Came here because of the free sandwich deal and this time decided on the gyro. I liked the gyro. It was flavorful and juicy enough. It wasn't like gyro you could get at an authentic Greek place but it didn't need to be. It just needed to taste good which it did for me. A gyro isn't typically a first choice for me when I go somewhere. Staff is friendly here. If I had to pay for prior sandwich deals, I'd probably have given 4 stars on all my other Arby reviews this month but since I got the free sandwich by purchasing anything else at least $1, the good deal made me 5 stars satisfied! read more

Food Poisoning!!!!! First I'd like to say that this place should be ashamed and the people that work there either need to do better or move on. Place is dirty and run down, smells like rotten food and moth balls. Floor so sticky your shoe will get stuck. We picked up our order, checking it before leaving we noticed they forgot our burger and chicken cordon bleu sandwich. When we told the worker he had no idea what the chicken sandwich even was. My wife and I stopped by here on a Saturday after visiting our favorite market down the street. Recently, we have written some pretty bad reviews for other Arby's shops, but this one is very different. This particular store is wedged in between some other fast food restaurants, so I think that the management is well aware that they need to compete. This restaurant was busy. The manager was conducting interviews for help while we were there. Regardless, we had a very simple order. Two sandwiches, fries and sodas. The food came out in short order and the order was completed correctly. That seems like a low bar, but in fact, the sandwiches were so fresh that the roast beef came out steaming hot. I do not believe that I have ever seen that phenomenon even when I was a kid and Arby's still served the "super". The fries were also hot and the soda mixes were spot on. After going to Capital Grille last night, I decided to save some money and go to Arby's. I really thought I was going to be in for a bad experience, but truly it was not that bad. I went with the mild chicken fajita sandwich on flatbread. It was really good. It had tons of flavor provided by the delicious peppers and flavorful chicken. It also has a creamy avocado sauce. The chicken was full of flavor and was NOT rubbery at all. It tasted nice and grilled. The cheese went well with the sandwich. I wish that they did not include the tomato or lettuce. The sauce was pretty much flooded on the sandwich so I wish they toned it back a bit. The staff was welcoming and kind. However, I'm not sure the restaurant was taken care of too well as the condiments table was a little dirty and the lids were not falling out of their compartment The restaurant looked above average for a fast food joint. The seats and tables looked fine and they had a soda machine that looked new. The restaurant is fine with some tasty food, but I doubt I would return unless they have another crazy promotion. This restaurant is probably my favorite fast-food restaurant and has been for ages! My favorites over the years are the classic Roast Beef sandwich and then the Cheddar and Beef. I also liked the original fries (though sadly they discontinued that. Now it's curly or nothing in fry form). But coming here years later has gotten me psyched with their fairly recent new sandwiches. I like them a lot (minus maybe one!). They have Smokehouse Brisket sandwich and a Cornbeef hash type (that one got me sick, admittedly though). They also have three choices in gyros! I love that this place does try new things. The place always has a comfy, relaxed atmosphere too. It's not like...ahem, "other" fast-food places where you get screamed at by a customer if you take longer than two seconds to make your order. And there is a bell by each exit/entrance that you can ring on your way out if you enjoyed your service (the only loud but brief part of my experience when I'm here). And I bet the people that avoid that bell are just shy... I am that confident of the service here. Again, this place has good food and great service. They really have the meats! read more

