He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. I'm so glad I finally found a new trusted mechanic! Will definitely take my car to Brian and the team for all future maintenance services.

Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. But looking all around and under the car, couldn't see anything. My husband was able to get partially under the car and see a small patch of fur stuck up in a panel on the underside of the car but couldn't remove the panel it was stuck under due to a stripped bolt and couldn't get far enough under the car to quite reach it. Once inside the car, I realized the smell was permeating the interior as well. It was so bad, that if I didn't get it removed, I wasn't going to be able to use the car. I called about a dozen places- dealerships, auto repair shops, body shops to see if anyone could do anything to rectify it. No one was able to get me on their schedule for weeks or in some cases over a month. One person even laughed at me over the phone!! Until I spoke to Noah at the BP. They were booked solid, but when I explained the situation he said to come on over...no promises but he'd (personally) take a look and see if he could help. He was a bit hesitant about the stripped bolt...not wanting to damage the panel but was able to successfully remove the panel, remove the source of the foul odor (dead critter) and saved my car! He (Noah, the manager) took care of it himself. He didn't even pull it into the shop to put on a lift! And he didn't bill me for it! This guy is unbelievable. He is professional, pleasant, empathetic and just an all around good guy!

My card is active and good; the guy behind me paid cash (I had none) and the two cars in the lane closest to the station used their cards and went on their merry way. No one from the station came out and it was raining , so I didn't want to take any more time and get wet to try to walk over to get any help when all pumps should be working. If not, signs should be displayed. Very disappointing and since I often start on the road earlier than 9, I don't have he time to mess with staff to keep their pumps operational for all. Unfortunately only one mechanic can actually diagnose and repair your car, despite 4-6 employees being onsite. As a result it often takes 24 hours or more to get an estimate and even longer to get even a simple job completed. Also be careful with their billing. The three times that I tried out their services they always add on a few hundred more than the dealer. But they were convenient to my house. The third time was a charm and the end to my relationship when they misdiagnosed an issue, charged me well over a $1000 and didn't fix the issue. When I made the road trip to the dealer to rectify the problem. The dealer said it would have only cost $800 at the dealership. Fortunately the dealer fixed the issue. When I went back and cross referenced their past bills I saw they had charged an average of 20% above the cost that I could buy the same exact parts for from multiple local parts sources, and they likely source the parts for below retail being a mechanical provider. Also it is very difficult to get ahold of your assigned service representative. Seems like they are always out to lunch. Hopefully the business can turn the corner. It is a great location.

I like the Liberty brand because the credit card price and cash price are the same (none of the misleading cheap cash price being advertised only to see the credit card markup that other gas stations do). Many times, I've needed to get gas late at night, and I've found the pumps at those brand name big company gas stations to be turned off and closed (which is frustrating because people need gas at all hours of the day, not just during business hours). I was pleasantly surprised to find that this Liberty gas station was still open after midnight. Yes, turning into or out of the gas station can get congested during peak driving times, but for the price and convenience, it's well worth it.

Apparently because I was using a credit card. But the credit card price wasn't displayed anywhere I could see. Second, no receipt came out. A common occurrence at busy gas stations; the paper runs out. But the office was closed because I guess it was too late, so I couldn't get a receipt. This wouldn't have mattered that much except that they put a hundred dollar preauth hold on my credit card. I spent about $35, so this is a massive difference -- and it's lowered the amount of credit I have available. What if someone used their debit card and didn't have $100 in their account? They'd get overdrawn by this place. Multiple shady practices going on. Do not recommend.
