Not impressed. Came here for lunch and sat in the bar. My boyfriend ordered an Alaskan Pale Ale from the menu, but the waiter said they didn't have it and recommended the "Snoqualmie". So my boyfriend told him he'd have that, only to have the waiter tell us it was a root beer. Why would you recommend a root beer in place of a beer? We ordered Caesar salads for lunch. The chicken was good, but the lettuce was mostly shriveled up, soggy, moldy looking and inedible. Nobody ever refilled our waters, they were standing at the bar chatting with a friend and showing each other Twitter posts on their phones. Won't be coming back. read more

Came here for dinner tonight. Our entire party ordered at the same time, but only half of us got our food. It's been at least 30 minutes and some of us still haven't gotten our food. The excuse they gave was BS. They said the pizza roll my husband ordered backed up the order except that I didn't order pizza, I ordered mac and cheese just like others in our group. read more

Stopped in to have a beer while I waited for my wife to arrive at the park and ride. Was seated at the side bar sitting area and waited for someone to take my order. 3 bartenders and what appeared to be no waitresses in the bar. Although there were 4 employees standing around near the entrance. I waited 15 minutes. No service. Got up and left. read more

Was anxious to try this place out, as I'm a fan of Fiddler's Inn. This place did not meet that expectation. I know it's not the same venue, but when you have other locations, you'd expect some consistency across the board. I ordered a grinder sandwich--had pasta sauce and pepperoni--was tasty, but the side of salad was just a bunch of greens with barely any ranch dressing on it. My friend ordered the Chicken Caesar salad, which was equally disappointing--$9 for a big bowl of greens with boiled chicken breast slices and no Caesar dressing. It was an oil based dressing. Hope they dial in their menu after being open a while, but cannot justify coming back for the food at the present time. read more

The pizza was thin and the crust held itself up. Only had one size, and it was what I would say is medium/large, priced at 13$. They even adhered to my request for light cheese and sauce. I admire that, too few places pay attention. The sandwich was quite small, and somehow priced higher than the pizza. Still tasty though. Would definitely take the lady to this homely place again. read more

We really like the Watershed. It's our go-to pizza place because of proximity and because we like the style of their pizzas - big, not overloaded, and with a crust that's not too fluffy-doughy. Their Caesar salad is one of the best around because they actually make their own dressing and it's wonderfully garlicky. Among the non-pizza dishes they have, I really enjoy the spicy reuben (it IS spicy), my partner loves the piefolds, and my teenager is a fan of the mac & cheese. Service has always been good, too. read more

This is my go to spot in Northgate! It's a local family owned restaurant, which is usually hard to find at a mall/theater location. They do great food, rotating taps always with plenty of great selections, and fun events like trivia and their "convergence series" where they highlight a local brewery in connection with a charity. I've been here plenty of times and have never been disappointed. read more

Watershed just opened up in northgate a few weeks ago.. I went and checked it out with people from my gym after training. Its got a great atmosphere, Good beer selection, I had an old fashion as well which was great.. Since I work at a whiskey bar and am very picky about them.. The food was good. the pizza looked amazing but I decided to go with the roast beef sandwich .. the ingredients were awesome, the only thing I wasn't a fan of was the bread. IT was a little hard.. Other than that sarah was awesome and it has an overall great feel for being so new.. Cant wait till the upstairs opens up.. Great place to stop by before a movie or just for a drink after work. read more

I love so many things about the Watershed Pub, starting with the people. Staff is super friendly and go out of their way to remember the names of those who visit often. I live at Thornton Place and find a reason to stop by at least a couple of times a week. Their food is amazing . . . Great pizza, award-winning (not even kidding) grilled cheese, and the best meat and cheese platter appetizer that I have ever had in my life! Really fun bartenders who make killer cocktails in addition to serving lots of locally brewed beer. And now they serve a hearty rustic brunch for those who would rather pay than cook on the weekends. (I'm one of those) Can't hardly wait for the warm weather come back so the patio will open up. That is heaven. read more

