They play games with price when you tell them you have a coupon. I asked what the price was and told it was $85, then when I get to pay they say it was an extra $10 for supplies. Okay so why wasn't that initially disclosed when I asked? I really can't stand being told it's one price and then when it's time to pay it's another. That's NOT how you do business. Needless to say I won't be doing business here moving forward, and will make the further drive to Precision Auto Care. The gentleman at the end cleaned it up a bit by filling my air with tire. But let's be honest I can do that at QT. Don't play games with young women just because we ask for recommendations! You've lost a potential customer and I would've loved to come back and do more business because my car is due for maintenance! I usually don't get my oil changed at other spots cause my father or brother usually does it. So I pray these fellas did right by me with that. They had great vibes. What I am a little upset by is that I'm going down the service checklist and seeing what they say they checked. One thing in particular is my cabin air filter. They stated they checked it and it was ok. I know how many cabin air filters my vehicle has and that's one. The guy servicing my vehicle did not come inside my car and look at that particular air filter because it's in my glove compartment. Yes I know where it is. This business not only provides some of the poorest service in the city, but their ethical standards are deeply concerning. They were fully aware that their emissions license was about to be canceled, yet they continued to operate under false pretenses. I had my car's emissions test done there and was told it failed--only to later find out they couldn't even retest it due to their license being revoked. Now, I'm forced to go elsewhere and pay again for a service I already rendered. The owner showed no willingness to make it right. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The last time I went, they didn't tighten my oil filter. Had a oil leak, and also something in my car came up missing.

I am appalled at the complete disregard and disrespect shown by this location. I went in on a Friday to get a oil change and brake replacement. The manager replaced my brakes. I noticed that Sunday that the screeching noise I began hearing after the replacement was getting louder the more I drove the car. I went back to ask them to take a look one employee told me that he wouldn't work over someone else's work and that Andre the manager that did the replacement was with his kids and wasn't concerned with the issue. I filed a complaint with jiffy lube and returned that Monday to see if the manager was there and willing to revise his work. He told me that there was first an issue with the brakes I provided. I had just purchased the brakes a week prior from advance auto parts. I had a warranty so despite my frustration I walked across the street and provided a new set. We left assuming the issue was corrected less than five miles away from the store I heard a loud clunk. When I parked that's when I discovered what's shown in the attached images. Andre the "manager" installed the brakes incorrectly twice both times he allowed me to drive away knowing that the brakes were not installed correctly. He did not lube either set before placing them in and he left huge gaps between the rotors and pads. I came back to see if they would repair the issue and I was forced to buy new brakes because the new set I provided for the replacement was broken during install and Andre the manager on site allowed me to drive away putting me and my family's life in jeopardy. Not once but twice he blatantly lied about fixing the issue. I reached out to the owner that responded to this review as requested it's been a week since I sent that email describing the issue for the fourth time to premium velocity LLC after filing a complaint with Jiffy Lube. No one has even offered as little as a refund for not providing the service requested. This happened two weeks ago and not as much as a email or phone call has been received regarding the nightmare I experienced at this location. read more

Customer service was TRASH! One of the head guys was sarcastic as hell. When it was dished back at him, he couldn't handle it. "If you can't take the heat..." y'all know the rest. There was NO other customers at the time of arrival, so everyone was just sitting around doing nothing. When I explained what was going on with my vehicle, that's when the sarcasm began. They don't not honor the services advertised on their website that comes with an oil change. They argued and stated that this location does not do things with the oil change and maintenance service like vacuum, however their specific website for this specific location stated otherwise. Then they had the audacity to give us a receipt stating that things were done like vacuuming that they never did!!! Over priced as well for an oil change. Not worth your time or money. First time at any jiffy lube ever. I really don't want to bother spending a lot of time talking about this place. Only reason I am doing so is because I want to inform potential customers of this Jiffy Lube. Oil, Filter, and Lube change for my car: After servicing my car again about 1100 miles after, I took a look at the filter and the oil they used. Filter was crazy small, cant help but wonder if they use the same filter on all the cars they service. Oil that I drained out was blacker and darker than most oils who have their car serviced after 7000 miles. I would never go to another jiffy lube or recommend jiffy lube to anyone. read more

