This Gas Station is amazing. The owner is always present and everyone that works. Here is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it.

Pretty straightforward experience. I stopped by this Shell because I needed a nicotine fix. I thought the cigarette prices were pretty standard compared to other convenience stores in the area. The attendant/service was fine. Although I did not visit this service station for gas, the gas prices were about in the middle range of prices compared to other local gas stations - not the most expensive, but not the cheapest. read more

Very good customer service. I worked with the owner Chris and a few of the staff members in and they were able to resolve my questions and give great service. They went above and beyond with my car issue and showed car, timeliness and politeness which is always appreciated in this space. I'm going to go back just for them. Highly recommend if you are looking for car service. read more

I can't recommend Chris and his team at Executive Shell enough. For years, I've trusted him with all my cars, and he's never let me down. There was a time when a dealership told me I needed a new engine for my pickup truck, quoting a staggering $10,000. Chris took a look and fixed the issue for just $130. That moment solidified my trust in him. Since then, I've always brought my vehicles to Executive Shell, and I've never been disappointed. Chris is not only a fantastic mechanic but also a genuinely great person. Our families have become friends because that's just the way he is - personable, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, look no further than Chris at Executive Shell. His expertise, honesty, and excellent customer service make him the best in the business. read more

On June 22nd, I dropped off my 2012 Prius at the Shell station at 12151 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 for an overheating issue. I texted Chris, the service manager, at 8 AM to ask for a diagnostic quote. He said $150 and mentioned the engine might need replacing. I immediately told him not to do any work--I would pick up the car. Over an hour later, Chris sent photos of the car on a lift. I again told him no repairs without an estimate and my written approval. No estimate was ever provided. On June 24th, he called and said the car was ready and I owed $300 for unauthorized work. I picked up the car, drove it less than two hours, and the coolant completely leaked out. The engine overheated to 250°F. I returned the car that night. On June 25th, Chris said it would be inspected. Two days later, he claimed it needed a head gasket, then later blamed low antifreeze. In four days, I received three inconsistent diagnoses, paid $300 for unapproved, ineffective repairs, and lost a week without my car. The issue remains unresolved. Chris acted dishonestly and performed unauthorized work--a clear violation of Montgomery County repair laws. This Shell station is untrustworthy and poorly managed. I strongly advise others to stay away. read more

This is the best all-around gas station in my opinion! It's conveniently located on Rockville Pike, the price is always reasonable, customer service is top-notch. I can't tell you how lucky I am to have found this "gas station". It's not just a "gas station", but it is a "full service" auto body shop as well. The owner of the body shop is Chris and I cannot tell you how much work he did on my BMW X5 and how fair he was pricewise. Forget about going to BMW (if your car is out of warranty) as not only does he do just as good of a job but probably better and half the price. He is so ethical, loyal and he really really cares about all of his customers . If I could give this rating six stars, I would. The best of the best‼‼‼ read more

I highly recommend this shell station. It is family operated with a very personal touch. Ask for Chris, he responds quickly and honestly. Great mechanics! They have been fix our cars for over 10 years and keeping them running and in excellent shape. 2006 Honda Pilot suspension, breaks and engine work, still on the road. Bought a mustang that needed an engine, Chris was excellent in the finding and installing a low mileage engine, awesome, it was a big job, they stayed on budget and on time. 2012 Mustang: complete engine replacement 3 years ago, still running strong. Both our daughter's cars, 2010 and 2013 Toyotas. I trust them to ensure my daughters safety. I also take my 2016 Mazda for service to his station as needed. He does it all and does it well. Great mechanics and great service at a reasonable price. I don't go anywhere else. Chris listens and stand by his work. Again it's family run, stop by and you may see his dad or mom in the shop, great people to talk to. Cheers. Tom read more

BEST SERVICE, MOST RELIABLE, FAIREST PRICE, TRUSTWORTHY TEAM. There aren't enough stars. Chris and his team are just spectacular. They have fixed several issues with my BMW. I have been going to him for a little over a year and wish I'd met Chris sooner. The latest job was to fix both rear rotors, which I had changed just last year with another mechanic. The other mechanic cut corners, which is why I had to get them fixed again already. I could feel an immediate change after Chris' team was done with my car. It feels more stable and steady to drive. Would give 10 stars if I could! read more
