I find that WAWA's app is a mess. Most times it doesn't work and today trying to use the APP instore to use a rewards and couldn't get a connection. I don't know if they outsource their app but their support is horrible and I am at the point of just not stopping at WAWA anymore. Asked to speak to a manager and got told that you have to call WAWA's 1800 number to get support. Their sandwiches are good, but when you add in the APP it's a HOT MESS. You have rewards in your app that you can't get to and no one in-store can help?? Just for a "laugh" I called customer service and they said the online support team would get back to my via mail within 24-48 hours (not holding my breath) and they have no way to call you. Definitely a wawa that if you're pressed for time, you don't go to. This place was popping at 10am from everyone getting ready to go to the parks or starting their day. Filling up my gas tank was easy and the location was super clean and easy to navigate. They had a great amount of pumps so I was able to pull up easily and fill my car without having to wait at all. The staff inside was super friendly and the workers were flying through orders trying to make sure no on waited too long for their meal orders. My sandwich was perfectly prepared and my brothers breakfast wrap was insanely hot and looked like they added so much food it was going to explode! The flavors of both dishes were great and the tripletta I always get will keep me coming back. The interior of thr place was super clean but the bathrooms could definitely use some fixing up. We do not have Wawa at home, so this is a must visit stop for us if we can get here. We had to take a bus to a hotel then walk a mile to get here but we made it. We got a package of their famous coffee, always need to take some home. The kids each got a sub, turkey sub, then a meat ball sub add bacon and pepperoni. If I had a car I would have grabbed more food here. I would have loved to tried their drinks and more food, but I just like picking up some souvenir coffee. They did have some unique looking chips we do not get in our region of the country. It is just fun for us to see what different parts of the country have to sample that we don't get at home. read more

Wawa as a whole is a decent business. They have exceptional customer service and are mostly efficient in their operations. I tend to use them more for coffee and food. I frequent the one on Sand Lake and will typically eat there for my work break. My Honey Turkey sandwich is always made fresh and I rarely have to wait long for it. I also appreciate the staff's very friendly demeanor. You almost forget you're at a gas station! Pagnotti Pro Tip: Use the app and their Rewards program! I always order my sandwich ahead and it rarely ever goes past the time I schedule it for. Plus, you get discounts with their Rewards and it isn't hard to earn/use their points. read more

We waited more than half an hour to get a simple order on the curbside pick up, we were on our way to the parks and wanted to grab something to eat really fast, we've been to Wawa many times and they are quick with your orders, this location was the exception, when 20 minutes went by we went in to see what was going on and the staff prepping the orders were doing it in such a slow pace I couldn't believe it, there were at least 7 other people waiting on their orders. Food was good although they forgot to put ham on the ham, egg and cheese sandwich. Wawa is a gas station, but so much more. So very much more. Wawa is probably best revered for their deli area that gives you great sandwiches and other food items freshly prepared 24/7. I must say that being a transplant from the northeast (New Jersey, to be precise), those subs (or as they call them in south Jersey and the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, hoagies) are a great memory of the past, stopping in at all hours to enjoy a sandwich after being out on the town for an evening. The Italian sub is probably my most common order, though the last few times I have been getting their cheesesteaks. I would recommend stopping here. Fill up your tank and maybe your belly, as well. Thank you WAWA for having a Tesla supercharger! One charger wasn't working. When the station is full I was only getting 60 miles/hour. It's a convenient location. Not too far from the parks and hotels. WAWA isn't just any gas station they have a nice fast food joint, good assortment of coffee, slushies, Coca-Cola machine, and a ton of snacks and candies. One downside, while I was charging I was approached by 2 kids "fundraising" for Awareness Youth (fraud). They're selling junk from the dollar store for $10 (maybe they jacked the price since I was sitting in a Tesla ‍) but they were there for the full 1.5 hours it took to charge my car. Nobody from WAWA stopped them. They hit up every single person that stopped for gas or charge. They have a little fake book to show you the "adventures/scholarship" and also have a fake letter from the city of Orlando. I really hope nobody from WAWA is supporting this! read more

