The employees were friendly, however I am not sure why there is a request for a tip when they are not washing, drying or vacuuming your car. I personally thought the prices was a little high and will look for a place that does hand washing next time. This will be an emergency stop. My car did not come out clean, including the tires; the was provided lots of suds.   I recommend vacuuming your car first then taking it through the wash because there is only one way in and out.

After searching for a bit longer, I gave up and figured, "...I guess I'll just wash my own car!" (Lol like, girl get up!) So I began searching for car washes and came across East Point Car Wash - perfection. When I arrived, I noticed it was a busy Saturday! There were plenty of customers using the various stations around the car wash, perfect day for some car love I assume. I parked behind another car and waited for my time to enter. But before I did, I lowkey freaked out because I only saw the cash/change machine but no ATMs/Card readers and I only had a card - yikes! So I quickly drove around the corner and got some cash... only to return and see that there wer card readers in the wash bays - man! Lol. BUT - the cash was used and didn't go to waste lol but know that you can use your card here. :) I'm a late in life driver and feel like I've only washed my own car like 3x in life, and have washed more cars for charitable efforts than anything else. Well, I may owe some folks some refunds because I was not that good when I first started washing my car this day lol. I love that the dial has so many options that are easy to choose from + the extendable broom/sprayer/tools, and there's ample space to move around. But I was still a bit confused on some things but lucky me, there were plenty of helpful Uncles around to assist me while dropping some southern charm at the same time lol. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the assistance offered, they were all kind and respectful and offered to wash it all for me. How sweet! I accepted the helpful tips (like the one that told me to use the engine cleaner to get off hard spots - brilliant) and was happy to know they were around if help was needed. Each function was so great + the vacuum section and fragrance options = so worth it! My only complaint is that you're not offered much time for your $4-$5 required purchase. I feel like I was racing to wash my little car in that time frame and definitely spent about $20 to wash the whole thing. BUT - it does look fantastic!
