I really wish I could give (ZERO) stars! First off we took a vehicle to a company and got a transmission put in. Car worked perfectly for about a month and a half. The engine went out on this same vehicle. So we drop the car off to PRECISION TUNE AUTO CARE on Hwy 85 in Riverdale. First they said the battery was shot, so I proceed to buy a battery even though I knew better. After that they said oh the engine is bad. So that 300.00 spent for a battery i didn't need. The battery is currently in my other vehicle working fine. So let's get to the engine replacement! After about 2 weeks the engine get put in and within 3 days I hear winding from the transmission. I preceed to take the car back to PRECISION TUNE AUTO CARE. Funniest thing in the world what I was told. Well your front seal is leaking so that means they gave you a bad and used transmission. But in all honesty they thought i was just a fool to get over on and be told anything. I said the car was working fine without leaks before yall put the engine in. The Guy says to me oh well we don't touch anything dealing with the transmission when we replace an engine. So the also said that it's impossible for the damages to be on their part because they have guides and also don't have to do anything to the transmission. Now I'm not the smartest man in the world but uhhhh, I know that the torque converter needs to be unbolted in order to remove an engine. Now I also know that anytime an engine is changed that front seal is suppose to be changed. I also know that the seal can be damaged by improper alignment of the input shaft connected to the engine which has to be aligned properly at that connection point of the engine and transmission to prevent leaking. There was a Manager trying to help but the best option was for us to pay 850.00 and they would cover the rest of the cost for their fuck up. I was also told that's a lot of labor to fix the issue. My response was it would have been no labor cost had it been done correctly. Now I know Noone wants to accept blame or want to wk for free but business is business. Why try and bullshit us like we just suppose to lay down and let yall get free money. I also said hey maybe it's just the torque converter not being seated properly! I was told that's was mechanically impossible. But i also know that a torque converter not being seated properly, can and will cause a leak at the front transmission seal a unaligned or improperly seated torque converter converter can put pressure on the seal, leading to transmission fluid leakage. I just don't understand how hard it is to fix what you messed up. This car is our work transportation, kids school transportation, kids football and track transportation. Not to mention it's not a regular transmission. It's a sealed for life transmission. So I guess that shit has to go out before we can get what you've messed up corrected huh? I do not and will not ever recommend anyone doing business with them at all because if anything is wrong from their end you up for the fight of your life. Update: BBB complaint has been filed. Precision did NOT put the required amount of oil and antifreeze specified by the manufacturer on the label in the hood. Consequently costing me an additional $660 to another certified mechanic who took care of the issue since Precision REFUSED to do without me paying another $320 AND the cost of repairing the compressor. This place is a total joke and a ripoff. They will automatically replace your original factory drainplug with a plastic insert and tell you yours was damaged and charge you big. No paperwork given and when I called they had not put the correct information in the record. By the way it had been serviced previously at the Chevy dealer, so I doubt they damaged the plug....total was around $100, about twice chevy. Take any make to Chevy....best kept secret in oil change technology....lol read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! This shop tried to take advantage of my mother. Purposely damaged her car to then try to charge her $600+ for a job that the dealer charges less than $400 to do. Told her the part would cost $300 but when I called the dealer to price the part myself they told me $170! Do not bring your car here! They're just going to rip you off! DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! The place from hell, I went in for a routine oil change woke up the next morning to oil all over the garage floor, took photos went back into the store, they pulled the car in for fifteen minutes and back out saying it was ready without any explanation of the problem, I can home parked the car in the garage woke up to oil all over the garage for the second day. At that time I began to take photos and email the corporate office to later find out that these stores are franchise anywho I asked my friend to come with me the third time to see for himself what the problem was, well low and behold they had stripped the threads in my oil pan, without a word to me. They said that they would re-thread the oil pan but I opposed and demand that they replace my oil pan with a factory oil pan. Well long story short they keep my car eight hours to replace the oil pan and when I went to pick it up there's black oil all over my carpet and seats, by then I was livid. Please people take my advice there's only a bunch of untrained, unprofessional people working at this place on Hwy 85 in Riverdale,Georgia. Don't say I didn't warn you!!!!!!! read more

i took my car to the location on july 8, 2015. i arrive there a 8 a.m. to get my oil change and get a tune up. the air conditional was broke at this location. the guy pull my car out around 10:46 a.m. i got in to drive off my check engin light was on and another light was also on. i showed this to the manager the guy took my car back in. i sit there from for another hour and half. i ask the manager she call the guy in who had no clue of what he had did to my truck and had this nonchalant look on his face when she ask him about my car. the manager then ask another person to check my car out. it was like 2:30 and 85 degree at this time inside of the building. then they went to lunch. i set in this hot building and watch these people eat pizza. i only had been there for about 6 hours at this time. you think they would have said would you like a bottle of water, since it is hot as hell in this building. i ask the manager again about my car she stated they are working on it. i think she forgot the they had glass windows and i could see my truck just sitting there. i watch these people do about 15 or more oil changes.the manger came out and said the spark plug was bad that why the check engin light was on and that she was putting new spark plug and wires on that when i ask her what the hell did i pay $301.40 for? the manager than said she would give me half price on my next oil change. i had smoke coming out of my ears by now but was to sick to get loose. i was just getting over being sick. finaly at 4:30 they said my car was ready. by the time i got home the check engin light was on again. i call the corporate office in leesburg, va and left several message. no one return my call. this is not good business, i would not let this place work n my grandson toy car!
