I came here because I was frustrated that I wasn't able to get a simple oil change at two previous locations. The customer service here was amazing! They took me in and got my oil change in a matter of ten minutes! The mechanic changed the oil fast and the front desk was wiping down my windows with wonder! How awesome is that? Also, The other two locations had a wait of anywhere between 2-5 hours. Ridiculous! Now, I will say their prices are on the higher end for oil changes but I quickly purchased a Groupon and still got a great deal for a synthetic oil change. Beware: They Price gouge! I went for an oil change for my car and was told a standard full-synthetic oil change would run me $176. I had a $26 OFF coupon and was told it would be $146 with the coupon. I had gone to them in the past and paid $110, which is what google would state their price is. I was told the war made the price on oil go up. Almost $200 for an oil change is unrealistic and this is jiffy lube, oil is purchased in bulk -- to offer somewhat stable pricing to customers during all times. They probably thought because I was a woman I was ignorant to car stuff and thought to try and scam me into $176 oil change, using the war as a tactic to justify the price. I spoke to a man at this location with locs and a septum piercing. He wasn't very helpful and immediately told me he wouldn't most likely be able to service my vehicle before he even scanned my vehicle information. When he realized he could, he asked what kind of oil I'd like, I advised and he laughed at me. I'm not sure what was funny. I started coming to this Jiffy Lube almost 2 years ago. At the time there was a manager named AJ that worked there and he was so informative! Not only was he informative, but I felt like we shared the same level of concern for professionalism & my vehicle. That is something I appreciated as a customer. I brought my mother's truck in a few months after AJ stopped working there. The new manager was very helpful, and to my surprise there were two ladies working as mechanics. They did an awesome job changing the oil. The new manager was also very informative & while I took some time away from this particular Jiffy Lube, I felt as though I could come back. Before coming back with my own vehicle, I called the location for over 15 minutes multiple times. I had questions that I wanted answers to before my arrival. Nobody answered the phone. When I pulled up to the Jiffy Lube, one of the ladies that I seen at my previous visit greeted me after getting out of her car. I mentioned to her that I was calling them for over the past 15 minutes and was concerned with if they were 1) even open and 2) if I needed an appointment to get my brakes done or if walk-ins were accepted? The young lady informed me that the reason no one answered my phone call is because the other mechanic must have been downstairs. That doesn't add any comfort to me as a customer, because if there are no telephones downstairs, why wouldn't at least one of the employees be in the area where telephones are? Businesses thrive on incoming calls. The young lady also informed me that they no longer offer just brake services. If you come to Jiffy Lube looking to get your brakes done, they must also address your rotors and that is a minimum charge of $450. This is now their standard and they will not service your brakes without touching your rotors. I then expressed to the young lady that this was the point in my multiple phone calls. I wanted to confirm if they were open, and I wanted to be courteous enough o confirm if I needed an appointment or not. Had someone answer the phone I would not have needed to waste my gas, or my time to just have to turn around once I got there. I did not need my rotors service and this bit of information would have been helpful to know prior to stopping by. Not to mention, I came in the day after Christmas. There was absolutely no line. They were not busy at all. So why my multiple phone calls went unanswered, I can't make that make sense. Also, I appreciate the young lady for answering my questions upon arrival, I just don't appreciate her sitting in her car especially if she was able to confirm why my phone calls went unanswered. The awareness that her team member was probably downstairs should have indicated that she was needed where the telephones are in case they received any incoming calls. read more

