First, my mother called with a sink challenge and I anticipated a phone call followed by the standard plumber response, "We can gladly come out in a few days." However, they jumped on their horse (their cool white van) and were at mum's house w/in the hour. They diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, explained everything in detail so my mother understood the problem, and then offered multiple solutions along with the cost associated with each solution. The patience they showed was a step above. To top it off, they didn't have the part my mother needed but managed to use some sort of magic to acquire the part within the hour. From the initial phone conversation to a new sink took less than 3 hours! Reasonable, super personable, and efficient. What more can you ask from your plumber? Dynamic was in fact, dynamic. We purchased a new home and had some old floors removed. We needed to have the toilets reinstalled and the one that wasn't removed had a loose connection. It leaked all over our garage. I called Dynamic Plumbing and Rooter and they lived up to their name. Andres answered his phone on a Friday and showed up first thing on Saturday morning. I know nothing about plumbing. He could have charged me a fortune to fix our leaking toilet and put the other back on. He didn't. He fixed the loose connection and replaced the toilet for a reasonable price. And not only that, I inadvertently left a garden hose running. I was away from the home and remembered that he was local. I called him and he returned to the home and turned off the hose for me. First Andres has years of experience and can quickly and thoroughly diagnose what needs to be done. Their work ethic is amazing. I called Andres about 1:30pm today, explained what my issue was with a water leak under my patio slab. He told me he could be here in about an hour and half. He was very prompt found the leak right away! He was awesome! Called this company out because had used them last year for a drain scope. Never again. Charged me for locating main line which he said was in a different place than it actually was. Did not camera the line because he could not find it but charged anyway. Quoted a huge amount of money to replace what did not need replacing but could be repaired for a quarter of what they wanted to charge. Said he would not repair because it was "old". Andres Gonzalez came out to my home on the appointed time, I needed to have a kitchen drain repair and an upstairs master bathroom toilet repair. He fixed the kitchen problem and his advice was I needed a new toilet. I got one from Home Depot and installed it myself, I thought that it was not working properly so I called Andres on a Saturday to come out to check it to see if there was a problem? I can't praise this company enough! Around 7:30pm we encountered an emergency plumbing situation. I immediately logged onto Yelp and started calling every plumber in the area. I called tons of numbers and no one answered. My husband told me to call Roto Rooters, so I did. They are all fancy with their answering service and told me someone would be calling me immediately. They never did! A few minutes after we hung up with them, Dynamic Plumbing called me back. They saw our missed call and returned it even though we didn't leave a message. He gave me an estimate for the diagnosis and told me I would have to pay for any parts that needed replacing. He fixed the problem. He charged me for the diagnosis and $10 for parts.
