The heat was perfect, the coating crispy, and the wedges were always on point. I couldn't come to Richmond without grabbing spicy wings. So when the owner decided to stop making the spicy wings and convert the fry station to breast strip fryers, that was it for me. That spicy recipe was the reason I came.
