So, every time I visit the DMV area, I high tail it to WaWa to get my favorite Bacon Egg and Cheese Hoagie, extra Bacon. Unfortunately, this location didn't grant me the excitement I was seeking. Bread, wasn't soft and actually was hard on the bottom from being overcooked. Egg, wasn't scrambled, but rather some type of omelet patty... bacon and cheese were fine. I took the first bite even though I knew in my spirit it wouldn't be good and sure enough that 1st bite was my last bite. Finally got around to checking this place out. My niece has been raving about a chicken panini that Wawa has. So we went to grab lunch. Price point is good but the sandwiches were meh. She did say the sandwiches at other locations she's been to are a lot better. The store is clean. There's plenty of parking on the side. Gas pumps look really spacious. read more

Their sandwiches are really good. I'll order again very soon. I had to get air in my tires and there machines are automatic and free.

This WAWA was clean with lots of convenient parking. Right off the highway was a nice stopping place.

I'm sooo happy WAWA is finally in MOCO! Gas is pretty cheap in the area. Employees are super friendly! The have their in house cafe, with iced, frozen and coffee drinks , download their app for deals and ordering ahead! We need more locations! read more

so this is my last time visiting this store I was in around 8pm Sunday it was a bit busy so I will give grace to the staff, food was good kitchen staff was very friendly and time friendly. but as I was going to check out my order i stood at the counter for almost 5-10 minutes before anyone came to check me out some lightskinned girl rang me up think her name was Jaida was not very nice and did not ask me for my Wawa rewards card i had a discount for my sandwich which i was not able to use because she finished my transaction after I already made it clear I had a discount I'd like to use but in other words a lady named Cassie was very nice and highly respectful of my time and order. they were busy so I will give the staff grace but I do know for next time I will try another location completely different vibes hopefully read more

This is the same as any regular Wawa, it is nice to finally have one in Gaithersburg after all these years. My gripe with this location is that they are VERY strict with the "5 cent bag policy" like their lives depend on it. I can order $60 worth of food but if I ask for just one bag they won't give it unless I give them their 5 cents. The staff here depending on the time of day is also pretty rude. I asked who I'm pretty sure was the manager at the time in the kitchen about my order and she said "you ordered a lot of food so you have to wait" with a negative attitude... like I'm sorry that I ordered a lot of food and gave you guys money? Yeah the staff here is not up to par with other Wawas I've been to where I always usually have a good experience. read more

I'm a door dasher and this has to be the slowest service. The order I was picking up said it was ready for pick up. upon my arrival it was not ready and I waited over 10 mins. It's like watching sloths work. They seem to work at the slowest pace possible. read more

My first time visiting this location and I was excited to order some food and drinks. While waiting to place my order I noticed an argument between a customer and a kitchen employee that should've have been handled differently but unfortunately it ended in a different way and was making everything uncomfortable for everyone that was waiting around for their food. Please train your employees to learn how to speak to customers specially elder people. Back to my order... the food was well made even though there was a rush the only thing I didn't like is that you can't barely hear your order number when it gets called out since there is too much crowd noise, kitchen noise and the radio playing. My order was literally seating in the pick up table for 15 min or more and was cold. It would be nice to have one of the Wall TV to display the orders that are ready for pick up this will help those with hearing disabilities and to have the cooking crew some headsets with a microphone that can call the order trough the speaker. The entrance door is not handicapped accessible and that is a huge problem. Please change the door to sliding door or put push operating buttons to help with this issue. read more

I have been to dozens of Wawas in NJ, MD, VA and this one is by far the worst. I would give it 1 star but to be fair it is a Wawa after all so the nice things about a Wawa exist and are appreciated ( gas, coffee, all kinds of goodies, etc). What sucks here are the sandwiches (and I do love Wawa sandwiches). The first time I came to this location the bread on my Classic was stale (never had a stale sub roll at Wawa before). The next time I went they substituted or used the wrong bread on my wife's sandwich and was very cheap with the addons on all of the sandwiches I ordered (but the rolls weren't stale this time). You are going to get a better product at Subways versus the Wawa at this location. I really hope they improve since this Wawa is the closest to where I live. read more
