Since I was a new patient I came in to get my teeth x-ray and examined due to my wisdom teeth. I talked with Daniel Krenz in his office about my teeth and he had one of his dental assistants take me to the x-ray room. She was very helpful with the x-ray and was gentle with the tools that I had to bite on for the x-ray procedure. Afterwards I was escorted to the exam room where Dr. Krenz would go over the x-rays and problem spots in my mouth. He would also explain all the options and processes for each procedure. Once everything was explained to me the main question I had to ask was the cost of it all. Dr. Krenz was more than happy to send Ellen, one of his employees to come and crunch numbers for me. She was very thorough with showing me what the cost were, and what my insurance would cover and how much would come out of my own pocket. Ellen went above and beyond in terms of help. She would go over all the bases for payment plans and cost. Once most of the financial stuff was done and I knew what I was going to spend, it was time to get to my actual teeth. So the first thing that was done was to clean and treat my gums. I was escorted t another room where my cleaning would be done. Dr. Krenz came in to administer the shots to help numb the bottom of my mouth during the treatment. Getting shots in the mouth seems like it would be the worst thing ever, but it was surprisingly not as bad as I imagined. Once my mouth was numb they began to clean and treat my gums. They did a very good job as I never experienced any pain or discomfort. The entire process went by pretty quickly. Overall I had a great experience at Spring Smiles Dental Group. And I will be going back for more work while also looking forward to going to the dentist! Thank you all for your great work!

Had those for some time and thought I needed a professional to tell me if I need them replaced. (note, I am extremely scared of dentists due to improper care in the past) NOTE: I paid $10.000 for the horrible service that I am trying to be brief about on here. $5.000 for my permanent retainers. He came up with a plan that my crowns needed to be replaced. I had permanent retainers placed by my Orthodontist years ago to keep my lower front teeth in place, and I paid $5,000 for those. He took it upon himself to remove my permanent retainers, told me that my teeth would not move, I am 57, of course, they will move. He half extracted one of my lower front teeth in the process, very painful. I cannot bite into anything; my lifestyle/food habits have changed due to the half extraction/cannot bite into any foods. I kept going back and forth throughout that time while he tried to come up with a plan for my 4 front teeth. He said for me to come into his office on 6/2/2025, which I did to discuss the bridge he said was the only plan he had that could fix what he messed up. We have been on the phone multiple times trying to come up with a solution for the mess he created with my 4 lower front teeth. On 6/2/2025, he dismissed me and said I was not his patient anymore, and said he was sorry for the mess he created. He had planned the dismissal and did not want me in his office anymore. He took my 10.000 andmade my teeth worse. He said I am not to come into his office anymore. Got a call from his office manager on 6/5/2025, stating I will not get a refund/no work to be done to fix my teeth/not to call or come into the office again... I am at a loss as to what my next move is because Dr. Stephens is the person who created the mess with my teeth, took my permanent retainers out without my permission, took my money, and refused to fix my teeth or see me again due to me being 'unhappy,' he stated... Dr. Stephens has his eyes set on money/financial gains, not on helping patients. Steals your money and does not treat the patient/me and then discards his patients after taking their finances...

I live in Pearland,Tx and her office is in Spring, Tx which is a 58 minute drive which is worth every minute and second of the drive. The state of the art office and the wonderful staff made it very comfortable for me. I forgot I was having my tooth pulled. All that week prior to my appointment , I tried to cancel and Dr.Jackson talked me through the entire process on a daily basis what I would expect before and after the procedure. The day of I was so nervous she told me anytime during the process we can take a break she just wanted me to be comfortable. Well the procedure was successful wonderful I had no pain and I didn't have to take any pain medicine at all. To say the least I have found my new Dentist thank you Dr. Jackson.

Between the correction of my heart arrhythmias and quickly falling asleep, the mouth appliance has been life-changing for me. It has also stopped my snoring throughout the night! On my way there, a major accident caused heavy traffic, and I immediately called the office to notify them that I would be about 15 minutes late. I marked the voicemail as urgent and also sent a text through their system so they knew I was coming. When I arrived, I was told the dentist (Dr. Jessica Ransom) had already left. My urgent voicemail was not checked, my message was ignored, and no one made any attempt to reach out to me. For an emergency appointment, this is unacceptable. More importantly, I felt extremely uncared for and completely dismissed. I was in severe pain -- the kind of pain that came on suddenly and required immediate help -- and yet I was not considered important enough for the dentist to stay an extra 15 minutes. The entire purpose of emergency dental care is to help patients who are suffering. Instead, I was left without an exam, without support, and without any consideration for my situation. Being referred out for a possible failed root canal during this kind of crisis only adds to the stress. A patient in pain should never be abandoned after communicating clearly that they are on the way. This was unprofessional, irresponsible, and showed a lack of basic compassion. As a former patient, I can no longer recommend this practice. The only positive part of the visit was the assistant who stayed and tried to help, but the dentist's actions overshadowed everything else.

Doktor kan almak için geldi ama beceriksizce idare etti, beni defalarca iğnelerle dürttü ve kollarımda morluklar bıraktı. Uyarıma rağmen, hiçbir açıklama yapmadan bilinmeyen bir ilaç verdiler ve tamamen bilincimi kaybettim. * Sakinleştirilmeden önce onlara açıkça "Bana ne veriyorsun? Emziriyorum ve uzun süreli sedasyon istemiyorum" dediler ama uyarımı tamamen görmezden geldiler. * Basit bir 4 diş çekimi ve temizliği için 4,5 saat sedasyon altında tutuldum ve eve döndükten sonra bile saatlerce tam bilincimi kendime getiremedim. 2. Beceriksiz Tedavi ve Örtbas: * Çekim sırasında bana haber vermeden sağlıklı bir komşu dişi kökünden kırdılar ve üzerini bir dolgu ile kapattılar. * Daha da kötüsü, kırılmanın kazara olduğunu iddia ettiler ve hatta dişin zaten kırıldığını iddia ettiler ki bu tamamen doğru değildi. * Kırık diş, kanal tedavisi planlayan başka bir doktor tarafından değerlendirildi, ancak kurona ihtiyaç duymadığını doğruladı.