I roll two of my vehicles to the Jiffy Lube on N Henry for a Oil Change and Tire Rotation and after being charged 170 for damn oil change, they come and say oh we can't rotate your tires because we don't have the equipment to do it. So I'm like well I'm paying for it, oh but it's free we just don't want to damage your car. there should be some type of compensation when your boosting what you offer but you come up with excusing on completing the work. so really your just getting a bunch hype on a expensive oil change. I went there recently for an oil change. When I pulled up, a young lady walked up to my car to ask what service I needed. I was reluctant to roll my window down because she was not wearing a mask. I noticed that none of the employees were wearing masks. Then, to my surprise..I walked in the waiting room and saw 7 chairs very close to each other. They are clearly not following the social distance guidelines in this place. No one else was waiting for service at the time, so I was ok with sitting inside. But a few minutes later,another customer came in and sat down. As I was waiting, an employee walked in and asked what kind of oil I wanted..he came up close to me with no mask on. All of this made me very uncomfortable. For these reasons I won't be returning to this place. read more

Terrible customer service and unprofessional manager. Went to get emissions and came out with broken gas cap! I told the person who did it that I wanted it replaced and he claimed he didn't do it. Then he told me he would order the part from the dealer and it would be there when I came back for a emission retest. Fast forward a month and I am back for my cap. Stacy said he forgot and would see what he could do. He came back and gave me a sheet of paper and told me to call customer service. I asked him why now after a month I had to call a number and he siad he wasn't allowed to put in that request. I asked him why he didnt tell me that before he gave me a blank stare. I asked to speak to the manager. He went out to get him. Mind you I can see all of this through the glass window in the lobby. He goes out has a short conversation with someone vacuuming a car who kinda shoo'd him away. He said please just callthis number and let them take care of it. At this point I'm wondering why I should do the footwork for his negligence. I asked again for the manager and he flat out told me :the manager said he doesn't want to talk to you." What kind of company is this? Then another employee, Dukens, overheard what was going on and said he would look into it for me and call back by 4pm. Even though he didn't call i appreciate him at least making some effort to give customer service but this location dropped the ball. I called back the following week to check the status and spoke to the manager, Dan Joseph. After asking me about my car and if it had passed emissions he told me he couldn't find it in the system. smh Then he said he remembered me and I asked him how since I never spoke with a manager... It was him! The one who didn't want to speak to me. How childish! I told him about himself real quick and he told me since my car passed emissions he wasn't responsible for my gas cap and there was nothing he could do. How is it not their responsibility. I paid for emissions not the destruction of my dang car! He said I could hall the 1 800 number so I asked him to give it to me. (This guy has a smart mouth ) Instead of trying to give me the number he went on about how it wasn't his responsibility and they wouldn't do anything. my daughter went there for something simple and they tried to sell her all this other stuff even though I took my vehicle there for both back and front brakes and they wouldn't do just the shoes they insisted on doing the rotors too. when I went in for the front ones they didn't have them had to send for them then I took a hours for them to do it when it shouldn't. I thought that was a little funny but I left. come to find out they put the wrong rotors on my suv. Then when I called they couldn't even find me in there system. Then the lady told me that oh some rotors are long some short ect.... Which to me was just ridiculous I assume certain ones go on suv certain ones go on small cars. I only gave it four stars because of Bobby! He's very attentive and obviously loves his job. However, the lazy manager is a piece of work. You would think he would just stay at home with his piss poor attitude. Acts as if he's doing you a favor however he's really just over charging you for his work. He shouldn't be in customer service. The staff is friendly and welcoming but I would have preferred better communication from the staff. They did not ask me or show me which oil was used in my car. I did not get a verbal report of the services performed on my car. And, they told me they cannot do a tire rotation because I have rims. I have always used Jiffy Lube and never had that experience. I paid for tire rotation and never received it or reimbursement for it. That was unprofessional. read more

Omg horrible , I also went for an oil change and the charged 200 dollars because they changed filters , horrible service , long waiting time and the mechanics sucks! They are not experienced and the service is horrible, make sure you check your receipt before you leave the location , they charge for services that you did not request.
