Tim saved me! I needed my car towed/fixed Saturday evening at 7pm! UGH. Worst time ever. I called Peak and they were one of the few places open. I worked with Tim to get my car towed from San Francisco to Richmond on Sunday and they fixed it on Sunday! I am so grateful because I needed to be in all day meeting on Monday that I couldn't miss and my car was in a meter space so I had to get it moved and there were hardly any places open. Peak did a great job and I definitely would go back! Just one tip - if you are going to wait for your car to be fixed - dress warm! Great company! I know they service large fleets primarily but I brought in my work vehicle and they treated me as if I had a large account there. They were super quick, the work looked good and everything was done right the first time. They fixed some engine issues I was having, replaced my bumper and did some body repairs for me. I brought my truck back a second time when my air conditioning went out and they fixed me right up. I appreciated that they were quick and didn't try to sell me on work I didn't need. Good prices too. I'm going to be bringing my truck back for all basic servicing in the future and any other issues that may come up. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I came here after trying literally 10 different places for the passenger mirror to be repaired. It somehow got disconnected after being hit, and the remote was no longer able to move it up and down. I wanted to have it repaired the same day since it was stuck giving me a great view of the sky and not much else. I had tried one place prior where the mechanic attempted to manually push it back into place. After some failed attempts, he recommended that I take it to the dealership and that they may have to order a part and replace the entire thing. I am really wary of dealerships and auto services from some not-so great previous experiences. So, I came onto yelp and came across The Peak Company. Not only was Tim able to successfully troubleshoot the issue and repair it, he did it at no cost! He was really thorough and ensured multiple times that it was indeed working. Thanks to Tim, I was able to drive back to SF with two working sideview mirrors with toll costs covered! Apparently they do all sorts of auto repairs and all things tire-related. I think that a competent and trustworthy mechanic is hard to find, but I was so impressed with his work and his honesty that I would drive across the bridge to have my car serviced here! I own a construction company and had a piece of equipment break down on site. I made a call to PEAK and their mobile mechanic was working on it within 30 minutes! They finished the repair and I had our crew back up and running in no time! They saved me a bunch of money and headaches and were very professional. I ended up bringing my personal vehicle to their shop in Richmond to remove some nails or screws from the tires and to check out their facilities. These guys are the real deal. They do it all, body work included. I would highly recommend PEAK for any mechanical or tire needs.
