On the scheduled installation day, the Company sent a different technician. He informed us that the fan could not be installed because he needed to re‑inspect the wiring and assess the full scope of work. He stated that the original quote did not reflect the complete requirements for the installation and revised the fee, adding an additional $150 to the initial fee quote. Despite the unexpected change, we agreed to the revised price and scheduled a second installation appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, we rearranged our work schedules to be available. After waiting until approximately 3:15 p.m. with no arrival and no communication from the technician or the Company, we contacted the Company and spoke with David. He informed us that the appointment was not on the calendar. He offered to send another technician, which we declined. We also requested a refund of the $95 consultation fee, which the Company refused. This experience was extremely disappointing. The scheduling failures, lack of communication, and refusal to refund the consultation fee demonstrate a clear disregard for our time and the commitments made to us.
