I went to 3 places on a Saturday to get emissions testing. 2 out of the 3 closed. Friendly place. Does alignments, oil changes, flushing and emissions of course. Not hard to find right across the street from goodwill. I didn't have to wait long. The waiting area is VERY small. No coffee or tv like other shops so either walk around or entertain yourself with a phone or magazine. I paid $15 for my test and I was in and out wishing 25 minutes. Clean place not so cluttered. Staff was friendly and helpful for my small service. Definitely will be back for small projects on my car and it's close to home. read more

Went in for an oil change. We use synthetic oil so it is more expensive. We had just over $100. They checked none of the filters, fluids, tire pressure - these were marked as completed. They also marked, as completed, vacuum, window cleaning and resetting the oil change indicator. Very disappointed in the service we paid for and did not receive. We will not be using them again. As a former employee of this place at first it was good then over time they don't properly do the job they say they do all the employees there are under paid I was one of them Casper the manager said come back an work with them bc they was short staffed and that I will be paid 14.00$ an hour and when brake time comes around you only get 25 minutes they are disrespectful and when I got my first check I was only getting paid 11.00 dollars an hour an they kinda leaning towards only letting you work 4 days a week and I have a baby at home and that's nothing when a tree fell close to my house I called my wife and CASPER YELLED AT ME TO HANG UP and that I can't make phone calls while on the floor there was no costumers in at the time and I told him that idgaf about this job an that my family was more important to me then that job and he got mad with me an it's tax time now he has blocked me on everything and won't answer my phone calls to get my w2s that he told me was in this place is not the place to take you cars they strip drain plugs and try to sell one to you for 25 dollars CASPER LAUREL read more

I had the worst customer service experience today at this location. I went in due an error message of "low tire pressure." During this visit, the manager (who was great), informed Mike Lawrence to check my tire and see if there were any nails in my back tire since I was there on Monday. This rude tech responded, "We are not a tire shop". Really. Tires are sold there. Immediately, he made me so angry. I have never experience this type of treatment from anyone at this location. I'm surprised how flippant people are when the customers pays the bills for them to remain in business. He really made me upset that he took me out of character. I advised the manager, this tech needed to be fired. Don't worry, I will not return back to this location. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! - Went to these guys for our brakes. They told us we needed to replace the pads and also the rotors in the front. No problem. Their quote included $100 each for rotors (just the part,) which is much higher than normal so I called 3 local Nissan dealerships and all of them quoted me less for the parts and the work. Long story short, they were trying to charge us over $100 more than the dealerships because they more than doubled the cost of parts and labor. When I told them I didnt want it done, they charged me an EXTRA $45 for a brake inspection that is supposed to be $19.99. These people will rip you off with a smile. read more

BEWARE! You will be charged for service and they rip you off. I visited this establishment and was charged for an oil change. I sat in the vehicle and watched them work. To my surprise, they closed the hood and left. Then came the bill....it said items were checked and levels full, but they NEVER checked those items. Items such as oil filter change, air filter, transmission fluid and levels, lights, blades, and others. I asked one of the techs who serviced my vehicle whether or not he checked my transmission fluid. He said yes, but he lied, because there is no way to check the level of fluid in my vehicle, They DO NOT wear masks! Had my breaks serviced, and another part replaced. I will give them an honesty point for telling me my back breaks didn't need service. The big problem is that I was told the service, all in, would cost $860. When I got there, the charge was $959. Apparently the part they told me I needed wasn't the right one, so they installed the more expensive correct part without informing me. Richard told me that is just how it goes. My sister brought her car here for an oil change a couple weeks ago. When she left she thought Grease Monkey had put oil in the car after they drained it but Grease Monkey did not. She heard ticking and knocking and called me. I looked and sure enough the engine was dry and the lifters and rockers were ticking and knocking away. Not to mention the sound of a dry start. I called Grease Monkey and talked to Jody who said there was oil in the car. I asked for verification such as video or a check list and there wasn't any and she could do nothing for my sister. Even though she still had her receipt and sticker in the car. I have since put oil in the vehicle. I advise no one to go to Grease Monkey. Best advice I can tell you is to save yourself the headache from dealing with these rip off artists. Had a water pump replaced and they installed a used part that squeaks. Probably from a junk yard. Richard tried to give me the this that and the other needs to be replaced but we won't know for sure until we do and charge for other parts. In the process they stripped 2 of my lugs and completely snapped one off. Cost me $105 to fix their lack of competence. Expensive lesson learned. read more
