The service is poor and the workers have zero customer service. Everyone who works there acts like they hate their life and acted like I was an inconvenience by bringing in my car to get it fixed. They also over charge customers for their parts, and with labor added on to terrible service staff, it's just not worth it. I think it's time to replace the management and get some new friendly workers in there. Good luck bringing your car in here, if you want crappy overpriced half-assed work on your car, then this is the place for you.

That said, I sent my daughter to this shop over the last 3 months or so. She has paid them to completer over $2000 of repairs on three separate occasions. I have no issue with the work completed. In fact they advise my daughter what work could wait and what was needed immediately. After all this work her check engine light came on again and thought it could be related to previous work. It turns out it was not related to previous work and they could not see any code happening at the time of diagnosis. They did advise previous codes and was told the problem would likely resurface. They charged my daughter $164 (one hour) to hook up a scan tool and provide the codes. I am very used to having relationships with auto mechanics in the past where there is typically would be no charge when they cannot find an issue. That is what I expected today. So to be clear, just understand you will be charged for every piece of work they do here. Again, I can not complain with previous work but thought perhaps they would be willing to build a long term relationship. I guess I will find out if I am wrong as I go forward. Thank you.

As it turns out I didn't torque down the wheel tight enough (I did it to specs) but Andy explained that the rust on the hub crushed down and loosened, thus creating the wobble. He tightened both wheels and sent me on my way free of charge. I've taken a few of my vehicles there and have gotten absolute five star service each time. Also if you're a Veteran you get a 10% discount to boot. It's a great shop and a credit to Worthington to have them there.

I wanted to be happy with the job that Tilton's performed but I cannot bring myself to it. Someone…read morerear ended me and I wanted to take my car to Tilton's since it is in a convenient location for me. Communication was ok, and the car was done when they said it would be done. However the actual paint job they performed leaves a lot to be desired. They did not paint match the new bumper correctly, and the clear coat is completely opaque and bumpy. There is a very noticeable transition between the bumper and the rest of the car as shown below. They replaced my bumper with a non OEM part, which was the fault of the insurance company and not them, so maybe that is part of it. I also share some blame as I was in a hurry to catch a flight when picking up my car so I did not thoroughly inspect their work. Regardless, it is not a quality job and I would not recommend going there for body work.

As a real customer who took…read moremy car in TWICE, once with the original issue, and again to fix the damage they caused to my fuel injectors with their "walnut cleaning" Neither time did my original issue get fixed and they even tried to say it was my exhaust pipe rattling. Turns out if they had just replaced my damn Camshaft position actuator the problem would've went away! But no, they had me spend 2 grand OUT OF POCKET the first time, didn't fix my issue, instead I had a new one, and another 2787 OUT OF POCKET yet again to fix the issue THEY CAUSED!! And lied to my face as well as lost my ENGINE COVER! These people are ripping you off! DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY TO YOU THEY ARE LIARS and I have paperwork to prove it! ALL NEW FUEL INJECTORS, SPARK PLUGS, Intake Manifold Gasket and still the same issue.
