We were pleasantly surprised when we went into this store and saw that their prices were very reasonable and they had a large selection of counter depth refrigerators! Everywhere else we had been had maybe 2 options on the floor and anything else would have to be ordered! We are the type that likes to personally see what we are purchasing when it comes to an appliance like this and with all of the floor models they had, it was easy to find one that worked for us. Shortly after we walked in, Mahmud asked if he could help us and he couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He was happy to show us all of the features of the two we narrowed our search down to and although we were sure we knew we wanted to purchase from there, we still felt we needed to go to a couple more stores just "to check" our options. It didn't take long to confirm that there was no better deal or better salesperson (most places we had to go search to find someone to help us!) so we went back to see Mahmud to order our LG refrigerator and it was delivered the next day! It looks beautiful in our kitchen and we are so pleased with the excellent service provided by Mahmud. Hold onto your seats...you're in for a hell of a ride. So I purchased an entire kitchen suite from WDC in November 2020. It's now middle January 2021 and I still don't have all my appliances. I heard from my sales associate once since then...but this last round of communication was the icing on the cake. I told him I'd never refer a family member or friend to them and that's when the fight ensued. They are all customer service oriented until they take your money...the sales associate and I literally got into a shouting match over the phone...him ultimately telling me to go to Best Buy (which I'm ok with). Would I go back? Not to this location...but would go to a different WDC (only because we know the owner). Bottom line...avoid the Oxnard location like the plague (or Covid)...unless you like being robbed and then yelled at...then yes...go there. The only redeeming person there is Dan the store manager. read more

WORST PLACE EVER! Stay away from this rip off store if I could I would give them negative stars. We bought every appliance from kitchen to laundry. Every Single thing we bought has broken so far. Our refrigerator door hinge is broken and the factory can not replace it. The garbage disposal is stuck and won't open. Ice machine has a factory problem. Just bought a washer and dryer that the employee told is is the best around! In less than 3 months it already has problems dryer barely dries clothes and the washer has a door problem that the technician said these are known for problems. Don't waste your time with this place they are a total rip off. You have also 15-30 days to return your appliance if it is not the one you like with no questions asked they will tell you other wise. Better to go to best buy across the street than to deal with these scam artists. read more

Worst Customer Service, communication was awful and given the run around. We ordered a Range on 2/11 and it seriously took 3 different delivery dates before we cancelled. 2 months isn't acceptable to wait for an appliance. So, we went to Sear's and purchased the same Range that was guaranteed to be delivered in 2 days. I wish we had read the reviews prior to shopping here. We have a list of other things that didn't go as communicated. Shop elsewhere and save the headache. It's worth spending a little extra to know the job will get done. 4/1/16 - Along with all these other issues after cancelling our Range on 3/25 we were told by Daniel we would have a refund 3-5 days. Well today is day 7 and no refund showing in our account. My Husband called yesterday and the girl says - "I need to see if they processed your refund to credit your account" Um REALLY this should have been done when we originally went in on 3/25 to cancel the Range. Delphi - No more excuses or saying you guys want to help and fix things. Bottom line your company is horrible and you can get better service at the DMV. read more

We will be purchasing more appliances from WDC Oxnard because it has wonderful customer service. We purchased a new refrigerator last summer from Sarfaz Patel. Unfortunately we had problems with the ice maker. Sarfaz guided us through the manufacturer's repair service. Manufacturer decided to replace the frig. We decided to upgrade to one with two ice makers. We had the same problem with this one! Crazy! Next Sarfaz told us to try a new manufacturer. It was delivered today so the jury is still out on the performance on this one, but without Sarfaz's help we would probably be at square one. Thank you Sarfaz for your guidance and persistence. Worst customer service ever!!!!!! My 80 year old parents bought a refrigerator in August and it has gone completely out. It is a GE product. Worst ever!!! They have a five year warranty but it is difficult to get a repair person out. It will be a week before someone can come out. I'm putting this out there so people will not buy from them. Our refrigerator went out. First the ice maker stopped working. 3 days later the refrigerator completely quit. After a few days of calling and trying to get it fixed WDC brought out a new refrigerator. They were suppose to bring a longer hose for the water. They never did this. GE corporate said that WDC is responsible for this. We have tried contacting Michelle at corporate to find out why they have not brought it out. She will not answer her call she is either at lunch or left early. She will not return the call. We called back to the man who sold us the refrigerator and he told us he was told not to talk to us. This is poor customer service. It took me writing my first review for them to even show good customer service. They will tell you that a bad outlet was the cause but it was the short hose that leaked and caused the outlet to short. Now the ice maker in this new refrigerator is not working but since the people at WDC won't talk to us we can't get it fixed. Do not buy from WDC. read more