My wife and I went to Watershed last weekend and were looking forward to having their awesome homemade hash browns with our eggs benedict. The nice waitress told me that the owner removed all potato's from the menu because they took up to much room on the grill. She offered a side salad instead. Seriously, who wants a side salad with their eggs benedict for Sunday brunch? Want fries with your burger, that's not going to happen either. read more

Staff are great. Rotating taps are great. Love doing trivia every Tuesday. However, please add a couple vegan options? There are exactly two things on the menu I can eat. Also, maybe offer a gluten-free pizza crust to the vast pizza-building selection? read more

3 1/2 stars. New PUB PIZZA place. Not divey. Bright lots of windows. Good selection of craft beers. Nice bartender and waitstaff.(not Seattle characteristic) no long ass lectures about the beers ( not Seattle characteristic) The staff talked with customers and learned our names (definitely not Seattle characteristic). It's clearly a pizza pub joint ( no identity crisis yet and hopefully never) Pizza has crunchy chewy crust and very light. Simple ingredients and not overdressed. If you want the "bourgeois beer experience" go to f ing Capitol Hill or Fremont. Otherwise open your damn mouth and ask the staff if you are so curious about the floral notes of each beer. We need more neighborhoody hang outs not belltown wannabes. One advice though watershed, diversify your staff unless you are just trying to attract a certain crowd like some of these a hole yelpers. Also, even if people aren't regulars yet, they may be in the future. Hint hint. read more

I really love this place!! Tonight was my third time eating here! Each time I've had a very positive experience. Tonight we came in for dinner and a drink. They have a great beer and cider selection and they seem to be constantly updating their selection! Tonight our server was Adam and he was completely AWESOME! One of the best servers I've had in a long time. He was so friendly (introduced himself to us and asked our names etc...), accommodating and helpful! When we were ordering we were trying to decide between two pizzas on the menu -- the Meat Head and Macademik (a pizza that has mac and cheese on it!!), Adam let us know that we could do a half and half pizza, so we did!! It was a great decision! I especially loved the Macademik pizza and plan to come back and have it again! The pizza is HUGE! My boyfriend and I ate about half of it (the slices are really big) and took the rest home. I have had such great experiences at Watershed and highly recommend it to everyone! Also, they host a lot of different events throughout the month. They do trivia every Tuesday and sometimes have brewery nights and occasional live music. I haven't been to any of these events YET, but I really want to check them out! read more

Our waiter tonight was Beasly. We've been going to Watershed for 3 years now. I love their Caesar salad and I am not a big fan of cold food or salads. If you're looking for fancy, this is not it. It's honest food for an honest price in the city. What made our dinner particularly tonight enjoyable was the swift service and attentiveness to the body language of our threenager. I told him about 5 minutes before we were done and please bring the check, he got it and knew quickly. I understand that eating out with toddlers is particularly hard. Nowadays we choose places that have staff that are astute enough to pick up on the short attention span of a fidgety kid. The best waiters I've come across not only accommodate in a timely manner but also help the parents to not feel like douches that they brought their kid to dinner. Thank you Beasly. We enjoyed our night more because your professional, nurturing and attentive service. read more

Amazing food, love the atmosphere and Akaila was an awesome server!! We will definitely be back!!

5 stars for being So Accommodating to my friend with soy, egg and dairy allergies. Had the roasted corn and black bean salad with chicken cooked in a pan instead of on the grill. No hassles, Jamie the waiter knew how everything was made and even checked to make sure dressing was made with vegetable oil. read more

The hubs and I are in the process of moving out of the 'hood, so when I found the groupon, it was an easy choice. I'm sort of glad that we didn't try this place earlier because it's about 8 blocks from home and the food is SO GOOD that I would have gained 10lbs. eating their amazing grilled cheese sandwich! Seriously, the grilled cheese is amazeballs, and the mac 'n cheese is pretty good too. Not the best I've had, but certainly in the top 10. Or maybe I'm just partial to a mac with a good crumb crust on top. Either way, it was a delight. Our server was polite and efficient, the hostess seemed a little out of her league, but that's ok, and sitting outside was really nice. Thanks, I'm sure we'll be back before we move out to West Seattle! read more

