Brady was the best! Got my water heater back on before I left for work in the morning. Only took about 30 minutes too! Highly recommend these guys, especially Brady, if you need a repair on your water heater! read more

My water heater started making weird noises this past week. I called We Do Water Heaters and they gave me an estimate of how much it would be to repair my hot water heater compared to installing a brand new one. I felt that it was really professional to give me the option compared to telling me what was best to do. I ended up having them replace the water heater because of the old ago and was completely happy with the process. They were nice, professional and did a really good job at keeping the area around it clean.  If you have any water heater problems be sure to call these guys and they will take care of you! read more

Brady and Chris were a pleasure to do business with. They communicated every step of the way and were very professional. The water heater is quality, the work was perfect and the price was fair. I'm a very happy customer. read more

This was my first time using them, but I must say their customer service and technicians were amazing. Everything from my initial phone call in setting up an appointment to completion of work, everything was top notch and done with utmost professionalism and integrity. At the house, the technician arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. Although he said our furnace had a few years left, I heeded his advice and replaced it with a high efficiency model. There were no sales pitch or hard sales tactic. We figure we would save a few hundred dollars now since he was already out than waiting and worrying about the unknown. You cannot put a price tag on having the peace of mind, knowing that your furnace will last another 15-20 years. Hopefully, we would not need their services again, but if we do, then I would no doubt go back to them. read more

They delivered and installed quickly, which was great. Everyone was friendly enough, although not the most professional in my opinion. When they arrived they got to work and replaced the water heater. If WDWH wants to improve service, here are the things I would avoid that occurred at my place: -They left water on the floor, used my towels to mop up rusty water spills, tracked dirt all over the floor, and cleaned very little up -As soon as I signed for payment they were gone. No receipt, no information of any kind. They simply wanted to get on to the next job I guess. I luckily got a receipt via my wife's email as they use square for payments. -Nobody explained the warranty and service/maintenance needed, if any. -As usual with plumbers, I paid an ridiculous amount to have the WH installed. A friend just had the same water heater installed in Ohio for $500 less. I believe this is due to the local contractors keeping the prices at a higher level, and adds no value to the customer. read more

Jason can do it all! When I called in for a water heater repair and a leaking pipe under my sink he said he could do both with no trouble. He was very friendly and I never felt pressured into buying anything more than I needed. He still gave me options of things I could upgrade to or buy but when I declined he politely accepted it. Both my water heater and the pipe under my sink look great! Honest business that has a friendly staff! read more

I called "we do water heaters" after a month or two struggling with my shower, it would have decent hot water but only after a few mins it would get lukewarm or simply not just hot enough withouth the handle being touch. Im a Caribbean girl living in Washington I need hot water. After doing this so many times and trying to google the problem, this independent girl realized she needed a professional. About a week ago, I started noticing the water in my shower going cold after only a few minutes of running. Then as of Tuesday morning, my water would not get hot enough to take a shower comfortably. I knew I needed to do something quick because there is absolutely no way I was going to take a cold shower! I called around to a few different places, but most of the other companies were either way overpriced, or unable to schedule me within the next couple days. I needed something done right away and I wasn't willing to wait. I finally called We Do Water Heaters and I'm so grateful I did! They thoroughly answered all of my questions, and were able to come out and replace my tank Wednesday morning before work. The technician arrived on time and the job was completed with upmost professionalism. The whole process was completed quicker than expected and I was so happy and relieved to have hot water again! Yay for hot showers!! My entire experience from the initial phone call, to the water heater installation was a very positive experience. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of a water heater replacement or repair. read more

Great plumbers! Needed a repair done fast on the weekend and they were one of the only ones able to do it the same day. I might have saved some money by getting it done later in the week, but the price was very reasonable for the same day service. They were friendly and professional. Great communication, too. I'd recommend them for any water heater service read more

Great job! I would highly recommend them. They answer the phone, are open long hours, came out on a Saturday morning and were actually early. I could have done a better job clearing out their work area but they didn't complain and made it work, and quickly. Chris and Thomas were courteous, professional and fair and they use great products. Again, happy to recommend them to anybody needing a water heater! read more

My wife and I were trying to find really knowledgable plumbers who could install a tankless water heater for us. We both knew this was going to cost a fair amount so we wanted to go with some guys we could trust. After their reviews and calling in we both liked them and their quotes. Both of the plumbers were enjoyable to have around and answered every question I asked with no hesitation. The job can take up some time so that's just a heads up if you're considering getting this type of work done. I am confident that they can do a great job for anyone else because they did amazing work for us. read more

We discovered our water heater was leaking on Thursday and going in to the house. Ugh! I called a couple of water heater companies to no avail and then go in touch with Brady at We Do Water Heaters, it was 7:30 on Thursday night. We texted him our water heater specs and he called back and said they could be here Saturday morning between 10:00am-12:00pm. Gave us a good price and a couple of recommendations. He called me on Saturday to let me know his guys were on their way and would be there in about 20 minutes. They were awesome. Got everything installed and cleaned everything up. Brady and his team know customer service. read more

All I have to say is WOW. Getting a new hot water heater installed seemed like it was going to be stressful but these guys made it super simple. They let me know all of the brands and worked around my schedule easily. The price was really competitive with other plumbers too. Call them for GREAT work. This place is as good as it gets. read more

