Beware: They Price gouge!…read more I went for an oil change for my car and was told a standard full-synthetic oil change would run me $176. I had a $26 OFF coupon and was told it would be $146 with the coupon. I had gone to them in the past and paid $110, which is what google would state their price is. I was told the war made the price on oil go up. Almost $200 for an oil change is unrealistic and this is jiffy lube, oil is purchased in bulk -- to offer somewhat stable pricing to customers during all times. They probably thought because I was a woman I was ignorant to car stuff and thought to try and scam me into $176 oil change, using the war as a tactic to justify the price. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and paid $80 for my oil change. Do better Jiffy Lube!

Guys what happened? I dropped my car off last Sunday for leaking coolant…read more I did not hear from you until Tuesday to say you hadn't determined the issue and would need to do a tear down which would require two hours of labor I was fine with that. On Wednesday when I came in I was told the engine was leaking and would require close to three thousand dollars. I picked the car up and took it to the dealer per your recommendation and they called me in an hour to say the water pump was leaking and that you guys misdiagnosed the problem. Well one thousand three hundred and ninety nine dollars I'm back on the road, so as you can imagine I'll be down to see you tomorrow to get my funds returned Suffice to say I am once again disappointed with the service I received, you guys did an awesome job last time I was there, your like hot and cold. He told me not right away, but at 1:00 (4+ hours later) if I come back they would take care of me. SO - I carefully drove back home, 30 minutes drive on suspect tires, and came back. I looked for other locations, but nobody I called had a spot - well, nobody close. So I had to do what I had to do. I get there and another young man is there. In true Oep Boy fashion, they suddenly cant do my work in a reasonable time. They are "too busy". They made an appointment with me and did not honor it. He asks me if I could droo it off, which is one of thier ways of making the customer "choose" to cancel. They have to know that leaving your car there for hours is a ridiculous response. They could have given me a courtesy call, but instead Im wasting gas and time for thus bullshit. If they know they are booked up that bad, why not just tell people that in advance? Dont tell people to come back and start that " drop it off" crap. People have to arrange rides, change plans, strategize - you dont wait until we get to the shop for our appointment to do that. This is a big issue with many Pep Boys. I have found two out of many in the Atlanta Metro that doesnt engage in bullshit.

Sometimes, you can tell it's not the best day for him, but he has never been a jerk or irritated with me. I worked quick lube for 4 years (including customer care manager) while going to college and know my way around these places very well. I also pay close attention to things they say and do. Everything has been legit for the last 3 or so years. Their prices are pretty much on par with everyone else's too. Cheers y'all.

I decided to get my keys back & call corporate to make a complaint. Isaac has the worse customer service skills & he should not be a manager nor should he be dealing with people. I also saw him be rude with other customers while I was there. He acted as if he did not want to be at work & taking it out on customers as if they were a nuisance to him. I ended up taking the fleet vehicle to another business. I would not recommend coming there if Isaac is working.

I really wanted to give a positive review because the brake pad replacement itself went smoothly,…read morebut unfortunately the experience took a turn afterward. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.
