By 4:30pm our water had not arrived, so I called, left a voicemail, and sent an email asking if something happened to our driver. June 11th. No reply so I called and after the third call FINALLY got a representative on the line. No apology, no nice conversation. Just: "our driver ran out of bottles. Your delivery will arrive June 12th." June 12th comes and goes, no delivery. June 13th (today) 2 phone calls and an email...and finally at 5:48pm (almost an hour AFTER my business closed) I receive the email below. If I had received ANY communication prior to this stating they were moving office, I would've completely understood. But considering it's like pulling teeth to try to get information out of this company, I'm really hoping my business doesn't cut ties with this company.

There's no subscription, so if we need more or less it's no problem. I ordered a Bottle Buddy water bottle stand from Amazon, which has been a great solution. We had one of the big corporations before and had to schedule weeks in advance, with zero communication, we had to go online to download the invoice, if we forgot then they'd mail the invoice with an automatic $20 charge for late payment, this is a crazy way of doing business. This means the filters were never actually filtering water from the time the system was installed. Leaving the filters wrapped completely defeats the purpose of the RO system and potentially exposes to untreated water while giving a false sense of safety. This is a serious installation error. Most customers would never think to open the housings to check, so this could easily go unnoticed until time for replacement. I have photo documentation clearly showing the filters still wrapped in plastic inside the housings. And Awni, I know what I am talking about.

But then she kept insisting that my wife had to be present during the consultation because it was "company policy." I've dealt with plenty of home service companies before and have never once heard of a requirement like that. I explained that I would be the one paying for and managing the project, but she continued to push the point that my wife needed to be there. At that point, I politely asked to cancel the appointment and ended the call. A few minutes later she called me back saying they could make an exception, but by then the whole interaction had already rubbed me the wrong way. It was a very strange and uncomfortable experience for something that should have been a simple quote. I decided not to move forward with them. Would not recommend.

Of course, we had to discuss the quote with the family to see if it was something we were able to work with. Within a week, we were able to get in touch with him to schedule the installation appointment. Trung arrived the day of our appointment and got straight to work. He installed the water softener tank along with corresponding piping, and secured everything with a drill. The owner stopped replying to all my texts after he did the install. I got ghosted. Willing to give the business a better review if he finally gets back to me, but literally no response from November 17th through Feb.
