    I've been using this location's services and equipment for a while…read more I have rented vans twice and that was mostly as expected, not problematic, but less smooth than it should have been. Renting storage units has been a pain. I've been using two storage units from December 2021 until now. I've stopped using one of them today. Items were missing. Someone had been in a suitcase that was stored in the non-climate-controlled unit. I'm not pleased, but without proof of something happening, I'm out of luck. I had enough stuff for two units and now, it all fits into one. Apparently, the cameras and security isn't quite enough. Does any storage facility have good security? There was a price increase, so I was interested in consolidating and I found that someone helped without my authorization. Talked to an owner and she walked back with me. Since there was no forced entry, I'm out of luck. Since U-Haul locations are franchises, they're at the mercy of the franchise owners. Good owners do better.

    My boyfriend rented a van from this U-Haul location and unfortunately he accidentally dropped my…read moredebit card and his driver's license in the van at some point. U-Haul contacted him later that night letting him know that they had our belongings. I just helped him move into my place (over an hour away) so we weren't able to run back and grab them. Here we are 12 days later and I'm getting ready to head out and pick them up when my boyfriend calls me and says he reached out and U-Haul threw them away. I know it's been almost a couple of weeks, but there was no timeline given as to how long they'd hold onto our items (I thought it would be 30 days like other retail places). There was zero follow up and we were not warned or notified that they were going to through our things in the garbage. I was upset so I called this location and spoke with a very helpful male employee but he didn't see the cards anywhere and said the manager Pauletta would take a look around and call me back and I gave him my phone number. After a few hours I still hadn't heard anything so I called again and got to speak with this manager. She was very short and rude with me, saying that she already "called the guy back" (meaning my boyfriend) but never called me back after I specifically left my number for her and was told she'd be in touch with me. When I asked what happened to our cards, she said it got thrown out when they cleaned out the safe. There was zero apology or accountability for throwing away our personal belongings. I'm pretty upset with that interaction and wanted to make note of this. I'd recommend going to literally any other U-Haul because god forbid something slips out of your pockets while you're moving stuff around and next thing you know, you're personal items are thrown away without any warning

I called the 800 number yesterday to reserve a car. I was really having a horrible day as my husband's car is going to be stuck at the dealer for 30 days due to a parts shortage. You can only imagine how frustrated and upset I was. The telephone agent let me know there was a car available at this location. I walked to Enterprise (since I had no car) and was met by Peter. What a great smile and calm demeanor he had. There was a small hiccup with my reservation, but within minutes Peter solved the problem and was able to get me in my rental. He walked me around the car to make sure the exterior was in good shape and even walked me through some of the interior features so I knew how to use everything. There was even an individually wrapped Clorox wipe placed in the car so you can wipe down the steering wheel to feel safe and clean. I appreciated that. He made sure I knew where the gas level was at and that I felt comfortable before I drove off. The rental process is paperless and extremely fast with their tablet. You just need to present your Drivers License and Credit Card. In my frantic afternoon, I forgot to grab my insurance card. He asked to call them back the next morning to provide them my policy number. During the entire process, Peter was amazing. He had a great attitude, wonderful personality, he was patient, kind and understanding. He turned my horrible afternoon around. I can not thank you enough Peter. The next morning I called in to give them my insurance policy info. Brianna (I hope I spelled that correctly) answered the phone. She proved that this store offers great customer service. She was smiling, patient, spoke clearly and made it easy. Thank you to the staff at this location, I really appreciate your empathy, understanding and patience.

    I had a great experience with Enterprise Manteca. Had a collision case and they helped me out so…read morewell during a difficult time. They picked me up from the auto body shop and took me to their location for my rental and it took only 5 minutes to get me on the road with a Subaru, which I named Mathilda. Spent 3 weeks with that car and it's such a nice and reliable car! With unlimited miles, I had a great time taking it out to places I've never been to. While returning it, the staff was wonderful and professional. Thanks Jay for giving me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. Thanks Enterprise for the great experience!
