On a normal day, like any other, I was going to put 30 dollars of gas in my car and I went to the cashier, he was busy on the phone without paying attention. After that, he looked at me and I told him 30 dollars of gas and I also told him the pump number. He only gave me 25 dollars and when I went to ask him where my 5 dollars that I was missing was, he didn't want to give it to me. He refused, because I only gave him 25. Normally, when I'm closer to home and I have the time, this is the place where I usually gas up my car. This weekend, I went and it was 20 cents more expensive per gallon. Their discount program is really good, it's usually great for about 5 cents off. Unfortunately, compared to the place across the street, the small discount won't cut it this time. This gas station is busy, right off Rockville Pike and close to the Halpine Fire Station. It's a gas station, quick market, dent repair, repair shop with taxis parking here over night. I frequent this gas station more than I would like to admit. For the most part this station offers the best price in the area. However; the pumps are unbelievably slow and it can take 15 minutes to fill up. During the winter months I have actually stopped pumping because it's too cold to wait. The actual inside is really small. There's limited choices on snacks and drinks so I almost never go in. Although it seems like if you become a regular the manager will order things for you- at least this is what I witnessed. If they could speed up the pumps I would come back every time I need to fill up and would rate it higher. Overall though you'll save money provided you have time to wait. read more

One of the mechanics and the cashier was very rude to me as I was trying to look for the entrance to get in. I was already had a bad day, but he races voice at me, couldn't tell me to watch my language and as I was purchasing something both of them were totally disrespectful towards me, raising their voice at me like that I will never go to that gas station ever again. They were so disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional assuming that I was going to do something Trying to gang up on me, thinking I'm gonna steal which I was not and yes, I did catch an attitude because how the workers disrespect me and all very angry at them to the point, I will not go back they need to be recommended or fired or something because they can't keep doing that to people I do not recommend people go to that gas station also after I purchased the item he goes and follows me outside the building as I was leaving that I got even more angry. I go to the gas station on a regular basis and 95% of the time I go there and the entrances and exits are blocked off by the RMA bus services or the taxis. I have complained about this multiple times and honestly nothing was done about it and prohibits business it looks disgusting unorganized and very unfriendly and unwelcoming to just have people who aren't doing any business there sitting out waiting in a parking lot blocking space and they prohibit people from actually doing what they actually came to the gas station to do. Supposedly the gas station is owned by the RMA company so I guess they feel that gives them the right to just park and do whatever. whenever they feel like it , they have a parking lot on Randolph Road where these buses are supposed to be parked at. It annoys me because they're always in the way and most times I avoid the gas station and take my business else where. It's just downright awful unprofessional and rude to allow this to go on. I do believe the owner should do something about it before they end up with a law suit. read more

on 7-5/32 435 pm I filled my car with gas today and I just noticed right away with my credit card transaction that I checked on the phone app that there was an extra charge of one dollar in addition to the actual receipt printed by the machine or the pump. When I talk to the person at the counter he just told me that he doesn't know about it and he only know what the machine printed out which is 51+ dollars and he is not a liar and I should not accuse him of stealing .when I asked whoever the manager in charge that time he just told me he is also the manager. I tried to call my credit card company to tell them or ask them about the one dollar additional transaction and another guy came and explain to me what it was and that was a deposit that will be cleared out later on but the first guy that I talk to become aggressive to me and told me that he did I don't believe him because of his color which I do not intend for him to feel but he just shouted on me and badmouth me and harassed me but while he's doing that he's accusing me of harassing him Also. I did not get the guy's name he is skinny with braided hair but the guy who helped me was very calm his name is Matt and he was just very calm the entire time and we're just looking this Crazy cashier who is keep shouting and on top of his throat yelling at me and I just tried to maintain my composure until I stay away from him .very poor service and since I'm working in the HR I don't think that person deserve to be a front line person or or to be in any customer service job or be a manager as he is claiming . read more

False advertising : Big bright electronically controlled price sign lures the drivers in but the price at the pump is consistently higher.

This is the best place in Montgomery County to get service and repairs. The techs are friendly and honest, they haven't tried to oversell me on repairs, but only fix stuff right. Anytime I bring my Mercedes in for an oil change they do an inspection and point out any issues. I have them do all my repairs on my 2010 S550 (Hans is a trained and competent Mercedes technician). The store and service bays are the cleanest I can ever recall seeing in a service station...clean as the Mercedes dealer and the don't charge an arm and a leg. They pretty much have all the equipment needed to do repairs (tire mount-balancer, front end alignment machine, etc.). They also are doing Maryland State Inspections now. This shop shows me that the reliable, honest mechanic at the corner gas station still exists. Glad I found them. read more

Took my car in because the clutch pedal was acting funny. Matt the technician immediately diagnosed the issue as the master cylinder. Throughout the whole process, it was well-communicated to me what was going on with my car, how long the repair was going to take. They also checked a slew of other things just to make sure everything was fine. At no point did I feel like I was pressured into getting repairs I didn't need. And at the end, Matt showed me my worn-out and broken parts and explained the repairs to me. Genuine and very nice guys that got the work done fast. went there tonight to get gas... drove in based on the sign out front that said "$2.21/gallon for credit". But, then the pump rang up at $.2.27/gallon. When I went into the store and asked the clerk about it (thinking he'd say sorry and give me the refund, which would be about $1). he was actually kind of a jerk about it and didn't seem to care .