We decided to eat here because we were going to a movie at Northgate and would only have to park once. It was a party of 3 for lunch the Saturday before Christmas. The place was pretty quiet. Our server was a sweet young woman, however, she didn't write down our order. The food took a long time to arrive. Then, out of the three meals, TWO came back incorrect. My sandwich had onions (which make me break out in hives, but I could pick them off, so not a huge deal) and my salad had the wrong dressing. We'd waited so long that I decided this wasn't worth making a fuss over. However, the third meal was completely wrong - entirely the wrong dish *and* one that was several dollars cheaper than the one that was ordered (a regular hash instead of the Reuben one). When we were finally able to flag down the waitress to let her know, she apologized profusely and said she'd let the kitchen know. She finally returned with the missing pastrami and special dressing - but it was only much later that we realized she never brought out the sauerkraut. I know that waiting tables is hard and believe she was trying her best, but without writing things down, this kind of mistake is easy to make. I emailed the restaurant twice with a friendly suggestion that they give their servers pads to write orders down on. Nothing. No apology, no confirmation that my email was received. Mistakes can happen, but to ignore customer feedback is something else. The food was ok - on a par with mall chain restaurants, so not at the level you'd hope for from an independent place. It was our first, and last, visit. read more

Absolutely love the Watershed. Their food is great, always have good drinks on tap. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. They also have fun events like live music etc. Definitely recommend. read more

Great environment and tasty food and beer selection. Rotating taps are top quality. It's my new neighborhood go to. Just wish they had more gluten free options for my wife besides salads. Also, love the movie discount if you eat here first. Ask your waiter for details as its a deff bonus. read more

Loved the environment. Happy hour was yummy!

We had 25 people for a very casual pizza birthday party. They were very accommodating and organized in setting it up and serving the party. It is an awesome place for this sort of party. I would definitely do another party here, because I really like the local ownership/staff of Watershed. Waiter Jamie was great. read more

I really love this bar/ restaurant, and wish I would have ventured in sooner. The food is fabulous, fresh and they incorporate locally-grown and owned items. The menu includes weekly farmer's market specials (chicken corn chowder with Washington potatoes is one current item I recommend), great salads and pie folds (a smaller version of a calzone). Staff are very friendly and helpful and always provide a taster if you're not sure what you'd like to order with beer and cider. They also sell tickets to the nearby movie theater, which is cool. read more

Great alternative to Roosevelt Alehouse and Flying Squirrel. Pizza crust was chewy and flavorful and tap list was extensive (pitchers and growlers too!) We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating on a perfect July evening. It's still fairly new so it isn't totally dialed in, but it has ton's of potential. And for being spitting distance from the mall and the highway, it's surprisingly calm and quiet. Needless to say, we were impressed and we'll be coming back soon! read more

Went to a movie and decided to grab a bite afterward. We walked in to Watershed at 9, it was not busy. The beer selection is unique and extensive. Had a simple pepperoni pizza that was enormous! Plenty to feed the three of us. The two men who kept checking on us were friendly and took time to chat. (They may have been the owners.) We had an excellent experience and will return many more times. What are you waiting for? GO! read more

The food was great--the San Marzano tomato soup was the best tomato soup on the planet...no, really. Had the beet and goat cheese salad (exact name questionable, but you get the point)...really good. Love the pickled onions in it, which seemed an unlikely, but scrumptious pairing. Usually opt for a delightfully hoppy beer, but went for wine tonight, but the reader board of the rotating beers was awesome and certainly seem to be able to please my hoppy, ipa loving self...and other saavy beer drinkers alike. Service was great. My friend and I were there to chat the night away but were regularly checked in on and our waiter was delightful. Highly recommend and support this new, local restaurant--and you should too. read more

Been here many times since it's a local place. Something is always off. Service is horrible, drinks bad. Food is ok but I don't think I'll be back. Maple Leaf needs some new, good restaurants. read more

Basically stop everything and get the Carmelle pancetta pizza! It's the best pizza ever and I dream about it. Do yourself a favor and get it. Sometimes you do need to make eyes at the servers to get service, but the pizza is worth it. read more

Breakfast is good but their pizza is disgusting but heck at least its cheap. I believe their savings on quality make it very affordable to produce. No flavor at all they need to invest some time and energy into their product as pizza seems to be the staple of their menu. read more

