The came and could locate the leak . they opened the ceiling and I paid $235 for their time. i told them I will be taking care of the closing since I have to get a second opinion since they couldn't find the leak. I ended up getting another more competent company to come fix the leak and seal the ceiling. 2 days later the technician came to my house unannounced which was weird. Omid the technician said he is there to Seal the ceiling. I explained to him that I took care of the problem and that they knew about it. In the next weeks they harassed me with multiple calls demanding $150 for an unannounced call. They ended up sending me to collections which I ended up paying but will never do business with security plumbing again!!!

Most importantly, he stayed exactly within the price range he quoted me the day before and didn't overcharge me at all. Frank and his fellow technician did an outstanding job on a complex repair. They spent two hours meticulously removing old brass piping, draining the lines, and installing new copper piping. It involved soldering several elbow pieces to ensure everything fit perfectly both inside and outside the wall. The final setup looks amazing--it's clearly the work of pros. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Frank, the senior plumber, personally QA-checked all the soldering to ensure the job was done perfectly before they finished. They even took the time to clean up the entire workspace afterward. In the five years we've lived here in San Diego, this is hands-down the best plumbing contractor we've hired.