The Manager Hayyan was unprofessional. He preferred to hang up on me twice after I called to inform him that a team member did not notify myself or my husband that our coolant levels were low which led to my vehicle overheating at night with my toddler in the vehicle. His communication, while pronunciation was professional, the tone and attitude were rude and sarcastic. We will never return to this location. As I informed him, the purpose of my call was to notify him of the negligence yet he stated that it sounded like I was on a "war path". He wanted to continue with an assumption instead of taking the feedback and apologizing and guaranteeing he will address his team. It is clear that he has never been presented with feedback to ensure his operational standards are better. If we find that this negligence has created further damage, we will in fact move forward but that was not the intention of my call. I would encourage the owner to get Hayyan appropriate soft skills training as well as effective listening training. His attempt to disrespect me, ignore my feedback, and laugh at me proves to be the behavior of someone that has no interest in improving his operational standards. I, like any customer who calls with a polite tone, who did not even request to speak to a manager, should have received the respect that I provided to him. I believe the first representative understood that this was valuable feedback and did what she thought was best however, his fight or flight response and blatant disrespect shows that he has no regard to how vehicles are serviced at this location. read more

My boyfriend, our kids, and i went to this Jiffy Lube on HWY 85 and had the best experience in customer service in a while. As soon as we pulled in we were immediately acknowledged by 1+ crew members. They then gave an estimated price and assured that they would get us taken care of. Very successful, they were. I must add that i had called for an estimated price for what we needed done earlier and when we went to get it done it was much cheaper. They told us that it would take an hour but it actually took way less than that. They work very fast, might I add. Then when we were cashing out the manager of the store took the time out to speak with us about our service that was received and other interesting topics. Congratulations on your new bundle of joy by the way! Then as we were leaving one of the other workers went out of his way to open our doors for us, noticing that we were tuggling our little ones with us. He said I couldn't get regular oil, only synthetic and he said that Ford would tell me the same. I called Ford and I came to find out this was a lie. If you are a lone female, don't go there. They were not helpful at all-no customer service skills. I took my car there, left the keys and no sooner had I sat down, one of their service guys came in and said that my battery was dead. I thought he was joking. Then he said that, "no worries, we sell car batteries for $139; we get them from Auto Zone." I said how convenient for me, right? Anyways, I told him to let me do some research and he left. After about 10 minutes of web searching and calling car experts, I still was not convinced that I needed a new battery. I went out and I asked if they would boost my car and he said "no, because then we would be liable for damage to other car parts because there would be a huge charge to the battery that would damage other parts. " (His explanation didn't make sense to me). I then called the person who actually owned the car and she wanted to speak to him; but he just walked off. So I called someone to have them boost my car. In the interim, NO ONE came back in to ask if I was going to get the battery, if they could help, if I was okay, nothing. When my ride came, another employee came out and said he would have given me a boost. I said, your guy said the store policy is NO boosts. He then said it would have been from my personal car. So I looked at him, "thanked him" and left. The oil change was already $45 (regular oil) with an up charge to top off ALL fluids. The battery in the car was cleaned off (no one mentioned that). However, just the fact that I have had another JiffyLube up charge me and NEVER performed the work, just made me suspicious of them and they didn't try to put me at ease which leads me to believe that they could potentially sabotage your car in the hopes of getting more money??? *Sigh* Today marks the second time I have tired to use the services of this Jiffy Lube. I will try to be as objective as possible. When you arrive an attendant approaches the vehicle and asks what service you are looking for, and if you are at all familiar with pricing etc. Having been there before I knew exactly what I wanted as there a groupon for the different oil change packages. You are then told to pull your vehicle up to a point just outside the bay and to exit the vehicle as a J-Lube employee will drive the car into the bay (company policy). *pause* This is important to note because this is one of the big reasons they lose a star from me. Not because of the attempt at customer service but for the later implications of this service - read on. *unpause* They then escort you to a shabby waiting room. (I'm not being mean, it's just shabby - no two ways to say it). After looking over your vehicle they then come and get you from said waiting area and start the hustle. They tell you about every extra service you need in addition to just an oil change. Stay the course. You know what you came for, be sure to specify that you only want the oil change. I of course run into an additional snag in that I previously got the platinum (read: overpriced and totally unnecessary synthetic oil package). So when I inform the employee that I wanted the conventional