Ultimate professionalism. I don't trust any one with my car except for Chris great mechanic

Go to Chris! very honest and reasonable pricing mechanic! hard to come by these days!

I highly recommend Chris and his crew for any automotive repairs. He is very affable, explains what he is doing, and makes sure the repairs are done right. Chris has handled everything on my Honda Odyssey from regular maintenance, to repairing the sliding door, to replacing the tie rods, to last minute checks when I've had to make unexpected road trips. I know when Chris has done work on my vehicle, he's done a good job. read more

This is my go to place for had and car repairs. The technicians here are qualified and do a good job on my cars. Their repair charges are reasonable too and I don't feel cheated bringing my cat here for repairs. Chris definitely knows how to work on cars and is completely dependable to finish the work on time! read more

Trino is a veteran mechanic who has worked in all my company and personal vehicles. He's done all types of jobs from brakes to engine/transmisión jobs. I highly recommend executive shell for any repairs on your cars. The best part is they are honest with the best prices in town and not to mention top notch work. Muchos gracias trino and Chris for the excellent job you do. Keep up the great work!!! read more

This place tried to rip me off!!! I came in to do a MD state inspection and he told me I had hundreds and hundreds of repairs to make. My control arms were bad, my gear shifter was bad, my steering line was bad, my windshield washers, my tires were bad. Little did this shifty guy know that I'm not fresh off the turnip truck. Took my car around the corner and they told me I only had bald tires and a bad power steering line. Easily fixed. My advice? DO NOT GO HERE unless you like being ripped off. This place tried to rip me off as well. I wish I had read the reviews before I went in for my MD state inspection. Chris told me that my car had failed and quoted that almost 700 dollars of work needed to be done. I called another car place that was referred to me. Before the official inspection the mechanic took me under the car while it was raised up and showed me that there was no oil pan gasket leak and that the rear engine mount and transmission mount appeared to be in tact -- all things which Chris had said needed replacing. After the inspection I was told that it passed and other measurements Chris had said were wrong. This mechanic said they tested measurements three times just to make sure they were right. To add fuel to the fire, so to say, I called Chris after initially talking to the other place because that place told me they used Honda parts and that after market parts lasted only a year. I asked Chris what parts they used he said they were brand new after market parts etc. When I said another place was going to use Honda parts he said let me call you back in two minutes. He called me back in about one minute and suddenly the parts were Honda parts! He gave me a clearly made up story about how they were all out of after market parts and so the parts were Honda parts. I will never use this place again. It is evident that Chris was dishonest from the beginning. I would hate to know how many people he fails on MD inspections who do not realize they are being lied to. Bottom line -- DO NOT go here and DO NOT trust this place. read more

Truly awful customer service, and will not honor the $0.05/ gallon discount I receive through Shell's Fuel Rewards app/program. Probably the single most expensive Shell station in Montgomery County and staffed by at least one truly rude attendant. Took my cash across the street. read more

I've been bringing my cars here for my oil changes and repair work for about 6 years. They are always really helpful and nice. And they don't try to bully me into getting things "fixed" that don't really need to be fixed. If you want a nice, friendly and reliable service you should probably go here. read more

I moved to Rockville and had my car inspection done here by Chris and Bari. I know I had problems with my 2013 Audi A6. Dealer quoted me $2100 and Chris got the same brake job for $860. Couldn't be more happier. I noticed this is busy shop and now I see why they are busy. I will bring my shop from here on. Executive shell keep up with the great work!! read more

I will not go anywhere else for my maintenance and services! Chris and his team do such a fantastic job and their professionalism is out of this world. I recently just moved here and was looking for a good reliable mechanic and stumbled upon Exectuve Shell and have not looked elsewhere since. Their prices are reasonable and for having an Audi A4, I couldn't ask for more. read more

I first took my car (a 1997 BMW 750iL) to this station to get it inspected after it had sat around for a LONG time, and needed to be registered in MD. Chris resolved a rear end suspension issue for much less than my previous mechanic quoted. I gave the car to my daughter to take to college, and it developed a power steering problem. She took the car to a service station near our home in Potomac, and that station charged for a diagnostic that determined that the power steering pump needed to be replaced, and estimated about $1200. I ordered a refurbished replacement pump online, and took the car to Executive Shell to put the pump in. Well, it turned out that the existing pump was FINE, and the issue was simply that the high pressure line into the pump was loose, and a hose clamp was missing. Resolved for $110. While I had the car in there, Chris and his team fixed several other issues (replaced a crack drivers side window, removed windshield and replaced gasket, replaced coolant, etc.) The entire job, parts included, was about $625. It is a pleasure to meet an honest and thoroughly capable mechanic. Good shop all the way around. read more

everybody is familiar with plugging a tire -- right? If you're a guy and you worked at a gas station in high school you probably did dozens of them. It's a chunk of rubber, some rubber glue so you're talking 5 minutes labor and $1-2 in parts. Well, these crooks charged me $23!!! Never ever will these crooks get any of my business gas or otherwise. I just had a plug put in my daughters car and it only cost $12 in Olney. read more

The mechanics and proprieters are as honest and helpful as can be. They are fast and efficient, and only do repairs after consulting you. And they are a few minutes from the Metro for easy dropoff and pickup. I highly recommend this service station. read more

I take all my cars here for all regular maintenance and services for the last 10 years. Any time I buy a used car, I take it here to get my inspection done. They will work with me to help me find the best replacement parts with the best prices. Volvos, Subarus, Nissans, Fords; we take all of our cars there to get work done. They will not charge you an arm or a leg like the stealerships. These folks are the nicest people to work with. They will be honest with you and tell you what needs to be fixed and what you can hold off on for later. If they suggest something be serviced or fix, they are on the dot and chances are you probably have been neglecting to get the service done or issue fixed. People just need to treat their cars with respect and keep up with maintenance. read more

I went there to get air in my tire which I have done on numerous occasions at no charge. However, yesterday, on Thanksgiving eve, they decide to charge me not $1.00, but $3.00. Regardless of the amount of money charged, its the principal. You cannot provide a free service, and then decide to charge me when it is convenient for them. I went inside to speak to the manager/owner (Asian Man). Rather then sympathizing with me, he rudely told me "if you're going to give us a hard time over $3.00 then we don't need your business, and LEAVE!!!" I have never felt so disrespected in my life. This was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and do not recommend anyone to use their services. read more
