It's nothing special, but I almost always find what I need - on occasion there are things out of stock that I'm looking for, but not often enough to make a big difference. I have had a mix of interactions with the staff here, nothing outwardly negative, just generally unfriendly. BUT there is a gentleman that usually works in the dairy/processed meats section and he is always SO NICE and so friendly. Even when I come in at 6 in the morning on the weekends! Overall, I like this location, and I will definitely keep visiting (obviously with the 1 million check-ins!)

The first two times it was good. The third time was a disaster. They have a fraud department. I was flagged..it happens.. They realized it was a mistake and reinstated my account. Mind you it was $250 worth of food. They reordered my delivery (another $250) and the fraud department canceled the order again! I called to fix this. A man by the name of Chris said it was "billing issue" Fraud? Billing? which one. I am for now on going to Costco. I told them they lost $15,000 worth of my business because of their incompetence.

I have never met someone at a Trader Joe's that wouldn't go out of their way to help a customer. The food is delicious! They have lots of fresh fruit and veggies. The Employees are constantly packing those aisles with fresh produce. I really like their cheese section. I always get the feta cheese, baby Brie cheese, and Gouda cheese. They are priced so reasonably. I love their snack section and I load up on nuts, dried fruits, chips, pretzels and cookies. You can't go wrong with Trader Joe's snacks. I also buy their muffins and breads. They have a sourdough bread that is amazing. The scones are really good too. Don't forget the lemon cookies, they taste like lemon meringue pie. Yum! The store is clean, well organized, and well stocked. If they don't have a product you need, they will let you know when it is coming in. Great food and excellent selection, fabulous employees, good prices, why would you go anywhere else?

Store is clean and well-stocked, and they always seem to have staff restocking the shelves. Cashiers are friendly and efficient - they'll call you over to one of their lanes if they're open (and the lanes are named after local roadways for convenience). Just be careful turning into the lot from Travilah and Route 28 - the first driveway is exit-only!!

They have a great card selection. I always pick up greeting cards when I am there. They usually have my Hershey's miniatures which have been hard to find in the dark chocolate flavor. I always enjoy looking through their holiday decorations. I always end up getting a few for my home. I have the CVS care card, so I can earn money back when I use their coupons. This is a great CVS. I don't mean to insult most of the younger working generations. I'm hoping it's a minority of individuals, but when it comes to being helpful, CVS is very weak. Recently, my prescriptions changed for the Gramercy location, which is closing, to Upper Rock. One prescription had no refills. Therefore, the way I understand it, they didn't have it (technically) added to their system? This is even though it was in the system of Gramercy. But, what makes it worse is the pharmacist would neither phone my doctor's office nor the Gramercy location to help get the refillable prescription in their store's system. Is this laziness? Is this policy? Whatever it is, it doesn't make sense. I should add that when I talked to an individual from that pharmacy a few days before and mentioned all the prescriptions that needed to be refilled, that individual did not inform me there would be a problem with them contacting my doctor. To highlight the ineptness of the location, I have requested receiving text messages informing me when prescriptions are ready for pickup, and I am not receiving them.

Ironically, both of these gas stations are right in front of the Tesla Car Maintenance and Workshop that is right back on Gude. If you want 3000 different types of blunt cigars, this is your gas station. If you want a wide selection of foods/drinks/snacks - I would go across the street to the 7-11.

Today we were searching the isles for perennial herbs, like lemon balm. Ahmeia (spelling) came over to offer guidance. She walked us to the correct section, with both raw and extract options. She checked for each item on our list, showing us available options. We really appreciated the extra time she took to identify the opportunity to assist us, along with how thorough she was. We purchased several of the extracts, along with a couple of the raw herbs. Great place for organic well raised meat, organic pasture raised eggs from local resources, and of course produce and much more.