oil package, they of course proceed to give you the "switching from synthetic to conventional oil can be damaging to the vehicle" speech. This is something that even a cursory google search will easily disprove. Let's not even consider that the current oil in the car is actually a conventional oil as I had gotten my last oil change at some other shop other than jiffy lube. I won't count that against them. Up to this point the service itself has not been bad. Yes, they try to tell you that you need a coolant flush (false), or transmission fluid change (also false), but I understand that a company tries to make money. I would even go so far as to say the fact that the technician pointed out an actual real problem concerning my tires is a plus. What I don't like is that you never know what you're getting because everything 'feels' so shady. Admittedly that is purely subjective so I'm not holding it against them. Fast forward. I see my car exit the bay. 5 minutes pass. 5 extends to 10 minutes. I'm wondering why I am not being checked out. I get up and approach the counter and the employee recalls (as if by magic) that my car is done and suggests we start the check out procedure. I produce the groupon, and then have to pay the balance which is the additional tax (~3.00). Everything is still going tolerably well. Up until this point the service has been okay. Then I get to my vehicle and these bastards do it again. Yet again I am greeted with the sight of F**KING oil on my ivory cloth interior seats. *sigh* I don't complain people. To me it is a waste of emotional and physical energy. My money speaks far louder than my voice ever could. For the second time these dirty techs have stained the interior of my car with OIL. As a person that personally sees to the interior of the car, I am immediately p*ssed off. I'm talking 38 hot! *pause* I know what you're thinking. Why is this guy being so petty about something so small? Why? They force you to endure it. I would just drive the damn car into and out of the bay myself. If you force me to let someone else do it then you (the service provider) need to do what is necessary to make sure I take possession of my vehicle in the same condition I provided it to you in. I mean put down a seat protector or something so you don't stain my GD seats. **unpause* In summary, the service is average; however, the need to visit a car detail shop afterwards is an expense that you should factor into the price of the oil change. Do your research, know what you want, and ensure that your interior is dark so you don't see the stains they leave in it. *mumbles expletives* read more

i hate i took my car to get just a simple oil change. took my 2011 jetta for a regular synthetic oil change that cost me $135. i also asked to have my air filter changed. they did not have the air filter in stock so they told me to buy it and bring it back and they will replace it free of charge. a few days after i did buy the air filter. before i returned i notice my car was leaking oil. this is less then a week after my oil change. i went back to have them check the leak and to replace my air filter. i was told that i probably needed a new oil gasket and for my sealant to be replaced. well being charge $135 and that didnt include the air filter then what did they charge me for. the oil it self didnt cost that much. they didnt vacuum my car nor did they clean my windshiled they didnt check any fluids because i was low on antifreeze. they didnt even give me a sticker to let me know when to come back. but this is the service they said they did. after all of that they tell me that they didnt know where my air filter was located. 1 tech got smart and decided to google it. then they tell me that they have to charge me $30 to replace the air filter after they said it would be no charge. i was not happy but i said ok only for them to tell me they didnt have the proper tools . so i left there with a oil leak that was not leaking before i took my car there and a dirty air filter because they really didnt know what they were doing. i give them 0 stars because they pimped me out of $135..never ever will i visit this location again. read more

The manager informed me that their lift for my tire rotation wasn't working and told me to come back next week. I needed it done so I agreed to come back next week. Here I am and it takes the guy one hour to look at my car only to say, "You're car is too small". He advised me to go to another location. I have had my 2007 benz oil changed numerous times over the years by PROFESSIONALS! i decided to go to this place because I was being lazy and thought they knew what they were doing! NONE of the employees seem trained, the store manager lied to me about pricing, and jacked a $89 oil change up to $142, was not paying!!! I have never in all my life paid more than $90 for an oil change!!! even the so-called mechanics at auto zone can handle an oil change for a great price! I was supposed to be heading out of town tonight, now I have to postpone my plans because these assholes got my car LEAKING OIL and smoking!
