Alzonia is amazin I love Wawa so much but rarely leave a review. I just had to today. The service is top notch. The food was amazing. And I found a kindred spirit here. Been driving for over 12 hours (with a short nap) and had to get a coffee to carry me through the last leg of the journey. I was exhausted and got 2 extra shots. She laughed and engaged while I was dancing before the order machine. The music was great. She made my coffee and assured me if it was off that she would make it again. I told her what I do and that I had been driving forever. It was like talking to an old friend. She had to work so I eventually left her alone But it was a reminder of how much I love going here and why. Almost 1,000 miles from home and found a new friend. I love it!! read more

When traveling, I'm a fan of Wawa all around. Nearly every exit on I-95 for Fredericksburg has a Wawa nearby. This is one of my favorites though. The gas is competitively priced and reliable. They have many pumps so if there is a wait, it isn't too long. There is plenty of parking too. Their restrooms and facility was generally clean and organized. Its conveniently located in a shopping area. Make sure to become a Wawa rewards member. Their coffee and food are decent and you can earn rewards with non-gas purchases. Occasionally they offer food/beverage rewards or promotions through the app. Thus it's super convenient for me to get everything with one stop. For this visit, I had two rewards I redeemed - 24 oz hot coffee (you can customize with various creamer/coffee/sweetener flavors) and their Hot BBQ Brisket Hoagies (on a shorti roll). I'm not an expert, but I thought the hoagie was decent. It's made to order and there was plenty of brisket which was moist and tender. It has the potential to be a little messy if you aren't careful. Wawa also offers customizations for their hoagies, but I opted out. I was worried that there would be difficult in redeeming two rewards in one visit. However, after a quick conversation with the cashier she assured me that it should be no problem and she would take care of it if there was an issue. read more

Normally when it's time for a gas station review I default to my nonsensical template because overall to me gas stations are about as boring of a review as you can do. I mean give me something fun like a proctologist or maybe podiatrist but a gas station, geeez. So to set this one up it's Christmas night and we're travelling south. The need for gas arises and also the need for some food since dinner at the in-laws was as usual, putrid. Pull in to this Wawa and take care of the gas part no issue. I then move into a parking space and go inside. From there all I can say is Holy Shit! What a total FEMA disaster scene! The cases around the registers that normally would have had mozz sticks and stuffed pretzels are empty. The center island which normally would have things like fruit, salads and a ton of pre-made things in containers was picked mostly clean and what was there looked like people had been playing Dodgeball with it. The coup de grâce would of course be the made to order area. Only two people working to fill orders and both of them were trying their best to dissuade people from placing orders by telling them that it would be 20-30 minutes or more to get orders done. That didn't matter and orders kept coming in. Finally Trevon steps in. Now instead of helping out to make things he's standing there making condescending comments while people are ordering at the kiosks that they should in effect go home and eat or that it was Christmas so why are you at a Wawa. Eventually he decides to make signs and put them over the ordering kiosks that they were out of food/closed indefinitely. Maybe not the worst idea all things considered but to be bitching at/belittling people in the process....total douche move. FWIW, our order got done in around ten minutes. Never. Again. read more

We definitely recommend stopping at a Wawa if you live in or are traveling up North. After stopping at one Wawa, we soon made it a habit to stop at a Wawa for coffee, snacks, and gas. The ordering kiosk is easy to use and check out is fast and easy. Wawa offers a variety of items so it was easy for us each to find something we liked. Stopped by here on my way to getting on the highway, since it is a perfect location for that. Getting into the parking can be a little crazy because of the crazy shopping center it is in. The store was clean and the employees were nice, the only thing that bothered me was how low on stock they were. Wanted to indulge in a guilty pleasure...but there were no types of hot chips AT ALL. We usually stop by this specific Wawa to fill up on gas as well as to pick up some snacks for the road. The gas prices here are usually, if not, the cheapest in the area! The station is always packed and always busy, and if you step into the food mart, they have a variety of snacks, hot food, made-to-order sandwiches, coffee, and beverages. I am a fan of their Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a Croissant breakfast sandwich as it's always piping hot and has a great ratio of the cheese/sausage/egg - yum! This is now my go-to gas stop on my way up to DC! The gas is always much cheaper than anywhere around, it's not shady, and it's pretty to the highway. They have a pretty big shop inside with plenty of food but the bathrooms aren't the nicest I've seen (but definitely not the worst either). There are also a fair number of fast food places (and a chipotle!) nearby if you need a food break. read more

I always stop by Wawa in Fredericksburg when I drive down south. They have pretty cheap gas compared to other gas stations. The convenience store is so much better than 7-Eleven. It is clean and has so many items at a reasonable price. The service this time was not too good. The girl at the register was a bit rude. She didn't greet and say thank you. Her face showed that she didn't want to be there at all. Oh well, it is a convenience store so I don't expect much that I would get a good service. read more

Start everyday with a wawa... There's so many wawas around the neighborhood that its a routin for the whole community to stop at a wawa at least once a day... Wawa is a good store...i grew up with delis within walking distance from my house...Always loved it..... Drove into wawa around 10:55pm on Sunday July 5th, 2015. Saw on gas sign that gas prices were $2.46 so I decided to fill my tank at this wawa location in frededrickburg,va. After getting gas I noticed I paid $2.53. I spoke to the cashier (caucasian male) about it. He said to speak to the manager. He radio back to the manager (African American male) that was sitting behind the sub line. By the time I started walking his way he ran into the office. As I sat next to the area were they make food I could see inside the office he was changing the sign outside to reflect the prices. When he came out he lied to me about it. All I ask if I come to a place to get gas and your advertising a different price on your sign because you forgot to change it, you stand beind the price. As someone that gases up at this wawa frequently I will not be gasing up here anymore and using another gas station near by. read more
