Wow! The Waters team overwhelmed us with their professionalism, hard-work, and care for our items. My wife & I had decided to replace our flooring in our townhouse. We found the establishment to replace our flooring but were informed that the moving of the existing furniture was not something they provided any longer but had a sub contractor that did. We called Waters Moving & Storage located in Martinez that served our area of Alameda frequently and often. After the owner Kenneth came to our home to personally inspect our needs and email us his quote we confirmed with our flooring experts who recommend them they would be out to move any and all existing furniture in order to put down our new flooring. Not only did they arrived on time they also took the time to properly protect electronics we had put onto the balcony from wet weather. These gentleman I believe went over and above their responsibilities to take the utmost care of our belongings. From the office staff to the movers you are provided with outstanding service. Arriving early am, the movers moved swiftly and efficiently, handling as if each piece were their own, mindfully and carefully. This move required two trucks to make four stops. The major move started at my residence,filling up the larger truck. The smaller truck took three large items to deliver to my daughter in Oakland, prior to stopping at two storage units to load and unload more furnishings. Next stop with both trucks was at my new residence which took several hours since there was a large load to be maneuvered into small spaces. Then on to Oakland. Throughout the day each mover maintained a pleasant, helpful and positive attitude.
