The quality of my hair has also improved, it's falling out less and is very soft and growing out nicely and quickly. I have been using the hair oil she sells in the salon (Ruhe) and I think that's helped a lot. I also enjoy the aesthetic in the salon, lots of plants, quiet (She only takes 1 appointment at a time), low music. I'm not much of a talker during a haircut and Kelsey respects that. My appointments with her are always very relaxing and as I said previously, my haircuts are perfect and my hair looks so good. She is definitely worth the price (which isn't that expensive in my opinion).

She was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, my hair came out great and I love it, but when I got home I realized the balayage was only on my crown. None of the underneath layers were colored. I reached out the the salon to ask what I paid for ($377 in total) and they confirmed it was for full balayage. When I asked why there was no color on the under layers I was told they book and price by the hour, so I paid for the full hour of service and not necessarily full coverage balayage. I couldn't help but feel like I was overcharged, but like I said, I like the result. I went in hoping for full balayage, paid for full balayage and I still can't help but wonder what partial balayage would look like (and cost). But the salon did offer to refund their standard $30 for the misunderstanding.
