Horrible customer service and horrible work.I had tint installed on my new car,not only did they scratch the chrome trim around my windows but they also messed up the tint every window had aot of bubbles and a couple of windows had scratches on the tint and crinkles in the corners.They offer a warranty but didnt want to honor it I made an appointment with them to have the tint redone but they didnt show up they closed the shop for the day and stop answering my calls I would NOT recommend this company to anyone read more

Do not trust this company to install a remote car starter! I found the company on Groupon. I contacted them 11/11 to schedule an appointment. I was told that they could squeeze me in Sunday 11/17. I had to send them a $150 payment through cashapp so that they could purchase the product. I received a call Friday saying that the shipment for the remote didn't come in on time. So, they needed to move my appointment. I was then told that they needed to move my appointment because all of the techs had the flu. I was finally able to get in for an appointment 12/4 at 5pm. I went to the original address that they gave me. They then told me to come to their home. I was told that the appointment would take 2-3 hours. I felt uncomfortable staying at their home so I took an uber to a local shopping area. I received a call saying that the job was taking longer than expected. The tech was able to install the starter but he was not able to finish programming it. The car started when I pushed the button on the remote. But, when I unlocked the car, the car turned off, then attempted to restart.It sounded as if something was wrong with the car. I drive a brand new 2019 Hyundai Kona- nothing should be wrong with the car. I didn't get my car back until after 10pm that night. I paid the company the remaining balance, $65, through cashapp. They asked me to come back a different day so that the tech could have a chance to talk to tech support. But, the tech was going out of town for 10 days. So, I agreed to come back Monday 12/16 so that he could finish programming the starter. The next morning (12/5), while driving to work,I tried to push the brake pedal but my foot got stuck in something. I looked down and noticed that there were tons of wires hanging down. I texted the company and asked if there was a piece that the tech neglected to reattach. I was told that there was nothing. Even though I scheduled a second appointment, I didn't feel comfortable going back to the company. They left wires hanging and after 5 hours, they were not able to finish programming the installer. In addition to the car cutting off when I pressed the unlock button, the lights didn't automatically shut off like they did before the tech installed the starter. I decided to take my car to best buy because I didn't trust Creative Cut Designs. I worried that something may be wrong with my brand new car. Saturday 12/21, I took my car to the Dunwoody Best Buy Geek Squad Auto Tech. Tom Emerson, who is the Autoteach Lead and MECP Advanced Certified, worked on my car. I told Tom that I had a previous remote starter installed on my car but it wasn't completely programmed. Tom tried to program the installer. But, he found that it was not properly installed. I will upload/attach pictures as well as Tom's description of the improper practices of Creative Cut Designs. In my text exchange with Creative Cut Designs, I said that they used duct tape. That was incorrect. However, the materials used were improper. The worst thing that Creative Cut Designs did was install the antenna improperly. They wrapped a wire around one of my airbags. If I'd been involved in an accident, the airbag would not have been able to deploy. I have been in two car accidents this year- the airbags saved my life. I don't want the tech at Creative Cut Designs to put another person's life in danger by installing another remote car starter improperly. Due to the installer being improperly installed, discontinued, and not compatible with me car, I originally asked for Creative Cut Designs to refund me for the remote car starter. I agreed to give them back the remote starter and all pieces/materials used. I was told that they have a strict no refund policy. But, once I found out that they wrapped the antenna around my airbag, I asked for a full refund ($215). I had to purchase a different remote starter from Best Buy. Be cautious with using Creative Cut Designs! It took a span of 2 months to get me and my friend's tint issues to a point of resolution. We ended up having to leave the tint on and requesting a refund and then have someone else fix the tint mess on our cars. To start, they were never on time when they told us to come in at 10:00am each time. We had to wait outside a closed building until 10:30/10:45am. The last appointment they made for us they were a no show at all. Here's the story: We initially got our tint on and it was horribly done. There were air bubbles everywhere, debris stuck in the tint, and the tint was crinkling at the ends all on the very first day of application. It wasn't a few things here and there, it was BADLY done! Also there was a panel knocked out of place which was not realigned properly during the duration of the process as it was mentioned twice. In our disappointment, we had to then wait weeks to have them redo it again. The second "fix" appointment took 12 hours for 2 cars. We didn't get our car back until almost 10pm that night and the job was even worse than the first. The gentleman made us drive our own cars out of the garage ourselves. The issue with the tint job on this was they even made a cut in the middle of the tint on the back window and tried to piece meal the tint together. It was butchered and the tint had gaps, holes and looked like something I would have tried to do myself and was unprofessionally done. It was awful to see in the rear view and at any angle looking at the car. I'm still not certain why they thought the job was okay and it took 12 hours to do that bad of a job? Wow. Again it took weeks to have another appointment set as we were very patient and nice in the process but shocked as well. We tried to work with them throughout without getting too upset. They took advantage of this and were full of excuses the entire time, blaming the tint, blaming an upcoming move of offices, and expected us as a customer to accommodate them as a business instead of taking care of us and giving quality work on our vehicles. On our third appointment they made, they were a no show and wanted us to then drive 2 cars all the way to Fayetteville because of their poor planning so they wouldn't have to come in to the office. We finally said no and this is where our disgust really kicked in. We had enough at this point. They had me leave my keys and car with a stranger across the street only to tell me an hour later they can't come work on it after all. Luckily the guy was nice and sweet and there were no issues with getting our car back. Mind you, it's been 2 months already so we decided enough was enough. Not to mention I had to take 3 days off of work in total to deal with toting the cars back and forth through out all of these issues. We had to fight a bit to receive our refund and basically told them we didn't want them to touch our cars any longer because it ends up in a worse mess. Once we received our refund as it took 5 days, they sent it through paypal where they charged us the $7.57 fee on our end so we did not receive the full amount. During this last appointment that ended in their not showing up, they wanted us to wait another week to resolve this again and come to them in Fayetteville as well which is very far from us. At this point we felt we have been nice enough to keep better accommodating THEM. We said, we really just want our refund and that was it. Warning!!! Do not waste your time and money here, find a more organized and caring company that is truly customer centered and focused and can get the job done the first time without blaming everything on someone or something else. I'm still in shock over our experiences. Never again! This experience was frustrating and our cars were embarrassing to drive around. They claim to care about their company name but their product and customer service spoke louder than anything else. This was a train wreck!!! We had a lot of friends interested in getting their tint done as well and we saved them from the headaches of Creative Cut Designs. We are writing this review just to help others that we don't know to be aware of the experience risks as well. Be aware as they are also listed on Groupon.
