They have everything you need and could want for your computing needs. It's overwhelming with so many choices to chose from. We walked around trying to find the computer case. Lots and lots of cases. That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. Then he asked if we wanted help getting all the parts. We said Yes! He was great, he took our buggy and took off and got everything on our list. I would say above and beyond what we expected. He had everything at the checkout counter for us. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Micro Center for all your Computer needs. They get 5 stars in my book. I did meet the manager and he asked me if there was anything that he could do for me, so I shared with him how in the service department on the counter, the screens that we sign and use for payment were so dirty( like with people having sneezed on them or something it was so gross) so I attached a video. I did tell him I would appreciate if they would clean those and yesterday he told me he would make sure it would be done and he appreciated my feedback. I came back today and there was one manager and she was doing everything and she had to go back there and tell the guys to come help her! I think is so sad that her staff weren't wanting to work and she had to encourage them to come out and give her support. The guy I had helping me was not professional yesterday nor today and really could use some more training on professionalism and his presentation of himself and Customer Service. The female manager had to take over because he was so out of it. The male manager that had assured me he would have those payment pads cleaned never did it nor had his staff clean them, so I'm posting it here. What a shame. They have a lot of competition and it's a shame they can't get their act together.

We had lightning hit our property which took out a bunch of electronics including our Yamaha RX-V 683 receiver. Web search indicated these guys as a service center and the reviews were positive. So I loaded up and headed that way as I had another errand in the same neighborhood. Lugged the unit in, set it on the counter where the man (owner) said "What you got there?". "My dead Yamaha AV receiver.". "We don't work on audio anymore.". Hmm. Geez. Most of their reviews are for audio stuff. He said they really only work on TVs now. Posted as a PSA. Call before you haul. And they need to get their listing on Yamaha's Service Centers page removed.

Replacement of that TV would have been over $2000. I cannot recommend this business in any stronger terms. Check with them before you throw away a TV that can be saved.

I won't use green dot pre paid because they charge me $8.99 per transaction. All banks and card companies want is your money, and I can get money orders for free. BG has lost me as a customer back in 2018, to EBay. EBay gift cards are also free to use with no transaction fees. Also a few of the companies even on eBay will accept money orders as well. Someone from this store needs to call me TODAY…read more Back in April, I bought an iPad Air. It wasn't a good fit for me so I took it back. It took forever for the return to happen. I get it. I thought nothing of it. Now here we are 4 months later and I am still paying the device payment plan for it, and the monthly service fee for it. I've had both AT&T and Best Buy on the line together no fewer than 2 times to resolve the issue. I spent hours on the phone with AT&T. The conclusion? As part of the refund process, it is on Best Buy to cancel out the Device Payment Plan that is linked to the device. They didn't. AT&T has nothing on their records showing that this process has taken place. Now I'm on the phone with AT&T. Kevin and Imrant at Best Buy, who is a specialist for things regarding issues with communication between Best Buy and AT&T is stalling me to talk to someone to get this resolved. This has been 4 months. My only recommendation is that if you have to do ANYTHING with a carrier avoid Best Buy I hear horror stories all the time and figured "It's an iPad, surely they can ring it up" then "Surely they can handle a return.".

No one picked up the phone. Closed again the next day. The customer service just said to wait 3 business days for automatic cancellation because there is nothing they could do about store pick up orders. After 3 days, still didn't get a refund. Finally got it refunded in 5 days after I had a family member check the store for me. They were finally open. At that point, I didn't even want the console anymore. Bought it somewhere else.

They carried grocery items, clothing, electronics, cookware as well as many other things. My son found a variety of things. He bought several snacks, some soaps, a pillow, as well as many other items. I like Target and decided to buy some collectibles for myself. The only thing that I was disappointed by was that only one checkout lane was open. It was a really long line so we decided to go to the self checkout. We got to a register and did it ourselves but it took awhile as we had so many items. The self checkout was much faster than waiting in the regular checkout line. Overall it was a great place to stop and get my college kid what he needed. He was able to stock up on groceries and other items, and I was able to add to my collection of scary items.
