They charged me for the implates and said I should get the money from the Insurance co ., so I tried to . After takling to the insurance co thay told me the doctor charged them for the procedure, and they paid them .When I asked for a refund they said NO we will keep the money and if there is anything left over we will give it to you. My experience with this office was overall very positive. I am a VA patient so this was community care for me because it was not available in the VA. I needed it for a very long time to get cleared for another treatment and it was very delayed to this office with multiple antibiotics for incurring problems. They were very poor on their communication about pain medication after a surgery. They called hydrocodone with acetaminophen Tylenol, three which is horribly the wrong name for a medication. After 7 teeth are pulled orseven bones are broken. I expect to have pain medication for more than 24 hours which they did not do. They also did not put in my pain medication until after my surgery and I did not get medication for six hours after the surgery.. I have osteoporosis and I've had 17 broken bones in the last three years so I know what pain is. My needs should be met adequately. I think it is a very big risk to not adequately. Give pain medication and make people desperate, proper relief and that's how many hell 22 veterans a day end up dead. Have a nice day. read more

My son had a procedure in October. Dr. Rezki and Paige were amazing with his care. Unfortunately, we overpaid nearly $3000, and have not been reimbursed yet. The Trinity office manager Tracie told me we the refund would be sent out the first week of December, yet here we are in mid January still waiting. To make matters worse, Tracie does not follow up or return calls promptly. We have been extremely patient but unfortunately this is likely going to result in complaints to the dental board for unethical financial conduct. read more

My adult daughter had a very bad tooth that needed extraction. Because of its location we needed to go here. Because of sensory and comprehension issues I was very worried. The staff provided great support. They talked to her in ways she could understand. My daughter was very appreciative when the staff put a warm blanket on her. The procedure went smoothly. Hours later my daughter has limited pain and swelling and is doing well. **The only difficulty was some of the clerical staff was not very supportive regarding our dental insurance and my willingness to self pay any leftover balance. I had to have UHC call them to tell them my daughter was covered. read more

I had some problems with an implant but I went into see Dr Anderson and, since it wasn't healing, removed it, added bone and we'll try again in a few months. Since it was so tender and sensitive due to infection/inflammation, he continued giving me novocaine until I was numb. I hate tooth pain, but he took wonderful care of me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If there was an option, I would leave 0 Stars. My boyfriend went in to get 2 bottom wisdom teeth surgically removed, as recommended by Aspen Dental. He waited 3 hours and paid the full amount for the 2 bottom teeth, Dr. Anderson said he would not do the 2 bottom teeth right as he is about to take out teeth. Anderson said he would do one bottom and one top. (the tops are fine and not hurting him) He said he was not doing both of the bottoms because he "does not have time." When my boyfriend mentioned that was not what he came here for, the doctor got mad and walked off. My boyfriend did end up doing the 2 teeth the bottom and the top just to get at least one of the bottom teeth that is causing him to be in excruciating pain to the point, that he can't work. It is so sad that this is supposed to be the person you trust, and you have no other option but to cave into his ways just to have at least some of the pain removed. Hoping Dr.Pikos sees this and reaches out because his business is in the wrong hands and he's going to lose patients if Anderson treats everyone like this ....... Let's see how these heal up, NEVER coming back. read more

This office welcomes you upon arrival and any staff I came in contact with were friendly and professional. I was extremely nervous about having a tooth pulled and the Assistant was calming and reassuring, I think her name was Brittany, sorry, not 100% sure. Dr. Lazaro came in, introduced himself and was also calming and gentle. He explained all steps and gave me enough time to numb. Of course I felt pulling and tugging but my tooth was out in no time. Follow up in 2 weeks and I was healing beautifully . I highly recommend CJS and Dr. Lazaro. read more

I wanted to make sure everyone knows what a great experience I had with Coastal Jaw, I came to them thru my insurance company Cigna and I am very pleased they are a part of my network, Dr. Kenneth was fantastic, I had 14 extractions, and really came to them I bit of a mess after a tough time, the entire staff took care of me and I made it though without any problems and without having to be put under any heavy meds. I had originally written a review on Dr. K Anderson and his atrocious behavior and treatment of me while I was under his care for 2 extractions. After speaking to the appropriate people, I feel that they will do everything in their power to correct what had happened so it will not happen again to anyone else. I have used this company since 1992, and had always had nothing but great things to say about them, to the point of referring people to them. Let me start out by saying this is not my normal account . But however, I'm very disappointed in the way the they treat their employees. There is one employee that I absolutely loved. Her name was Dora. I ended up finding her outside of the office so I could see if she was ok. She had told me that her husband was in a bad car accident and she had missed some work. And due to her missing so much work they let her go. And she also told me that her manager had told her to take as much time as she needed due to the fact that there was other personal issues that she needed to take care of at home and since her husband was in the hospital she needed extra time to do them by herself. She had to pack up and move within just a few days. So she let her manager know what was going on and did the best she could. Her husband finally came home towards the end of the week, she was able to get moved all on her own and then she came down with an upper respiratory infection. On Wednesday, Dora contacted her other manager like she was instructed to do and was then sent a text message saying that she was terminated. Dora understands that she had missed quite a few days, however she almost lost her husband and not one person called to see how she was or how her husband was doing. No one had any compassion for what Dora was going through. I feel that me as a patient that you really made a big mistake when you let her go. For a woman that was doing everything she could for her family and you just let her down even more is heartbreaking! I have since spoke to Dora and she loved her job and would do anything to have her job back and that says a lot for an employee. I think it would be in your best interest to have her back on your team! She's the most caring, compassionate, smart, soft spoken individual you could have. read more

Not a good experience at this office. Did not take my insurance, had to pay upfront, the doctor was not as nice as I thought he would be. Way too expensive and ridiculous charges. I ended up with complications from my wisdom teeth extraction also. Would not recommend this office to anyone. read more
