Attentive, efficient, polite staff. Manager Nate... great guy. Did a super job on my 17 year old Lexus for a VERY reasonable price.

The Ultimate Car Wash & Detail - Behind the gas pedal where it was not vacuumed let alone shampooed

The Ultimate Car Wash & Detail

(100 reviews)

If you're looking for a reliable and efficient car wash in the Camp Creek area, Ultimate Car Wash…read moreis a solid choice. Service: The process for a detail is not quick but, it's smooth from start to finish. The staff kept things moving and were professional, making the experience easy and stress-free. Quality: My car came out looking clean, shiny, and refreshed. I arrived w/a noticeable scrape/dent that happened the night before out of state with black marks on my truck that really bothered me. I asked if they could remove the black scratches, and they did an amazing job--now you can barely tell anything ever happened (unless you're really looking like I am!). That alone impressed me so, see the before & after. Convenience: The location is super convenient, especially if you're already in the Camp Creek area. It's perfect for a quick stop when your car needs a refresh without taking up too much of your day. Value: Overall, they go beyond just a basic wash and actually care about the end result. I'll definitely be back!

I always try to appreciate a business that keeps its facility immaculate. While the facility looks…read moreclean both inside and outside, I deeply wish that same level of care was reflected in their actual service. Based on my experience, I highly recommend finding a better place to take your vehicle--one that will actually respect your property. [1] (https://www.theultimatecarwash.com/)Here is exactly why I will never bring my car back to this establishment:Property Damage: They literally broke my speaker in my car during the service.Lazy Service & Hidden Messes: They didn't bother to move the chairs at all. There was plenty of dirt, trash, and pet hair left completely untouched underneath both the driver and passenger seats.Missing Belongings: To make matters worse, my vape pen went missing. I know for a fact I had it right before stepping out of my vehicle for the detail.Terrible Accountability: When I brought the missing vape pen to the workers' attention, it was never found. Instead of taking ownership of the broken speaker or the lost item, the staff just brushed it off with a casual, "my bad."A slick, clean facility doesn't make up for property damage, theft, and lazy cleaning. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually trains its staff on basic hospitality and vehicle care.

Never crowded. Area is clean…read more Each bay is fully stocked with the various soaps and waxes. Basically, the machines work. A little pricey if you don't work fast enough to beat the 4 minute countdown to wash your car. I think it averages out to a dollar a minute. And you have to pay to vacuum as well. Overall, I appreciate the end results of washing and drying my car, knowing that I washed it to the best of my abilities, as sometimes I question the effectiveness of certain drive through car washes.

So happy that I found this spot thanks to Yelp!…read more I like to pay for convenience y'all. I've got zero shame in it and appreciate that I have been blessed to have the privilege to do so. Sometimes between work, life, and just making it through the day is enough stress, when someone else can pick up the slack for some bucks, I go for it. And that goes for washing my car or doing absolutely anything regarding my car, (hell, even someone else driving it is nice!) Dealing with a tree that my car is usually parked under, hard rain and disrespectful birds, my white car has been struggling! So I was on the hunt for someone to detail my car and hopped on Yelp. First, where are all the detailers?! Those that I found didn't answer the phone or return my calls, and I was being super impatient so I kept it moving. After searching for a bit longer, I gave up and figured, "...I guess I'll just wash my own car!" (Lol like, girl get up!) So I began searching for car washes and came across East Point Car Wash - perfection. When I arrived, I noticed it was a busy Saturday! There were plenty of customers using the various stations around the car wash, perfect day for some car love I assume. I parked behind another car and waited for my time to enter. But before I did, I lowkey freaked out because I only saw the cash/change machine but no ATMs/Card readers and I only had a card - yikes! So I quickly drove around the corner and got some cash... only to return and see that there wer card readers in the wash bays - man! Lol. BUT - the cash was used and didn't go to waste lol but know that you can use your card here. :) I'm a late in life driver and feel like I've only washed my own car like 3x in life, and have washed more cars for charitable efforts than anything else. Well, I may owe some folks some refunds because I was not that good when I first started washing my car this day lol. I love that the dial has so many options that are easy to choose from + the extendable broom/sprayer/tools, and there's ample space to move around. But I was still a bit confused on some things but lucky me, there were plenty of helpful Uncles around to assist me while dropping some southern charm at the same time lol. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the assistance offered, they were all kind and respectful and offered to wash it all for me. How sweet! I accepted the helpful tips (like the one that told me to use the engine cleaner to get off hard spots - brilliant) and was happy to know they were around if help was needed. Each function was so great + the vacuum section and fragrance options = so worth it! My only complaint is that you're not offered much time for your $4-$5 required purchase. I feel like I was racing to wash my little car in that time frame and definitely spent about $20 to wash the whole thing. BUT - it does look fantastic! I will absolutely be back and this time, I'm letting one of those nice gentlemen wash my car because maybe they'll do it faster and save me some $ while I look pretty. So if you see me sitting on the sidelines drinking my Pistachio Latte while some nice gentleman washes my car, please mind your business and don't ask questions lol!
