I believe his name is Aaron (longish black hair) because he is such a fantastic hype man! He is always bubbly and enthusiastic, and makes me feel so good about my purchases. I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

Apparently loss prevention staff was monitoring someone and actually prevented him from walking away with a shopping bag of items.. I'm glad retail stores embrace the prevention of shoplifters.. rather than some stores just taking the loss and letting them walk away..although is the safety of an employee worth it.. is always a other view.. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. Service - The team is so welcoming and friendly. This is the #1 reason we are loyal customers. Events available - See website. Again, my first but NOT last time that I will attend an event. We will probably come back Sunday for the Mt Rose Passholder Spring Sale. Price - Expensive, but worth the quality, service, and culture. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. You can either sell Patagonia your used clothes or trade them in so they can fix it. I believe that reusing is better than recycling. Furthermore, they give you credit ranging from $15 to $150.

Upon entering on either side they have big fish tanks that our kids love looking at, and then of course they have the massive Ferris wheel. The cost is $1 per rider which is more than fair, but in my experience they will often just give you the tokens to ride for free. The store itself is a bit pricey. But there's a variety here that you won't get many other places. So you're almost certain to find something.

Woven Loafer - Finally found one I liked at Dillards, except for the color. There were NO woven loafers here at all. Okay, I just ordered 4 shoes online and it did NOT go through! Called the toll free # - Customer service (Vern) was good and helped us order. Will update after receiving shoes. Update - Got the shoes and they looked worn... Tried to reorder online, but again, I had issues... So I called customer service and asked for NEW pairs/reordered. Again, good service, but we will see what gets shipped. Update 2 - Now I am up to my 6th pair. Sadly, I had so many issues with the shoes not being new, the shoes were being shipped from so many different places, arriving on different days/times, and one never delivered, even though their website said they were delivered. If you buy different brands of shoes, and from different countries, all sizes are NOT equal... Some run larger, some smaller, etc. This is one of the reasons I am NOT an online customer.
