The Willis brothers consistently show up within just a few hours (often within the hour) no matter what time I call, and a real person always answers the phone without sending me to voicemail. They have handled a ton of work at my house over time--replacing a dishwasher inlet hose, fixing and welding a broken spigot in the backyard, replacing toilets, installing a pedestal sink, and using camera diagnostics. They are always patient, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and take the time to explain exactly what they are doing while keeping everything clean and professional. They always give fair pricing upfront, but their honesty and dedication to the customer are rare. You simply cannot go wrong with these guys!

They sent out Tom who worked all day on a Friday before Labor Day and finished the job. The next day, however, there was still a leak so we signed up for another visit on Tuesday after the holiday. Tom again came out and, after a couple of hours in extreme heat, located the leak which was from a poor solder job that was not his and repaired it. The company refused to charge which shows true integrity! Nice to see in this day and age.

Subject: Unresolved property damage and failure to honor warranty…read more I am writing this review to share my experience with Mastercraft Plumbers Inc. regarding a project that resulted in irreparable damage to my bathtub. While the company performed the initial task of removing a corroded screw, their technician's negligence resulted in significant, irreparable damage to the bathtub. Despite a written warranty guaranteeing workmanship, the company refused to restore the tub to its original condition, instead proposing an inadequate "refinishing" remedy that did not meet professional standards. After months of attempting to reach a professional resolution, I was forced to pursue this matter in Small Claims Court. On June 8, 2026, the Superior Court of California ruled in my favor, confirming that the company failed to meet its obligations and awarding a judgment for the full cost of the necessary replacement. I am sharing this factual account to assist other consumers in their due diligence. I have attached the Court's Minute Order and photographs of the damage for transparency. I am posting this as an addendum to address the owner's response. I wish to clarify that the facts of this matter were adjudicated in the Superior Court of California (Case #25SC04822C). On June 8, 2026, the Court ruled in my favor and awarded a judgment for the costs of repair, rejecting the defendant's claims. My review is based on these documented findings, and I stand by the facts presented. I have attached the Court's Minute Order for transparency to allow future consumers to make informed decisions based on the official record.

Outstanding Service from Trusty Plumbing - Highly Recommend!…read more I can't say enough great things about Trusty Plumbing in Oceanside. I initially reached out regarding a bathroom Moen faucet that would not shut off properly--it continued to run unless turned far to the left, which clearly indicated an internal issue (likely the cartridge or valve). I'm located in south Carlsbad near Aviara Parkway, and timing and budget were important to me. Dominic responded incredibly fast, letting me know he could have someone out within an hour for a free quote. I had already received two other estimates, and Trusty Plumbing came in about $50 less, which immediately stood out. After inspecting the situation, they made a thoughtful and honest recommendation: since this was a double-sink bathroom with 40+ year-old faucets, it would be smarter to replace both faucets so they matched--rather than repairing just one (even though the second faucet was still working fine). That made perfect sense, and I appreciated the transparency. Once work began, they discovered that both angle stops were rusted in the "on" position and needed replacement. While this was unforeseen, Dominic was very understanding of my limited budget and reduced the overall price to help offset the additional cost. That level of integrity and customer care is rare these days. The entire job took about two hours, and everything was completed flawlessly. The faucets work perfectly, shut off completely, and the bathroom now looks absolutely amazing. From quick communication and fair pricing to professionalism and quality workmanship, Trusty Plumbing exceeded my expectations. They've earned my trust and will absolutely be my go-to for all plumbing and heating needs moving forward. Thanks again, Dominic and team--top-notch service all around! James
