When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

After the service was complete, and I picked up the vehicle I noticed there were a new few issues that were not present prior to me dropping the vehicle off. My Camry had a no-start issue, and instead of trying to sell me a starter or some expensive repair like less honest mechanics might have done, Sherman took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that a connector wasn't plugged in correctly. He fixed it quickly and had the car running again. On my Impala, he completed an oil change and repaired my cigarette lighter outlets, which had been damaged by an overpowered device that had melted part of the circuit. Everything is working properly now. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. There was nothing wrong with my motor I said are you sure because the last Macanic said that if there was white smoke coming from my motor then my head gaskets are below and he said no it looks fine to me. I told my car to his shop and he tried to make me pay him half of my money upfront I said no sir I don't know who do that but I'm not doing it. I've never had to do that and I'm not doing it today. So he goes on to say OK I wanna gain your trust so I'm not gonna make you feel uncomfortable first red flag.! as he is fixing my car he goes on to call me and tell me that not only does my water pump need to be replaced. That was the initial issue what he was fixing, but not only does that need to be replaced but also my radiator needs to be replaced OK so I bought another radiator. He put the radiator on and then call me again and told me my starter needed to be replaced, I said why would my starter need to be replaced? I literally just replaced my starter in July. It hasn't even been a year. But long story short because he's guaranteeing me that a starter will fix my car. I purchased another starter. He calls me after him having my car for a whole week and tells me that my car is ready. I said OK so my car is starting and driving he said yes your car is ready. I'll get up there and look at my car. I'm like where is my key I knew it was some bullshit because everybody looking like somebody just died. But he goes on to say that the car won't crank well. You just told me on the phone to come and get my car because it's ready and it started. The African man is a liar. He's a scammer and he prays on women. I felt that when I first went there and he asked me to put down half of the money upfront. Who does that so long story assure it he tries to keep my key although I've given him $600 to fix one problem on my car he tries to keep my key and not give me my car because I won't pay him anything further why would I pay you anything. When you came to my house to look at my car my car was cranking. My car was drivable, but upon going to the shop and paying Money my car is no longer drivable. I have replaced the battery. I have replaced the starter. I replaced the radiator and the water pump and now I'm just out of all of my money he got me fucked up.
