Now the filter is off and getting cooler and need to find someone to close the pool.

When he gave me recommendations on what I would need and where to acquire everything. Then he stayed in communication with us throughout the process and arrived when he said he would. When he completed the job he and his associate removed the liner and other remnants of the job and recommended things to extend the life of our pool/liner. Without a doubt, I would recommend him highly to anyone who wants someone reliable to work on their above-ground pool. But apparently, above-ground pools are only part of his expertise. He works with in-ground, and any water-related landscaping. Absolutely, give him a call!!!

This guy seemed like he did not want the business right off the bat. He said all they do is install liners. Yet when I asked about a price he said they would not be able to quote a price until 2 months before install as the price changes. I'm speaking to him in October and they would not be able to install until next summer if they could even get to us as they have other customers on their schedule already. I asked him for a ballpark and based on my size that i gave him he said close to $6k. I said ok that is great since the last company told me 10k. He then got defensive and said wait whats wrong with your pool. I said nothing we are at 10 years and the liner is starting to sag. He insisted there had to be something wrong with my pool since the last company said $10k. I told him they never came out to look at my pool for the bid they gave. They asked for my address and that was it. He then proceeded to ask for my address. After I gave it to him he looked it up on Google I guess and said I am gonna have to decline. He said they cant do a liner on our shape of pool. I am guessing they can only do round, square and rectangle. I have serious doubt this company can do good work. If all they do is liners then why would they not install all liners on all shapes. Right off the bat he seemed very combative and acted as if he did not want my business as he made every excuse as to why he could not do it even before he knew the shape of our pool . BTW our pool is a bean shape basically. If you have that I guess do not bother to call this tool.

My above ground pool took over a year to be able to swim in, and the work is not all completed to…read morethis day. I've not heard from the company in months (it all started in April of 2021). 1. THE POOL IS UNLEVEL BY ABOUT 6 inches. 2. When installed, the skimmer was placed about 1/3 of they way around the pool from the pump with PVC pipe running that distance. 3. The crown layer of my retaining wall has not been installed. 4. The pool was filled last year, but no one came to close it, as I was told would happen (due to being a 1st time pool owner, I was trusting, but now my hope and prayer is that no one ever has to endure what I have, with this company. 5. Lack of or NO communication, even after expressing communication was a huge issue for me. 6. i filed with the BBB, but they did not receive a reply from Jeremy Baum, the owner. 7. The piece of the trim on the outside of the pool was cut into, in order to fit around the skimmer, should not have happened. 8. The pool pump has no way to stop the water from rushing out when I remove the lit to clean the basket. 9. No schooled instructions were given on how to properly treat the pool, open or close it. I've had to learn most things on You Tube or ask co-workers who have pools. 10. They needed to pull a pool permit for my location, and the paperwork was sent to St. Louis County, instead of the City of Florissant. I did my own checking, and that's what happened. I pull permits on a regular basis, and that was the first mistake that should not have happened and slowed down the whole process for over a month in the beginning. 11. Jeremy met me to pick out the rock to go around my pool. I made it clear that i couldn't afford the one I liked, so I would go with plain white. He said lets get what you LIKE, and he would cover the cost. The rock company told me we needed much more that what Jeremy ordered, so now, I have the rock I like, but there was no landscaping paper laid, and it doesn't cover all the dirt. 12. My beautiful lawn was destroyed having the mountain of dirt on it for nearly a year. Jeremy Baum always had plenty of reasons and excuses why my job wasn't completed or on the back burner. I was kind, patient and understanding for over a year. I finally gave him an earful and he tried to turn it around on me....trust me, you don't want this company! in closing, I could go on....and these are not my opinions, these are factual errors & poor workmanship and customer service that i have to live with, or pay to fix, because the company just doesn't seem interested in completing the job. We were exploring getting a…read morepool and after looking at our yard with lots of solid rock and steep hills he let us know the cost of digging and installation was out of our budget. We really appreciate his honesty upfront! Other pool companies quoted a price for the pool itself and downplayed the extras you encounter once you sign and they start digging. He recommended a hot tub or swim spa avoiding expensive escavation and retaining walls. He could have easily sold us a pool and roped us in but he had integrity. Thank you Brad!

Agree that life happens and delays happen but have been waiting since the September 29th for him to come back and fix the hot tub. Was told it was refurb with no issues but leaked so much water it couldn't run more than 8 hours. Paid someone to come replace the heating element as it was broken, replace a cracked manifold (the reason it was leaking so much water), 2 hoses that were tightened with zip ties, a jet leak and still leaking today December 6th. water gets under filter every 2 days so have to constantly fill. Payed full trusting he would come back, would respond for a bit saying he got busy. This is understandable but at this point havent heard anything back since November 4th.
