Installation was performed by Derek and several assistants as scheduled with an unusual issue being taken care of to ensure our comfort over a long weekend. In addition the technician left the cap off the condensate line and the float switch uninstalled. Numerous technicians have been out to fix a condensate draining problem which they are unable to fix.
