I've been to this restaurant many times before, but this is my first time sharing my review. Parking is always easy, and the customer service has been great every time I've been here. Upon a quick search, it looks like they send your mobile order to the kitchen 15 minutes before the pickup time shown to you in the app/website, which is to give you time to get there and to ensure the order is freshly made. Makes sense! Though I wish it was made clear online since most fast food places send the order right away or when you arrive. Note to future self: place order before leaving the house!
