Between the beginning of 2024 until today my 2008 jeep wrangler has been in and out of there…read moreservice department. It started with me wanting to replace door seals and replacement of my starter. Once I got it back it started leaking I took it back they said it needed a rear main seal, it never leaked before, but I trusted them expensive! Then when I got it back it was still leaking. Took it back and now it was transmission leaking, again it wasn't leaking before and now a module and a seal needed to be replaced! Got it back was still leaking the technician put the seal on wrong! Then in the midst of all of this my exhaust started making a noise they said that's not there problem. At the end of all of this the manager and the service manager today concluded it was not there problem and just get a lawyer we are done. I am a senior citizen and veteran on a fixed income and have hard time absorbing these cost! I hope no one uses this company for anything sales or service work, they are liars and cheats!

Dr. Steinkamp will gladly take the time necessary to explain any procedure you need and why you need it. There is no such thing as a stupid question you could ask in his office, I believe. He has performed multiple procedures on my teeth over the years, and never have I had any pain to speak of during those. He has even seen me on impossibly short notice for a painful broken tooth when I had thought I would have to be in pain for a few days, he made time to help me that same day! I do not believe many other dentists would go out of their way to help patients as he does. Make Brooksville Dental Associates your first and only choice for dental treatment.

The absolute most unprofessional office I've ever been to. The office manager, who wouldn't give me…read moreher name, threw me out of the office while I was trying to get my records after the dentist botched my crown and now need a Root canal. While getting my crown done, the girls, including DANA were dancing around the office room bumping into me while performing work on my tooth. The same DANA then made fun of my name and asked me " do you lik your paw?". Making fun of my name. These women were the most childish, unprofessional medical workers I have come across in my 15 years as a physical therapist. An embarrassment and a liability to all patients. The pain I've been going through the past two weeks were of no concern to them, just their office Valentine party. If you are the owner of this establishment, you have some serious issues in this practice. Having an Office manager, Brianna, as hostile as she is is just embarrassing.

They denied her service over 20 dollars. Please keep in mind my 2 kids have been going here for 3 years and every bill every time has been paid. I just happened to have a large bill that I paid 2 days ago. If you go here expect to be treated like cattle. They are a high volume dentist. They often bring you back into a room to discuss the procedures after they do a cleaning, but it's a big room that has 3 to 4 other kids being worked on that you step into. It's a hippa violation as you can see their medical information every time. Several of the hygienist are rude. The multitude of dentist that we have seen all have been nice. They also put procedures 6 months or more out sometimes increasing the risk of damage to the teeth. This is what you get from this place. No care for the patients. Just care for money.

Giving 1 star because ZERO stars isn't an option. I had a failing crown. Went in to have it…read moreeither replaced or repaired. I think the dentist was on drugs, he acted like he had no clue as to what to do. He decided I needed it removed and would have to prepare the site for an implant, would have to do surgery and add cadaver bone because I had "failing bone". THEN 10 minutes later he came back in with an assistant and told me I could have an imediate implant done but I'd have to pay out of pocket to the tune of about $9000.00. I said no. Then the assistant reminded him that they couldn't do the same day implant because of my previous diagnosis (about 10 minutes previous to this conversation) and he looked stunned. Then mumbled something to the effect of "oh, ok" and said to prepare the site for the cadaver bone surgery. I decided that enough was enough. I told him to not bother. I left. They said they'd still have to charge me for the procedure. I said "good luck" and left. Seriously, I truly believe he was taking drugs or was drunk. Can't prove it, but wow -- just WOW! Horrible experience. Went to a different dentist the following week and they fixed the crown. No surgery needed.

I am a 77 year old woman with LOTS of dental work from various dentist in my life. My experience…read morewith this dental institute was poor to say the least. First this is a serious business operation, not your friendly professional dentist. It consist of 4 dental assistants who do most of the work on you and one dentist that spends as little time with you as possible. The work done on me was 8 crowns and one bridge over the span of 4 months. I had gone to this office for a simple toothache involving my wisdom tooth. I knew it had to be pulled. I was in pain for almost FOUR months going back to him each time complaining about the pain. His response was to crown the wisdom tooth which did nothing to stop the pain. Finally he took X-rays and advised me I needed a root canal on that tooth. I refused the root canal and had the tooth pulled. As he pulled the tooth, he commented "Oh, its infected!!" and simply walked away. I got nothing for pain and no antibiotics. I continued to have problems with the crowns he put in. One even fell out. The other thing that upset me is their payment methods. I have never gone to a dentist that demanded payment FIRST before any work is done. Here I am in the chair, in pain and ask to pay for the work by their billing manager. I had to grab my purse, get out my credit card and wait for the payment to be process. It has been a brutal experience.