In response to your follow up: yes I agree Chad immediately contacted me regarding situation and attempted to assist. The problem I have is the following ...... the plumbing company that was supposed to go out contacted my husband and agreed to come out only if we were going to pay for the visit which was not correct because it was YOUR technicians who where at fault. The plumbing company wanted a picture to assess the valve situation which we sent to them. We heard no response despite follow up texts. The second problem I have is that there is absolutely no questioning or arguing from your point that my washer was improperly installed and not inform us the homeowners and not only once but twice over a 2 month period. If they saw a problem then why would they install them???? Installation over improper connections to me doesn't sound right and I'm not a technician. As well as not informing us??? Improper connection for 2 months and the second technician installs and walks away leaving me with no water to washer and doesn't say a word??? Again 2 months of washing all my clothing with plain steam, gas bill dramatically goes up... now you tell me if I should be upset. I will take care of situation myself and hiring competent technicians to complete my work as I feel I've had enough stress and damage done. As of now the only thing I'm waiting from my 3,000$ purchase is my drying shoe rack which I was told cane with dryer. You as well have my contact information to arrange for delivery of my shoe rack. Wish I had read reviews!! We have bought a few appliances here over the last 2 years and all were okay Until...... We bought a refrigerator and when it was delivered the ice maker did not work and the deli drawer froze my cheese and meat. We called them and they sent out their delivery men, who said they didn't know what was wrong, then we had two more visits from a service company and still no change. We have another appointment this week Again to get it repaired and Discount Warehouse Center says once they sell it it is up to the manufacturer!!!! This will be the 4th day of missing work to wait for repairman. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I have never written a review before but think this is a horrible way to treat customers. The Warehiise discount cenyer delivered a new unit, that had another separate issue. I called them and received the usual treatment...no call back or follow up. I called the store again and got in touch with Delphi at warehouse discount center I was pleasantly suprised by the prompt response and solution i received from Delphi at WDC. Not only did she return my calls, but she also emailed me. She also went out of her way to do her own research and found a solution to my washer problem. I wouldnt be able to see if her suggestion was going to work, since i wouldn't be home till late. Not a problem...she even offered to assist by phone AFTER HOURS if I needed it. For me - Delphi is the 1 shining star at WDC. So I have raised my original 1 star rating up to 2 stars simple because of her service. read more

My 84 yo in-laws were sold a refrigerator that did not fit in the (correct) measurements supplied. WDC brought the refrigerator out and told my mother-in-law to cut the cabinets. Cabinet maker informed us it was not possible to cut the cabinets and they should never have recommended it. Another employee from WDC said he would never have left the refrigerator there as there was no way to alter the cabinets to fit the appliance. So we purchased a smaller refrigerator from WDC. Long story short, they are still charging them a 15% restock fee on the returned item and are refusing to discuss. Will never purchase from this business again. read more

