Pulled up to the pump, inserted my card, pumped my fuel, and was on my way. I did not go inside, I stayed with my vehicle. The lot was a fairly decent size that offered enough pumps. But somehow it seems that it can get a bit congested at times. We were done and on our way to leave and had to sit in line to get out of the lot.

I ignore it but asked if there is a bathroom and he told me it was outside but I needed the code. I asked for the code and he pointed at a sign and I took a picture of it on my phone so I wouldn't forget it and the clerk screamed at me for it. In front of other customers. So I snapped back at him then proceeded to leave in tears while he was yelling "I was just kidding!" It wouldn't hurt so deeply if a tragic and unexpected death didn't happen in my family this past week. I hope this is a lesson to treat everyone with kindness because you never know what's going on underneath. I should've just went to another gas station.

Unloaded all the stuff for them to work on. They started the work very slowly. 10 minutes in, the technician said he has to go jumpstart another car and will be back in 10-15 minutes. He came back an hour later. What should've been done in 20-30 minutes took over 2 hours... And I even helped them on a lot of the parts of the process to speed them up. I loaded all the stuff into my truck and the person said "that'll be $200". I thought he was joking. And he said "no, this is a 2 hour job and we charge $100 per hour". I exemplified all of the self control I could and reminded him that he quoted me $50. I ended up overpaying just to get out of there. And I ended up wasting so much of my time here. I didn't have an appointment but experienced no wait. They attended to my concern right away, looked at the tire that was triggering the light and did a thorough check. They didn't find any nails or leaks. They topped off all 4 tires with air, and also took the time to explain why they think the light came on (weather/temp). They told me to keep an eye on the tire pressure for the next couple weeks and bring it back if the light comes back on and stays on so that they can dismount the tire and do a further inspection.
