I contact a few tow drivers on yelp, but they either don't want the hassle or were too expensive, saying because it's not a car they needed to charge extra. When I contacted Ponchi, he said he would take the job, and the icing on the cake was that he was the most reasonable. He was on time and very friendly. When he got to my home he helped me get the lift inside my garage. He was also very careful not to scratch my new concrete. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me with my unusual tow. I highly recommend Ponchi if you need something big to be delivered, or a vehicle for that matter. His 5-star reviews say it all. Thanks Ponchi.

Do you know how to make a bad experience a good experience?…read more Hire KB towing services! We went for an evening out in Tracy, where I foolishly lost my key. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

He truly was a hero rescuing us and making sure, personally, we got back safely to where we could get a replacement. He not only did the heavy lifting expected with a tow, but also did the time consuming and frustrating task of working with the rental company to secure our transport where we got the replacement when the rental agency only offered a $10 Uber credit - to an area where no Ubers exist essentially not caring if we were stranded or not. Sam intervened and personally drove us the hour+ trip to where we needed to go in his own vehicle the next day. We cannot sing his praises highly enough - personal care that was a blessing if not a miracle these days.
