Great service! I recently signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Over Labor Day weekend I had a minor problem with my A/C. I called right after the weekend and much to my pleasant surprise, I got an appointment for a tech to come out less than 2 hours after I called. Beau checked out my system solved the issue. He was knowledgeable about the equipment, very personable and respectful and was done within a half hour. At this point after trying 6 different companies over 17 years, I will say Beaufort Air is a keeper. Highly Recommend!!!! I first used Beaufort Air when the air conditioning system at my new house stopped working. The response was immediate and within 24 hours the problem was fixed at a very reasonable rate. I then requested an estimate for a new system. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Matt patiently explained the options to me, including the tax credits for two of the options. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive system. Scheduling happened soon after I made my selection. The service technicians (John and Ben) were on time, very pleasant, and courteous. John took the time to provide instructions before they left. These guys are a lifesaver. I can't say enough about how my technician, Tony responded quickly to my residence, figured out my AC issue, and fixed it. Tony also explained what he did thoroughly and....gave me props on how good of a job I did maintaining my system. I cannot rave enough about our experience with Beaufort Air. Tony was absolutely great and went above and beyond for us. He stopped by the evening before our scheduled appt because he was close by. Considering it was 90 something degrees out and we weren't getting any cool air, that was a day closer to diagnosing the issue. He ordered our part and was able to install it a couple days later ( it was over a weekend). He even called to check on us to see it was working efficiently, and when it took longer than we had liked to cool down, he again on his own came over to make sure all was ok. I will continue to call on them as needed, but w his expertise, I'm hoping it won't be for a long while. read more

After 2 online requests and 3 phone calls to them, I was finally able to speak to someone about a diagnostic. They didn't seem to care about the difficult time I had contacting them or that I had been without A/C for almost a week and the temp in my house was averaging 90 degrees. I was told the soonest they could get me in was the end of the week. Today is Monday. They didn't seem to want my business...so I gave it to someone else. I won't be bothering them again. (and I live in Beaufort SC less than 2 blocks away from them, not San Francisco like it says next to my icon..lol..) EDIT: Sir, I just read your reply and I have to say that your dispatcher LIED to you! If I had been offered an appointment tomorrow I would have gladly accepted. I was offered Thursday at the earliest which, in fact ,IS the end of the week as I said and also totally unacceptable after being without AC for almost a week and a 90 degree house. Your dispatcher showed no sympathy and no interest whatsoever in trying to resolve my problem. No worries though, I went with another company and as of the time I'm typing this, they have already showed up and fixed the issue. read more

My 20 y.o. system failed, flat gone. An entire system had to be installed on a house on stilts. Was 2 weeks in the worst heat, so worried about family and critters. BACH came out, took photos, came out again for quote, which was entire system. I prepared for the worst. Ordered the best which qualifies for an energy rebate. A coworker in Savannah said the work might take days and to be prepared. The entire old system was removed and a state of the art was installed 2 days later. Done in one day by the time I got home from work. Handler closet was too small for new so that came apart, but was put back together. New pump to go under house was too high for old station, so new support was built outside. The quote did not change. I cried when I walked in the front door and was met with cool air. This company just ... well, they brought my happy and my smile back, as well as my family's and my dogs. read more
