We had a very slightly leaky tank toilet and a couple stuck cutoff valves, one of them being on the leaky toilet, meaning if I had to cut off the water to the toilet, I'd have to shut off the whole house. David came up, explained and showed me what he was going to do (explaining that there were two different ways of repairing the cutoff valves and, hopefully, he wouldn't have to do the more difficult one that involved soldering, etc. I mentioned that I had to go out but that I'd be back in about an hour and a half. 'Don't worry,' he said. 'I should be done by then.' He was and the work was done expertly. Hopefully I won't need a plumber in the near future, but guess who I'll call should I have an issue?
