I'm posting this review a little late but certainly still well deserved. Back in February my son spilled red Icee (yikes ) on my front seat. After much searching I finally found a place that doesn't need an appointment for interior cleaning. At Car Spa I was warmly greeted by the attendant who patiently helped me select a service based on my cleaning needs. They recommended the full detail which was on special and most cost effective. Perfect! This included going through the car wash, then driving over to an attendant to dry it off and complete the interior cleaning. Reggie worked on my car. Not only was he professional, fast, thorough but got the red Icee stain out. THANK YOU!!!!! I was very impressed and that doesn't happen easy as I am also super picky about cleaning my car properly. I grew up around car guys so I know what a good cleaning entails. Reggie exceeded my expectations and won me as a new client. I won't be going any where else. I highly recommend this place. I also notice the other workers (mostly young adults) work hard and well along with being professionals. They run specials often on there website which is another big plus plus. NOPE! Don't do it. I went in and had them change 1 tire. I noticed a week later when I got on the freeway that side was shaking more than normal especially at 65+. I looked and it was the wrong size tire. So I go back and they try to tell me I need both my front tires changed and how they're used they only last a couple of weeks. So not only did he not want to change the wrong size tire to make good, he wanted to make more money. I've had used tired before sir and they've lasted alot longer than 2 weeks. Pathetic. I got a car for my daughter. This car sat under trees for 2 years. I brought it to car spa for a detail. The car smelled like it had been sitting. Leaves, pine needles were all throughout the car. Seats and carpet had stains and it looked like coffee spots had splattered above the driver seat. I dropped the car off and hoped for the best. I got the exterior/interior package (I knew she needed some extra love). Aubrey was my tech. OMG!!! He did an AMAZING job! She looks brand new! No more stains, seats look, feel and the smell... he eliminated it COMPLETELY! FANTASTIC job!. I recommend everone bring your vehicles here for great friendly and VERY well done service! Coming here was strictly impulsive as I was headed to work on a Saturday morning. Overall the facilities are nice and the employees whom I talked to knew what they were talking about. Since I recently purchased my vehicle I decide to get a premium wash and shine and they did an excellent job. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. I went to get my interior cleaned last year. It was the last time I went to car spa for interior cleaning. When I got there I described what I wanted clean I asked if they could shampoo my mats and clean the floor the cup holder then he cut me off and said "you don't think we'll do a good job? You don't trust me?" I was like... no? ‍ But anyways he said "I got it." I handed him the keys waited a day or two, paid and received my not so decent of a cleaned car. It wasn't a good job. There were crumbs and debris on the carpets, the sides weren't cleaned well I expected so much from them. However I did appreciate the surprise gift they left me. Can you guess what it is? I've been coming here for years. While I understand that they may be short staffed due to COVID, I cannot accept paying money to have my car cleaned, then I have to take it to a car wash to clean it myself because they're doing a poor job. The last few visits have been unsatisfactory. Last time I went, they didn't vacuum my car (I paid for an inside/outside cleaning), there was still visible dirt on my windshield and tires, and my dash still had dust all over it. They even had the nerve to raise their prices! I will not waste my money here anymore. read more

I went on Father Day early morning and order platinum car wash, interior clean and carpet shampoo. The front windshield had streaks on it. The back window wasn't cleaned at all and the carpet on the driver side on the back floor of the car was missed all together. Plus the driver side under the steering wheel near the door was missed as well. It was like the only real cleaning happened on the passenger side I guess because that's the side you can see them working. For $80 I would expect a decent cleaning. BEWARE - HOPE THAT YOU DON'T GET THE HOT FINGER EMPLOYEE TO CLEAN YOUR CAR 11 days ago, my cellphone was stolen from my vehicle by one of the employees at this location. I contacted the main office as well as post my issue here on google. The owner responded almost immediately and asked me to send him more information. I sent him a detailed email - have not heard back from him as of this August 24, 2022 10:19pm. I was also in contact with a woman name Christy from their main office. She advise me that she was going to forward it to one of the Executives responsible for this location who will review the camera. Four to five calls maybe more I was told oh someone going to contact you- I called again and was told oh I take it that noone returned your call. I will give him a call and have him follow up with you (noone called). I went back to the location and was told the Manager no longer with the company (skeptical about that move) Today, after being totally mislead for 11 days believing something was being done when the bottom line was, sorry, we have signs posted and we are not responsible. While I do take partial responsibility for leaving the phone in the car, however, it doesn't negate bad customer service and dishonest employees. There are thieves working in this location so if you accidentally leave something in your car be sure to check your vehicle. This company apparently have bad screening and hiring processes in place.
