the quote in writing. I was then persuaded to purchase yellow dentures. NO GO! The concerns I had of bone fragments causing issues with the dental impressions were never addressed. The only word I heard one a consist basis was "basic". That's exactly how I was treated, and made to feel humiliated, while pushing a quote at me for much more than the original price. Considering that there are literally two other dentist offices less than a half mile away from Aspen's office, I'd seriously think twice about "Integrity", "Quality", and "Care". before I worry about how much money to rake into the office. What began as a great first visit ended in almost a whole year later with regrets. The constant inconsistentcy would stress any one. They definitely used a bait and switch and care less about the client and more about their pockets. I have been wearing a upper denture for almost a year now. It was the third one. Doesn't fit right and makes it obvious that their not mine. I really miss my smile and look forward to finding a dentist that cares so that I don't have to continue to feel self conscious. From the friendly front office receptionist to the Office Manager Michelle and every Office Staff members plus the highly skilled Lab Assistants and last but not least my Dentist Dr. Bennett. Everyone was so professional, courteous, highly knowledgeable with amazing on time scheduling and most important to me every staff member practiced well trained sterile technique/atmosphere. The staff as far as the Dentist and Hygienist were more then polite and their skills far exceeded the expectation. They are the only reason I am giving this 2 stars. My insurance only pays a certain amount and I was given a bill and was made to pay before the service was given. (Which I understand and had no issue paying and it was over $700, this is why I had all my dental work within the matter of a few weeks.) If the Ins denied a claim, then it's the billing departments job to resubmit the claim and get it approved. I have worked in medical billing, and I have never ever been in an office where the office came back to the patient because of an error in their billing. Make sure you get everything in writing! Luckily I paid credit card and not cash, but I was turned into a collection agency for the amount my insurance refused to pay, even though I have already paid the amount given to me before my services rendered. Fast service but major issues in their billing, watch it very close. If things get straightened out and my credit is no longer effected, I will update my status. read more

The people in office are very nice, and explain what they are doing along the way . You are seen by quite a few different people moving from room to room tending to have to wait ( sometimes a little while) for different parts of your exam. I was there for a filling that fell out and by the time they were done I was taken to another room for a billing person to review all the results of my exams which I could not afford any of it and left with nothing having done and additional pain from all the pre texts and poking then I went in to have done. read more