Although I cannot remember the name of the woman I spoke with, I was very impressed by her cordial manner. She reassured me that we could get a plumber here within 1-2 hours. After about an hour, the plumbers (Brady and Zach) called to tell me that they were on their way and we'd see them in about 30 minutes. They were on site in 20 minutes. They explained the problems with the old water heater very thoroughly and (patiently) answered my numerous questions. As it turns out, the old water heater had been incorrectly installed. Within a three hours, a new water heater was installed, the old water heater was hauled away and the work area was cleaner than when they arrived. This is our first time needing a hot water heater replaced. Thanks to the professionalism and conscientious manner of Brady and Zach (as well as the telephone receptionist), the whole process was much easier than expected. read more

Found these guys online and their friendly staff and plumbers really impressed me. After explaining my story of what happened with my hot water heater and telling them how I had tried fixing it myself it was clear that I needed a new one. Brady was a great guy and didn't pressure me into buying anything too expensive and gave me lots of options. You could tell he was a genuine person who wasn't trying to rip off his customers. Glad I used them for my new hot water heater. read more

There is nothing worse then when your water heater breaks in the middle of the work week. We got a new water header installed and everything went very smooth. Brady was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. read more

Needed a water heater fast, called a few places for quotes and availability. Fast Water Heater Service said they could be out in a day or two LOL! Another company said same thing. As far as prices one company said it'd be about $1800, Fast Water Heater said prices start at $1475. Well, We Do Water Heaters was able to come out that day, they even came early, amazingly fast, like half an hour pulled old one and installed new one, and only $1450! I own a service business myself, I know that the best service and best prices makes an unbeatable combination! read more

I am very satisfied with this company and Brady in particular. I was worried about getting repairs as I am not particularly knowledgeable about water heaters. However, Brady was very welcoming, thoughtful, and made sure to explain everything to me. The price seemed reasonable, and he was very understanding about (and encouraged me) to call around to make sure I was comfortable with the rate. He completed the repairs promptly and at the estimated price. As such, I recommend using We Do Water Heaters especially if you get to work with Brady! read more

They did a good job. Showed up on a Sunday after my hot water heater suddenly stopped working. Returned the following day with the replacement part to make the repair. Haven't had any problems with the water heater since. Price was exactly what they said it would be. read more

These guys are amazing. I own a dental office and I noticed our water heater was leaking. I called We Do Water Heaters based on yelp review. They asked me to text pictures of our existing water heater and gave me the estimate over the phone. Couple hours later, they brought in brand new unit and installed it without disrupting our office. They were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone. read more

Outstanding job! After not getting hot water anywhere in my house I knew I need a plumber ASAP. I loved all the good things people were saying about We Do Water Heaters so they were one of the first company I called. They scheduled me an appointment and gave me a quote over the phone. They were able to repair my water heater instead of replacing it so that was a huge relief! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their hot water that isn't working! read more

Great service from everyone on the staff! The receptionist was friendly and willing to help with my questions. The worker who came to my home was just as great. I was able to get the repair ilI needed on my water heater in less than 45 minutes. I would totally use them again! read more

Very good service and a competitive price overall. Brady took the time to explain the problem I was having with my current water heater (12 yrs old) that was giving off a sulphur smell. Brady gave me some tips on how I might try to repair my existing water heater. In the end, I called Brady back and had a new hot water heater installed yesterday. The plumber showed up as scheduled and was very professional... he explained the warranty and the extended service plan. The extended service plan is a great deal if you are looking for no worries for six years (no charge for parts/labor/trip charge). They also took the old hot water heater away at no additional charge. Definitely a company I would recommend! read more

We Do Water Heaters rocks. 1) A live person answered the phone (it was around midnight). Several other companies took my number and called me 7 - 9 hours later. 2) Live person gave me an appointment time for next morning and a reasonable quote to bring and install new water heater. 3) Team called when they were on the way and showed up ON TIME. 4) Team was polite, presentable, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. 5) They gave me good safety information, answered my questions, and actually charged a bit less than the phone quote. read more

Outstanding work. I have been having lots of problems with my water pressure being super low. Patrick was actually unable to make it right on time because he had gotten hit in a traffic accident on the way over. He called me twice to give me updates and sincerely apologized for being late. I thought that was a nice gesture. Life happens, I was just glad he kept me posted! He fixed my water pressure in a short amount of time and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience of showing up late. Awesome! Completely impressed, will always use them. read more

All around great service! My dad's water heaters electrical system fried a couple of weeks ago. I called these guys and they came out promptly that day. Gave a fair quote and had it fixed the next day. Zach the plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. So a friend of mine knew Jason and his service with water heaters. I knew I had to act in order to solve the water heater problem at a very nice house in Des Moines that my friend owned. I called the company and asked if Jason was able to come out and solve the water heater problem and I had doubts because it was a Friday afternoon. He came out the next day to my friend's place and we had hot water back by Saturday evening. Amazing, and he gave us some tips to watch out for just in case. If your need your hot water heater repaired or replaced I recommend giving these guys a call. read more

I called on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in that day. I was given an approximate time they would arrive, and Brady called a couple of times to keep me updated. Brady and his helper got right to work removing the old water heater and installing the new one.. Very professional--put drop cloths down to protect the carpets. Even though they had to carry the hot water heater down a flight of stairs-- it did not seem to be an issue--they worked very well together. They recommended replacing the drip pan under the water heater and showed me why. Keep up the great work. read more