This place is great. The bartenders are fast and friendly. They have a large beer selection and the food is really good. They serve a very good pizza and grinder sandwich. They have both indoor and outdoor seating for these warm Seattle days. Love the location and will be back. read more

Having a craving for pizza and a pint we tried the newly opened Watershed Pub near the Thornton Creek Theater complex. The location is great and we were greeted by friendly staff. The wait person helped with an IPA selection and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The choice of beer is very good and we ordered a couple pizzas. That's where we were quite disappointed. Both pizzas were essentially flavorless. We thought it may be our pallets that day so we took half home. We reheated the next day with the same results. Pizza with bad flavor, weird flavor, overpowering flavor is not unusual but no flavor was a new one for us. We will not be going back unless it is just for a pint. read more

Service was OK. Food was not. We won't be back. We were drawn in by ads outside the theatre. It wasn't easy to find (no address on those ads), but once we got there, it looked nice enough. Waiter was pleasant. We ordered cheeseballs and pretzels for appetizers. The cheeseballs were tasteless little lumps served with salted honey. The pretzels were okay - nothing special - and served with a surprisingly very cold cheese sauce. I want to say parmesan? Not tasty at all. I ordered a beet salad. The bacon looked like something my dog would chew on, so I picked around it. Other than that, it was pretty descent. You can't really screw up a salad. No one else at the table was impressed with their food. It was fairly blah all around. read more

Came last night based on a friend's recommendation. I'll definitely be back! We caught the end of happy hour. Boyfriend got the soft pretzel with whole grain mustard and the house salad. I got the beet and spinach salad and white bean hummus. Portions were very generous. I couldn't finish all my food, and trust me, that NEVER happens! The fruit punch is awesome too. Try it, it's not just for kids! Altogether, two drinks, two salads, and two happy hour appetizers came to $26. For the amount and quality of food, I was very satisfied. The service was great also. Well done, Watershed! read more

We have had the pleasure of eating here twice! Once midweek for lunch and today for brunch. Both times the food was excellent with fresh ingredients. Wait staff were friendly and made great recommendations for what to pick from the menu. We look forward to returning to sample the dinner menu and partake in the evening experience...or mid day to play some of the board games they have while sampling the wide selection of brews! Fun place!!! read more

OK, I'm not too much of a fan when it comes to shopping malls. This place, however, isn't in a shopping mall, it's just near one. The outside is a bit sterile, but the interior is flashy with lots of blonde wood. The beer selection is outstanding and the pizza and calzone is fabulous. If you want to see a movie at Thornton Place in the same retail complex, they can buy the tickets for you while you are at your table. Service is smart but not smarmy. Try it if you are in the neighborhood. read more

Poor service, poor food, poor drinks. HIGH prices. Stay away. We waiting for 1:25 minutes watching to other 4 tops (we were a 3 top) have orders taken, food brought, check paid before we decided to leave. Not until I said I wanted my check was there any sense of urgency to get food. After 15 minutes to get our check, food still had not arrived. The bar was at 15% capacity and the dining was at 50% capacity, guess when thing are slow the staff and food is slow. The RAM is around the corner, go there. read more

Really enjoyed fold over pizza with side salad. Good ingredients. Also nice selection at the bar.

The service was fine, waiter very nice. Food not good and this was my second time here. First time I ordered the mac and cheese. It was very dry and short on cheese. Next time had tomato soup and cheese sandwich. Thought that would be hard to mess up but it was. Who puts nutmeg, an overpowering amount, in tomato soup. Again there was very little cheese in the sandwich. It was huge and the bread was ok but where is the cheese? My friend had very dried out pizza.. Won't be back. read more

Let me start off by saying the food is great. I ordered one of the Mac and cheeses which tasted amazing. Unfortunately, it took an 1hr 15 mins to get to the table. Also, the portion was very small especially for the price (I ordered the regular sized bowl.) I would not recommend this place unless you don't mind paying a lot of money and go at an "off" hour. read more

Great snacks, and good deals on movie tickets to Thornton Place movie theatre! Definitely a good stop over before or after a movie!
