When I arrived, they were having some technical issues as the Internet had been out all day. Everyone was so polite and accommodating, and kept apologizing profusely. I got pictures taken of my teeth and was able to share some of my concerns and desires with Jennifer before Dr. Cozad came in to speak with me and examine my teeth. He had a great bedside manner and explained things to me in a way that was easy for me to understand and also decide how I wanted to proceed. The office itself is absolutely gorgeous and everyone I encountered was super friendly. I can't wait to receive treatment at this office.

Their staff is always so kind, patient and very detailed about the treatment plan based on their latest technology. They should you a timeline of the teeth structure as you come ever so often for check ups and the maintenance on your teeth. The office is always clean and cozy, I absolutely love the shabby chic decor and every local school district's school calendar to work around your child's schedule. Which as a busy mom, I appreciate it! Lastly, the office offers an amazing reward initiative program for teens, gives them something to look forward to when they come in! :)

I was told my pain medication and antibiotics would be called in, but when I went to the pharmacy, no prescriptions had been sent. After speaking with Marrisa hours later, I was still left without the medication I needed just minutes before the pharmacy closed. I would not recommend this office. The care, communication, and attention to patients are unacceptable, especially after paying such a high amount.
