It's been a while since I've been to a Burger King, over a few years at least. I ordered a couple…read moreRodeo burgers, jalapeno poppers, halfsies (fries and rings) and I tried to order a orange creamsicle freeze, but both their freezes were "Sold Out". The fries were hot, the rings were warm & soft, not crispy, not a good onion ring. I ate a few of the jalapeno cheddar bites, the first one was only ok, each one after that got progressively worse, eventually they tasted like 3 time microwave heated losers. I can forgive all that, but the main star (burgers) was not a star at all, the rodeo burgers are tiny, like sliders.. measured 3 inches :-( ... my hand dwarfed them and I don't have huge hands! Very sad experience, probably be a long time before I darken their door again. Also the price was almost $5 more then their listed price at the correct locations website! It wasn't necessarily this location, I think all BKs probably would've given me a similar experience.

When I explained that I already paid for it when I bought the frappe she still said no, but acted very annoyed and flustered. Calm down red head lady, it's just whip cream and costs 3 cents, if that. I hope denying me my whip cream made you feel important and powerful.

Here's a smoother, more polished version that keeps the facts and frustration but reads more…read moreclearly and professionally: Very disappointed with this location, especially since I've had issues here before. I ordered through the drive-thru: a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a Coke, a McChicken, a medium fry with honey mustard, and a Diet Coke. When I received my bag, I asked if the honey mustard was included, as I've previously paid for sauces and not received them. The employee checked the screen and said it was included. To be sure, I opened the bag and immediately noticed I was missing an entire fry. I informed the employee, who shut the window without saying anything. When she returned, she told me I had only paid for one fry. I explained that I ordered a meal plus an additional fry with the McChicken and showed her my receipt. It turned out I had only been charged for the fry included in the meal. I told her I would let it go, as my card locks if I swipe it twice at the same location, but expressed my disappointment since it meant someone in my order would go without. She slammed the window shut. A manager then came to the window visibly upset and repeated that I would need to pay for another fry. I calmly explained again that I understood, but couldn't swipe my card again and would just pass. She angrily asked if a free small fry would "make me happy." I wasn't being confrontational-I was simply pointing out that part of my order was missing. I told her I didn't need a free fry and was okay leaving without it. Despite this, she insisted on giving me one, then returned to the window acting aggressively and asked if the employee had asked whether my order looked correct. I said no, which was true, but it made me uncomfortable as it felt like someone else might get in trouble over an honest mistake. When I got home, I discovered the spicy chicken sandwich meal wasn't even a spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I believe this location needs better management, as the manager's aggressive behavior toward customers was unacceptable. I can only imagine how employees are treated.