Wawa has the best food for a gas station. The concept is absolutely state of the art but at this particular location there was an employee who was exceptionally rude and acted like she could care less about her job. During our week stay we had several visits with her unprofessional and unpleasant attitude and after she continued her negative behavior towards my wife and I we decided to go to the Wawa near Sea World on Central Florida Parkway instead and still received the great quality food Wawa provides. The other issue was at this location is when they were either going to close the kitchen or clean they would unplug the ordering kiosk no matter how many people were waiting to order. Another great Wawa, and a staple for quick meals on my frequent business trips to the Orlando area. I fell in love with Wawa when the first Florida location opened near Sea World and my friend from Philadelphia went bonkers about it. It's interesting to see how their menu has been tailored to the Florida market over the last couple of years. Burritos, bowls, and grab-n-go empanadas are a relatively new addition, while the old staples remain. In an effort to eat healthier, I have recently started getting their salads almost every day as a healthy lunch. They're always excellent, and of good quality for the price. Brand new WaWa and this one is a beauty. Can't put my finger on what used to be here but its in a great location. I love the coke zero freestyles here or is it just called coke freestyles. I get a large drink every time. And they have amazing milkshakes here. Wawa always has great seating areas outside of the store and this one is pretty much the best I've seen overseeing Sandlake on a busy evening. Stopped in for gas and got some free air as well. Its FREE and it's one of the better air machines I've used. Its automatic and you are done in seconds. So take this 4 quarters you saved a and yourself a drink! ;) Wawa's are amazing and this one is one of the best I've seen be sure to stop in. read more

A very well-stocked store. Somewhere between a Bucee's and a Valero. You'll know what I'm saying if you're from Texas. Anyway, I'm staying across the street this week and I wanted some bottled water. So off I went. I would have given Four stars, but they don't make it easy for pedestrians to get in. Fence all around with a couple of driveways for the cars. I finally noticed a pedestrian walkway. I ordinarily like this location but recently they have been closing the made to order station...for no reason and have no other warm options. They have also been lacking on keeping stock of basic items (drink cups and plastic utensils)....I don't know where the problems are coming from but they need to be addressed and changed. As far as gas stations are located, Wawa is top notch! Clean, ample gas pumps that pump quickly, free air for your tire and a great store as well. The store sells great coffee, other handcrafted beverages and subs that have a cult following, amongst other things. One of my favorite items is a toasted bagel with cream cheese, cucumber and tomato! You can ordered prepared drinks and meals from a touch screen kiosk which is always nice and efficient. This was one nice experience and truthfully a revisit with equally pleasant outcome. We decided to ditch the standard sit down dinner and have hoagies while in Orlando. We ordered several hoagies and all made to order with one exception. They were out of meatballs for wife's choice in sandwich. The sandwiches were made quickly and dressed as desired. The cold sub appeared fresh and the Tripleletta was a super deal at 4.99 currently. We grabbed some chips and fountain drinks and back at our hotel to eat in less than 15 minutes. read more

We don't have Wawa's up in NYC as we are struck with 7-Elevens and bodegas. Now I know why so many people praise this place. Tasty food, friendly service, and good prices. I can't believe how often I stop at this particular Wawa. Then again it is in prime real estate on the corner of I-Drive and Sand Lake. Very touristy area. What's weird is that to get in or out from the I-Drive side you have to cut through a hotel parking lot! LOL. Who designed this!? As Wawas go, this is pretty standard issue. Lots of space in the parking lot and around the pumps so it's never usually cramped or crowded here. The interior is also pretty standard. No bigger or smaller than any other Wawa. Seems to be well-lit and pretty clean for the most part (the interior, that is). Staff seems to be on point for the most part. Considering how busy this location is, I guess I'm impressed. read more
