When I went to the car wash originally I selected a car wash for $18, after my car got out of the automatic car wash I went to vacuum my car and I noticed that they didn't even put any tire shine on my tires, what I paid for. One of the attendants came with a bucket and put some tire shine on my car. When I use the vacuum they have poor suction and don't suction anything up. Today when I'm looking at my bank statement I see that I have unauthorized charges from the wash factory on my statement for $22. I called to speak with a manager, "JD" and he said there's no way that happened and refused to even look at my statement and hung up. Very unprofessional and I will never come back to this place. I'm pressing charges and reporting to BBB and all review platforms.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I will never visit here again after spending another hour once I got home to clean my truck myself like it should have been for the $27 I paid them. Updated 9/6/14, still slow as molasses, they wipe the windows with the same rag as they wiped the dash, not alot of attention to detail. Its the car wash equivlent to your favorite hole in the wall food joint. There are no public restrooms, no air conditioned waitin area, no reception area, no snacks... none of the frills but who needs frills when you get exterior detailed and inside vacummed and dusted for $10.