This is a rather old-fashioned Arby's location, probably built in the 1970s and does not appear to have been renovated since. You would be fooled to believe that there are no restrooms here, but there does happen to be one - you must exit the restaurant and go to the rear of the building to find it. Oh, and don't forget to ask for the key before you exit the restaurant! That particular information about inconvenience out of the way, this has always been a reliably good Arby's for me. Just coming into Arby's on the Atlanta highway in Montgomery Alabama. Got a very good greeting when I walked in the door. Everything they prepared was superfast and literally perfect. I have a doctor's degree in business And I know good when I see it. Never have I had an employee walk out to my car and greet me. Remembering my car and saying we are glad to have you back. I would like to give these employees a degree in job Performance because they are really serious about their job. You will never see them not smiling. I have been out of town for 90 days. When I walked in they even remember what I normally ordered 90 days before leaving the country. The gentleman that came out to the car to greet me said welcome back, Mr. Luke and walk back into the store. I was shocked because he was just super nice guy. I can't remember his name but he prepares the Arby"s sandwiches in the back. A young black guy probably in his late 20s or early 30s that has a dynamic personality that can do anything in the store. I have met the manager of this Arby's a super good trainer. I can't remember her name cause I'm 71 years old but she can really train employees and the assistant manager. I believe his name is Jason. I totally forget to eat at times but luckily enough they have THE MEATS!! The new Arbynator I had to try because who doesn't like fries on their burg...sammich! It's kinda awkward pulling into the drive-thru tho. There's a pole I guess so you don't run into the drive thru menu... have someone has done that before but it's totally in the way...but once you order and come around the mulberry bush you're greeted by an individual who clearly was a former member of the Chik-fil-A crew with how hospitable and polite he was. The wait wasn't long and they don't skimp on the sauces. I had no clue what sauce to choose when asked and he was just like, "I'll give you one of each...!!! Say what?? The Golden Arches would never! Arby's isn't anymore pricey than its competitors, you just get a little more bite for your buck. I'm not too fond of the horseysauce but it was good otherwise. We love coming here, it's the only close by Arby's in Philly. I love the classic roast beef & cheddar. It's my thing I appreciate their "all the meats" campaign but I'd like them to stick with their specialty. The new gyros are decent, same for reuban & some pricier specialty sandwiches. This location is always clean, nice people, good food. They let you use multiple coupons sometimes (otherwise is kind of expensive for fast food). I just wish they had a customer restroom! read more

Yes, it's fast food, but, occasionally when out shopping, we will stop for lunch at a fast food venue. Arby's has always been a favorite since i was a little girl. Been to this location a few times and it was good. Both had the classic Roast Beef and Cheddar cheese platter which includes those tasty fries and a beverage of choice. No, Arby's DOES NOT have Coca-cola products, but, they do have soda water and I drink it aka seltzer water, sparkling water. The staff was friendly and we were served quickly on a busy Saturday. There are not many Arby's around this area. I think the best Arbys is the one on Baltimore Pike in Clifton Heights. The food is excellent and the staff working there even though most of them were young are nice to you. Give them a shot and you will definitely love their food. read more

Ok, so got the coupons and figured I'd try out a couple Clasic Roastbeef sandwiches. The Sandwiches were really good. Got a bad case of the Hershey squirts from them but that's to be expected from Arby's. The problem that I had with this location is that its really disgustingly dirty inside. No napkins, had to ask at counter for them. Where you get your arby's sauce and condiments, I wasn't sure why the sauces were all over the counter. But when ordering I found out, the assistant manager had his back to me talking with the cashier for over a minute before the head manager motioned to him that there were customers. OK so they dont make much money at their jobs, but if they want to work there, take a customers orders and clean that Sh*thole up. Ill nevergo back. read more

Sad to say, but I had a horrible experience experience at the Arby's on Baltimore Pike in Springfield Pa.. I went there with a few family members not expecting anything negative, But was totally blown away by the bad service of the female food prep worker. I ordered the roast beef sandwich with cheese and bacon, i didn't want the other sauce that comes with it. I opened my sandwich to check it before I left and found that there was no bacon, I spoke to the cashier about it and he was very polite and professional, but when he brought it to the attention of the prep worker she screamed at him, took the sandwich back put on the bacon and threw it on the sandwich tray. I felt so disrespected and so caught off guard. If I had been thinking right I would have asked for my money back, but again I was so caught off guard , l complained to the manager about the situation and she didn't seem surprised ,so I asked for information so that I could take some kind of action, hence this complaint, first and only ever, but I had to do something. Oh and after two bites I couldn't finish my sandwich. By the way the workers name was Mallorie, after writing this I feel that at least I did something.
