We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. He truly was a hero rescuing us and making sure, personally, we got back safely to where we could get a replacement. He not only did the heavy lifting expected with a tow, but also did the time consuming and frustrating task of working with the rental company to secure our transport where we got the replacement when the rental agency only offered a $10 Uber credit - to an area where no Ubers exist essentially not caring if we were stranded or not. Sam intervened and personally drove us the hour+ trip to where we needed to go in his own vehicle the next day. We cannot sing his praises highly enough - personal care that was a blessing if not a miracle these days.
