After 2 months and reviewing the service manual I discovered that he didn't refill the ATF after replacing the A/T cooler hose to the radiator! After I put in a quart of ATF everything worked great. The bill shows the repair wrong as "engine oil cooler hoses" (which I don't have) and doesn't show a charge for ATF either. Asked for a partial refund and he said no. He said you should have brought it back sooner - that's a joke since mechanics never find intermittent problems! Plus, I'm not going to waste more of my time there - professional mechanics are supposed to do it right the first time. That's what I'm paying for! Pretty sad that a "professional" mechanic wouldn't refill the ATF after losing some during the repair.

I recently brought my stepmother's 2016 Chevrolet Equinox in because her Tire warning had been on…read morethe dashboard for some time. I tried filling each tire with air and only 1 tire would not hold the maximum pressure. After making an appointment with Alex, I dropped the car off so that he could take a look at it. What he discovered was that 2 of the tire sensors needed replacing. He couldn't find any place where the tire was damaged in any way. But, to be sure, he checked it a couple of times and what he found was correct. He gave me the estimate and I gave him the go ahead to do the work. He mentioned that he would contact me when the car was ready. Sure enough, he called to tell me that the car was ready and gave me the final cost for the repair. I went later that afternoon to pick up the car and returned it to my stepmother. She was elated! I was relieved! I enjoyed driving the car back to her as it was a smooth and quite comfortable ride. Thank you Cochran and Alex for making my stepmother a very satisfied customer. Great work performed in a day's time and my stepmother has found a mechanic that she's pleased with.
