Andy and Abraham came out for my mother today. First, my mother called with a sink challenge and I anticipated a phone call followed by the standard plumber response, "We can gladly come out in a few days." However, they jumped on their horse (their cool white van) and were at mum's house w/in the hour. They diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, explained everything in detail so my mother understood the problem, and then offered multiple solutions along with the cost associated with each solution. The patience they showed was a step above. To top it off, they didn't have the part my mother needed but managed to use some sort of magic to acquire the part within the hour. From the initial phone conversation to a new sink took less than 3 hours! Reasonable, super personable, and efficient. What more can you ask from your plumber? Dynamic was in fact, dynamic. Thank you Andy and Abraham for taking care of Moms! read more

My kitchen sink was clogged. They came out the next day and were able to snake it. They were very polite, efficient friendly.

I called them today since a couple of my sinks have been slow draining. They came this afternoon and took care of it right away. I have used draino in the past since I don't know what my kids put down the sinks when I'm not around. But we are clear and the price was less than half of what other "professionals" quoted us. I will only use them now for any plumbing services. read more

Andres helped me with multiple plumbing issues related to a toilet and did excellent work. He and his son are very professional.

Andres has come to our rescue on more than one occasion. Being new first-time homeowners, we really appreciated his knowledge and expertise when we needed to replace our garbage disposal. We found water leaking from under the sink and onto our kitchen floors (on a Saturday morning of course) and he responded very quickly. He is an honest plumber and provided good recommendations when we had to decide on certain options. Thank you Andres! read more

We purchased a new home and had some old floors removed. We needed to have the toilets reinstalled and the one that wasn't removed had a loose connection. It leaked all over our garage. I called Dynamic Plumbing and Rooter and they lived up to their name. Andres answered his phone on a Friday and showed up first thing on Saturday morning. I know nothing about plumbing. He could have charged me a fortune to fix our leaking toilet and put the other back on. He didn't. He fixed the loose connection and replaced the toilet for a reasonable price. And not only that, I inadvertently left a garden hose running. I was away from the home and remembered that he was local. I called him and he returned to the home and turned off the hose for me. At no charge. Who does that anymore? I'd give him 10 stars if I could. read more

I had a huge plumbing job, replacing all the rusted cast iron pipes under my home. I feel very fortunate to have found Andres and his son to do this job. First Andres has years of experience and can quickly and thoroughly diagnose what needs to be done. Their work ethic is amazing. Andres coordinated with me and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Many plumbers will string out a big job like this for weeks - but never for Andres/team. They were always polite and respectful of my home. The quote for my job was reasonable. Andres called me after the job was done to make sure everything was working. No question this is my future plumber for years to come. BTW I found them on Yelp! read more

I called Andres about 1:30pm today, explained what my issue was with a water leak under my patio slab. He told me he could be here in about an hour and half. He was very prompt found the leak right away! He was awesome! He and I were very surprised that the leak was not under the slab as suspected and he was able to replace the broken pipe and make all repairs necessary. His rates are reasonable and fair. I was very impressed!! Will call him again if we have any more issues!! read more

Andres was awesome. Garbage disposal decided to retire Saturday after hours, and he came over the next day -- Easter Sunday! He was very responsive and answered my questions. He came during promised time and was neat and professional. He was straightforward with what needed to be done and other possible costs. He went and got the needed equipment and was a very fast worker. He was in and out in less than 3 hours and that included running to the store to buy the replacement garbage disposal unit! Oh, he accepts cash, checks and credit/debit cards! Definitely keeping his number for future reference... read more

Called early morning for a clogged toilet .was at my house within 45 min . Great service !! Thankyou Andres

On a Saturday afternoon, I called Andres for a main pipe line clog and he quoted me a fair estimate over the phone and said he could be at my house within an hour. After hearing from others that I would have to wait more than 2 hours, I decided to rely on Yelp and take a chance with Andres (he has 5 stars), and it was totally worth it! Andres quickly diagnosed the problem and went to town with the "snake", and in less than an hour, my wife and I continued with our day as if nothing happened. Thank you Andres! read more

Called this company out because had used them last year for a drain scope. Never again. Charged me for locating main line which he said was in a different place than it actually was. Did not camera the line because he could not find it but charged anyway. Quoted a huge amount of money to replace what did not need replacing but could be repaired for a quarter of what they wanted to charge. Said he would not repair because it was "old". Stay away from this company. read more

Andres Gonzalez came out to my home on the appointed time, I needed to have a kitchen drain repair and an upstairs master bathroom toilet repair. He fixed the kitchen problem and his advice was I needed a new toilet. I got one from Home Depot and installed it myself, I thought that it was not working properly so I called Andres on a Saturday to come out to check it to see if there was a problem? I took the toilet off and Andres did a test to see if there was a problem with the drain he said it was fine, he helped me put the toilet back and to my big surprise he did not charge me anything for his time, WOW ! read more

I can't praise this company enough! Around 7:30pm we encountered an emergency plumbing situation. I immediately logged onto Yelp and started calling every plumber in the area. I called tons of numbers and no one answered. My husband told me to call Roto Rooters, so I did. They are all fancy with their answering service and told me someone would be calling me immediately. They never did! A few minutes after we hung up with them, Dynamic Plumbing called me back. They saw our missed call and returned it even though we didn't leave a message. The guy said he could be here in half an hour! I was amazed! He showed up and was very kind and courteous. He quoted an extremely reasonable price and got straight to work. He's working now, so I will update more on how the actual job went later! Thank you Dynamic Plumbing! read more

Couldn't ask for more! I called on a Saturday morning since my kitchen sink wouldn't drain and received a conditional quote. He arrived 20 minutes later. Andres was professional, clean, and took the time to do a thorough job. Definitely would recommend Dynamic Plumbing to friends! read more

We had some issues with our bathroom clogging and leaking. After several attempts to resolve the issue on our own to no avail, we decided to look around for plumbers in the area and asked for multiple quotes. Andres quickly replied and contacted us for more information regarding the problem. He provided a rough estimate and came in less than an hour after contacting us. He quickly assessed the situation and promptly worked on troubleshooting. Throughout the whole process, he was very clear in his explanations and even offered suggestions so that we can avoid running into problem again. Last but the not the least, he offered a very reasonable price to fix the issue. With Andres' prompt replies and speedy service, Dynamic Plumbing and Rooter definitely deserves a 5-star rating! read more

Fast, courteous and professional. Water heater went out in the morning, gave Dynamic a call. He gave me a time window of 30 minutes for his arrival. He arrived on time. He gave me an estimate for the diagnosis and told me I would have to pay for any parts that needed replacing. He fixed the problem. He charged me for the diagnosis and $10 for parts. I was grateful to not have my wife yelling at me about no hot water. I am using this guy for any plumbing issues moving forward. read more

Andres and his son did a great job on installing a new water heater for us the same day it leaked without taking advantage of urgency of the situation - his rate was reasonable. Happy with the service provided. read more

Saturday morning I woke to a plumbing emergency. Toilets, shower, tub all backed up ..... apparently a blocked main sewer line. I had no luck calling the large plumbing companies as they had no appointments available. I found Dynamic on Yelp and decided to give them a call. The owner Andres was here within the hour. I have never seen anyone hustle like he did. He is professional, focused and a very nice man. He had the job completed in about 30 min. His rate was more than reasonable. When Andres was finished he thanked me for calling him.....I highly recommend Dynamic. He is my new plumber! read more