We were in the market for a new refrigerator since our current one is about to fail. We visited WDC as our first stop, and we were able to walk in without a salesperson being right on top of us. We found the stock near the rear of the store and began our comparison shopping. Our salesperson, Jonnie, arrived a few minutes later and greeted us warmly and with a big masked smile. We described what we were interested in and he was very informative about the various models. He also advised us that some models may take longer to get if not in stock due to COVID-19. He showed us a variety of different models and we ended up with a wonderful Samsung refrigerator. Jonnie even went to the trouble of finding a magnet to make sure we could put all of our pictures on the frig. If you need any type of appliance or information check in with Jonnie! There should be negative stars. Two full kitchens later our LG Range goes real wrong, unsafe internal flames, under a month out of warranty. We have been loyal customers buying, as mentioned, two full kitchens of all appliances. They did nothing to help, got snotty, didn't try to get a little help from LG. Real nice up front, don't count on them when it matters. And then the "Owner" responds that he'd be glad to blah blah blah. I bought all of my appliances in most of my adult life from you and you can't at least have the Range looked at? look at your rating, it reflects your actual attitude. I was doing a kitchen renovation ad bought everything from WDC. Darren Zellner was very helpful with all the appliances and another gentleman helped with sink faucet etc. Very knowledgeable employees. I had an issue with the GE dishwasher and unfortunately GE was not helpful with repair (it was still under warranty. After almost 2 months of still not getting a working dishwasher WDC replaced it with a Bosch. It was installed today by Paul Filion and I couldn't be happier! I bought 2 refrigerators from WDC of OXNARD. 1 Samsung and 1 LG. The LG works fine and the Samsung is louder than a garbage disposal. Twice now WDC sent a Samsung tech out to try and fix the problem and when the tech got the noise to stop they considered it fixed. Of course hours after the tech left the noises come back. For the 3rd time and 5 days ago I've requested another repair and have had no response from WDC. Just so you don't think I'm crazy, the tech hears the noise and says he doesn't understand the cause. Additionally I've sent 2 seperate videos at different times of the noise occurring to WDC and still no response. So from my experice you basically have a 50% chance of getting a good working refrigerator from WDC. Also note that when you get their warranty plan, WDC sets the repairs up like this.... A repair guy will call to schedule a day they can come out. That day you pic you have to be home all day because the tech can call at any time and say they'll be there in an hour or two. The repair company gives you no window of time, it's just... we'll call you and you better be there or you'll have to wait anther week before we can put you in the schedule again. I bought a washer/dryer and refrigerator from WDC. I came in several times before purchasing the items. I worked with Mahmud from the beginning. I never was pressured to buy. Each time Mahmud spent plenty of time with me. The day before my Bosch refrigerator was to be delivered, I questioned whether it was big enough. I went back into the store and had more questions. Mahmud was patient with me, answered all my questions, and reassured me this fridge was a good fit based on what I communicated I was wanting/looking for. I'm so glad he did. I give them less than one star. I am waiting for delivery of a refrigerator . Expected delivery in one week. It is now 3 weeks. Said they will not deliver without full payment. I gave him a check for$3,600 He promised delivery today the 28th after many emails requesting status over the past two weeks. It is a stock Samsung refrigerator. Home Depot said they will deliver in four days. I sent three emails to salesman Zellner today asking for status. No reply. I requested return of my check on Tuesday October 31. I have never written a review before. In the past we have purchased several Dacor appliances for our kitchen. Last April our Bosch dishwasher was replaced with a CHEF Collection - Samsung. We purchased the extended warranty. The repair service has been out 5 times for the machine throwing the same LE code. That is 5 days off work and 7 weeks without a working dishwasher. The one star is only because of the nice salesman Brennan. We ordered and paid for a washer/dryer set that was to be delivered within two weeks of purchase. We got a call that there would be a delay, no big deal. We then ordered and paid for a floor model Jenn Air refrigerator that we had been keeping our eye on. It was delivered and wasn't able to be installed yet because of floor tile installation. So the installation company left the "double bubble wrapped" refrigerator in a corner of our great room. The tile was complete and the same company "SAAV installation" sent two new guys to install the refrigerator. It was about a one hour process and upon completion, the left door had a huge scape. My wife went in right away and spoke to the female manager who told her "well that refrigerator didn't leave here with that scratch." She then said the best we can do for you is a 10% discount. What? After going back and forth they finally went to their other location and replaced the door. It gets worse. Two days after the installers from SAAV had finished the install, our bank called us with an alert that two suspect checks had been written and cashed for 1400.00.... My wife's checkbook that was on top of the wine cooler that was about to be put back on new tile, had been stolen. There was NO ONE else that entered our home in that two day period. WDC was of course shocked and assured us that the owner would call us back and explain how something like this could of happened. Guess what? NO call from the owner. So RUN don't walk away from this place!! BTW, they still use SAAV to install their appliances!! read more
